Unité 1104 est situé au dixième étage de la tour un. Magnifiquement rénové et spacieux de deux unités de bain deux chambres avec une cuisine ouverte, grande TV à écran plat dans les chambres et le salon. Il dispose d'un balcon ouvert avec vue sur la plage. Laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité pour le confort des clients. Deux lits King - pas un canapé-lit. 3TV de, 1DVD. Le maître de bain a une cabine de douche.
Profitez de votre café du matin ou tard le soir dîner tôt sur le balcon. Vous pourriez être en mesure de voir un couple de dauphins nager par.
Nous sommes situés à distance de marche des 5+ restaurants, épicerie, pharmacie, et le shopping.
Nous avons une connexion Wi-Fi dans l'unité.

Love Shoreline Towers

Great location and great staff

The condo we stayed in was very clean and modernized with a great view of the ocean! They accommodated us with an early check-in, and we’re very helpful with any questions we had, and overall great time for me and my friend to catch up

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Shoreline Towers, and even with construction updates happening all around, we have really enjoyed the complex. Management has always been very responsive when small issues arise, and the pricing they offer is quite a bit lower than if you try to rent through other agencies or owners

enjoyed

everything was great. only things that didn't work was the ice maker and the free umbrella, chairs setup. no workers were at the stairs to ask them. those are small things, over all it was very enjoyable.

Spring getaway

This is our third time to return to the towers, the second time in this unit . the last time we were here was 2021. we had a bit of difficulty locating the unit based on the unit number and we’re not able to get a hold of anyone in the office since it was Easter Sunday at 4:30. My husband finally figured out it was not the 11th floor, but 10th floor of tower one unit four. Once we figured that out, we had no issues through remainder of the week. We loved our stay. It was just too short!

Beautiful condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful condo with fantastic views of the gulf. The free beach service provided by the owner, was a fabulous bonus! The only thing I could knock this condo for, was the smell when we first arrived. It was so musty smelling. Almost like it had been closed up for a while. It didn't last long though. We got it aired out in no time. Over all this is a beautiful condo to stay in!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved the homeliness of this condo. The decor was absolutely beautiful. The furniture was nice, but the LR could use an updating to the couch/ love seat. Not horrible, but definitely not in the status of the rest of the home furnishings. I can definitely see the pride in ownership. That pride trickled through us as guests. We wanted to keep it beautiful. The view is wonderful. Beach access is just a short walkway away. The grounds are well kept. I like that I didn't have to take chairs to the beach, or pay for them, as they were included.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and friendly, and the beach was beautiful, as expected. After staying and paying a premium price, I felt misled as the renovations I was told were not happening to Shoreline Tower 1 during my stay, which was a complete lie. After the first day, the workers covered our primary bedroom window and blocked our view, going up and down on the scaffold all day. The noise was all day long and even heard from the beach through most of the day. The unit directly above was under construction and made a ton of noise throughout the night. I would have stayed elsewhere if I had known the extent of the renovations and told my building was getting the work done.I feel I overpaid for the week.

Another Enjoyable stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent the month of October at Shoreline Towers 1104. Unit is beautiful and had all we needed for a great stay. Love the large master shower, open updated kitchen, and decor. We do have a few suggestions to make it even better. Patio furniture is terrible! We love to enjoy our coffee and breakfast on the patio and a table and Chairs would be a great improvement. Time to upgrade the couch, getting very worn and uncomfortable. Dining room chairs need new padding. A rug in the living room would be nice also. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would rent the unit again. uncomfortable.

Dining room chairs worn out and uncomfortable. Bed pillows badly need replaced. No hand soap or tissues - had to go buy our own. Unit 1104 not worth the cost. Shoreline towers is great but wont stay in this unit again.

Condo was AMAZING

The unit we stayed in was updated beautifully, clean and had every possible item one might need. Stunning ocean views from master bedroom and living room, well furnished balcony and my husband enjoyed the enormous TV in the living room! I loved the oversized jacuzzi tub in the maater bathroom which by the way is a woman's dream bathroom! Everything was perfect and we cant wait to stay again. Our unit also had a full size washer/dryer combo!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was clean and nice view was great and location was good close to everything. My only compliant is that the air conditioning was not working for the first 4 days and the manager Sharon did not try hard enough to get help to fix it. I will never stay there ever again because of the lack of effort to meet our needs and that was a shame the place was nice other than 78 degree room temp!

Wonderful getaway ! Perfect location and beautiful accommodations !

We had a great week at a beautiful location . There were some minor issues upon our arrival . The floors needed swept as there was food particles in front of the couch and the floors in the master bedroom had crumbs by the nightstand and debris coukd be seen under the bed from tge living room that hadn’t been swept in awhile . The toe tap drain in the bathtubs didn’t hold hold water , but my husband replaced the one in the master so I could enjoy the wonderful tub . The condo is beautiful and we loved the location . The grounds were kept immaculate and the beach chairs and umbrella were wonderful ! Would love to return next spring !!!

We have been coming to Destin for many years and this is one of the best condos we have stayed in. Very up to date and clean. Everything works great. Great view!

Excellent Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I and another couple arrived the weekend before Spring Break and check in was smooth. We were handed the key at the gate, which was nice after a long day of travel. We loved the location with the easy access to the beach. The facility was clean and tidy. There was only 1 dishwasher packet for the week, but we were able to track down the cleaning personel and they gave us more. Staff was very friendly. In the master shower we did notice that the plumbing was needing to be secured to the wall better (looked like it had come loose on the bottom attachment). Other than that everything was great and we'd book again. Lot's of places to eat close by and the beach itself was wonderful. We also appreciated having grills on the grounds, but they all need maintenance. We grilled out once, but had to light it manually. Also, beautiful view, which was appreciated by all.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time here at Shoreline Towers 1104. We had a wonderful view from the balcony and the condo was very nice and spacious. However, the furniture needed to be replaced mainly in the living room, dining room chairs and the balcony furniture. My son did say the sofa sleeper was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked. Due to the covid we eat in most every day, however, we can't miss out dinner at the Louisiana Lagniappe which is our favoriate place. The property was kept up nicely and the free beach setup was wonderful. Also, due to the covid, we mainly stay on the beach every day and enjoyed our nights as a family in the condo. We did try to play tennis, but the lights only worked on one end. Even though there were a few things that needed attention, we have a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this place.
