**This unit provides a complimentary beach setup of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella during the 2025 season March 1 - October 31**

Unit 1095 is a Two Bedroom, Two Bath Beachfront Vacation Rental. It sits on the 9th floor of Tower 1 with a fully open balcony and is completely furnished with beachy decor. Master bedroom has king bed with large bay window for enjoying the beach view. Master bath has an easy access walk in shower. Guest bedroom has two queen beds and guest bath has full size tub. A washer and dryer is located n the unit for guests convenience. Book your Destin vacation in unit 1095 today!

You can't beat this location! In the heart of Destin, Shoreline Towers is within minutes from restaurants, shopping, water sports, fishing and golf. The amenities offered at this well-managed resort are amazing! Enjoy the soothing sauna, swim in our pristine clean pool, play tennis or shuffleboard, use the exercise room, grill out, or picnic by the lake. We even have a clubhouse for your gatherings with family and friends. Security on property 24/7 for guest safety and convenience.

You are within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and less than a mile from Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park. Walk just steps to the beach. No streets to cross to get to the private beach or the seasonally heated pool. AMAZING BEACH LOCATION

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is our favorite out of all of our Destin stays and we will definitely be back. The rental was spacious, clean, well equipped and had amazing views. We loved the grills by the huge pool and beach access was literally steps away. The beds were comfortable and we were close to restaurants, shopping and groceries. Our only small issue was the amount of vacant first row beach chairs. We were on the second row every day and tons and tons of chairs were always empty in front of us. Not a huge issue and we definitely give this property 5 stars!

Very comfortable and clean!!

This condo was great for a weekend stay on the beach! Very clean, spacious and wonderfully stocked kitchen for preparing meals at the condo. Literally steps from the beach and the chair set up is great! Only thing that would have made a 10/10 stay would be to consider adding a few beach towels and possibly a small cooler bag to better accommodate for those that fly into Destin instead of driving. Also, that housekeeping doesn’t come knocking at 9 am when check out is 10 am and door code had not been entered indicating check out.

Great place in Destin!

This condo is wonderful! It is in a great location, and check in and out was a breeze. The elevators are fast, and the beach is just steps away. Parking was super easy and always close to our building. The staff was so accommodating and pleasant, even the office staff on the beach setting up beach service. Will definitely return when we stay in Destin again.
