Bienvenue rénové et Towers spacieuses Shoreline 1111. Cette unité golfe avant est situé au onzième étage de la Tour One et a lever et le coucher du soleil sans pareil. Le salon dispose d'un mobilier récent et teintes solaires pour maximiser les vues panoramiques. Salle de séjour a un joueur de 55 "à écran plat et lecteur DVD pour regarder le plaisir. cuisine ouverte Récemment mis à jour a des comptoirs de quartz blanc et de nouveaux appareils. La conception de la cuisine ouverte vous permet de profiter de la vue si vous dans la cuisine préparer le petit déjeuner ou fouetter jusqu'�� dîner. Les deux salles de bains ont de nouveaux comptoirs en granit, confort vanités de hauteur et des cuves pleines. La chambre principale a un lit King et de rideaux occultants à dormir agréable. Un lit Queen dans la première chambre d'hôtes avec deux lits doubles dans la 2ème Guest. Les deux chambres d'hôtes ont Plantation Shutters pour les revêtements de fenêtre. Tous les meubles de la chambre et la literie est nouvelle à partir de Décembre à 2015. Les chambres disposent de joueurs de tv écran plat et dvd. Grand écran plat dans le salon. Chambre principale et Guest Chambres avec 2 lits doubles Moquette. Carrelé Reste de l'unité. Venez profiter de votre café du matin sur le balcon de l'unité 1111 et regarder les dauphins nager par. Unité 1111 dispose d'un lave-linge séchant dans l'unité pour votre confort. WIFI GRATUIT.

Il y a une plage chaise / parapluie service de location ou votre commodité. Profitez de la belle plage parce que le temps ne bouge pas d'heure en heure, mais à chaque instant. Venez capturer certains de ces moments spéciaux.

Shoreline Towers est une station fermée, avec 24 heures de sécurité et 470 pieds de privé avant du Golfe plages sucrées le long de la Côte d'Emeraude. Shoreline Towers comprend une piscine chauffée en saison, deux courts de tennis, de basket-ball, jeu de palets, un sauna et centre de fitness. À côté du Clubhouse il y a une aire de pique-nique avec vue sur le lac avec des grilles qui sont à la fois du gaz et du charbon.

Beautiful View

The location was great. You could see the ocean from different views with all the windows. Elevators didnt have a wait. The only negative thing i can say is the bedrooms didnt get as cool as the other parts of the house. We just put a fan in the hall. It was comfortable for my husband but i like it cold when i sleep.

Great location. Great beach. Beware of this condo. When we arrived, the air conditioner in the bedrooms was 76 degrees and never got below 75 while the front unit performed wonderfully at 67. We called the office. They immediately responded. Paige is great. The maintenence guy confirmed the unit had a broken part and would need to be ordered. During our week long stay, there was no offer to rectify the situation. I asked for a discount and I was told it wouldn't be a problem. The discount was not provided until I hounded the office again. Then they supplied a discount of about 5%. What a disrespectful attempt to resolve the issue. When I attempted to resolve, they basically ghosted me via email. A deep dive on the reviews shows thus has been an ongoing issue for YEARS. So they are knowingly defrauding their customers. Beware. If you like sleeping in 76 degree temps, its a decent place. Run down but decent. If you need cooler temps to sleep, find a different condo.

Right on the beach.

Loved this rental location and being right on the beach. The layout of the condo was perfect and we were centrally located and right across the street from a Target (this is always a perk to our family). We enjoyed our stay and the staff was always available to answer any questions (except Sundays). We give this 5 stars and would definitely stay again!

You're high up in the tower to see East/West. I must say beds were very comfortable coming from a tempurpedic sleeper. The kitchen even had strainers. Had all the kitchen utensils and nice pans. Don't use metal in pans, they have nice ones. Enough said. Great place to stay. Did I mention 2 chaises on beach come with unit?

The overall experience was great but we had a little bug problem come up that we were not happy about and the security guard was rude which we have never encountered before. Also the bed was broken and we had to have the frame removed and put the box springs and bed on floor.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time to stay in this condo. The gulf view to the east and west is great. Condo was clean and nice. We had a wonderful week and beach wasn't crowded like it is in July. Very peaceful for the 7 of us. Tower 1 re-model is practically finished. As always I want to thank Sharon in the checkin office as she is great and Security had our paperwork ready upon arrival. This condo now has a coded door, so you don't have to worry about losing keys. We will return to Shoreline Towers in Destin.

Beautiful condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful condo. Perfect views of the Gulf. The kitchen was stocked for the most part with everything you would need to cook. Bathrooms were very clean. The mattresses were a little firm for my taste, but over all not bad. The only two complaints I really have are small. One, the place desperately needs a new broom! One was broken and the other was so flimsy it was hard to sweep anything up with it. And second, the washer. Maybe it was just me, but I had a hard time getting it to go through the cycles like it should. It would get "stuck" in a part of the wash cycle and you would have to go back and hit the start button to get it to finish the wash. It wasn't a deal breaker for us on renting this condo again,just an inconvenience.

Destin FL Beach Vacation

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I have visited Shoreline Towers for 20 yrs and have always been very satisfied. After my stay in 1111 I have considered staying somewhere else next year. It was by far the worst condo ever. It had cockroaches. Beds were broken, bathroom was awful, drawers missing, kitchen appliances horrible. It was awful. I would avoid renting 1111 at all cost. It was our worst stay in 20 yrs.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I want to shoot it straight. We love Destin and have been taking our family here for 20 plus years. This is the first time we have tried Shoreline Towers. The good, very convenient and the views are amazing. Unfortunately, that’s really all I have positive to write about this condo. As soon as you walk in the condo, it smells musty and not fresh at all. The furniture is extremely outdated. Dirty living room sofa and the rug needs to be thrown out. The table and chairs in the kitchen need a good cleaning or even better replaced. This was our Thanksgiving vacation so we had our dinner on the deck. We had to buy a table cloth because the table on our deck was rusted and old. New furniture, fresh paint and rugs are a must before anyone stays in 1111. The front door knob was old and about to come off when we arrived. A couple days later the key wouldn’t work after coming back from the beach. Management wasn’t avail to help us because they took off several days due to the holiday. No one was available to help us. We finally contacted the security guard and it took 2 hours to get a maintenance person to replace the bad knob. We were stranded since our car keys and money were locked in the condo which the key no longer worked. Highly unhappy with the condo, decor and management. We have stayed on many other beautiful condos along the gulf. Look elsewhere!!

Unit had not been swept recently.
