Snowbird Season runs January thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

*Guests should complete the online check-in 3 days prior to arrival to avoid delays upon check-in. Guests are charged $15+Tax for guests 5 years and older. Guests will be charged for any lost wristbands. 2 Parking Passes Max. Smoking is prohibited on the property, including the beach. There is one designated area to smoke, it’s located at the bus stop as you enter the property from Hwy 98.*

Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.
