The entire two bedroom one bath 932SF home has a huge secluded pet friendly fenced backyard with a BBQ grill, fire pit, Bluetooth speakers a hammock to lounge on with Cornhole boards and a fantastic seating area to enjoy.

Choices of chain or hometown restaurants & shops close by. The house is 10 minutes from downtown Raleigh & Wake Med. PNC Arena is a 15 min drive. Amazon distribution center 10 minutes away.

Cozy two bedroom one bath with high speed Wi-Fi , Netflix and Roku in every room. Fire pit & patio seating to enjoy the secluded park like backyard. Pet friendly, we love our fur baby visitors and have an extra set of doggie bowls just in case you need it. This is a great space for a girls trip, boys trip, staycation or any other event.

When you book it's yours, all the privacy you could want.

I provide you with a door code once you have given me an ETA and let me know if your bringing any pets.

I am available 24/7. If you need anything please message me through the Airbnb app and I will make sure you have what you need in 30/45 minutes after I receive your message.

It's an established Garner neighborhood with shopping & restaurants a short jaunt up the hill. This is a family friendly neighborhood no loud parties allowed but feel free to enjoy the backyard just turn music down after 11pm. It's about 8 to 10 min drive to downtown Raleigh & Wake Med. PNC arena is a 15 to 20 min drive.

Car is recommended as we are about a 10 min walk to public transportation. We are a 10 min drive to downtown Raleigh a 5 min drive to the new Amazon distribution center a 20 min drive to the PNC arena & about 30 min from the Raleigh-Durham airport. Ride shares are available in the area

Not what we expected

We were disappointed with no place to unpack and store our clothes for the week, not enough silverware for four people, the oven had only one rack so unable to prepare a normal sized meal along with no 9x13 sized baking dish, the crockpot was dirty from a previous renter & there was no grill that was listed in the ad, and only 3 dining room chairs as well as not enough comfortable seating in the living room. The backyard was very nice and the neighbor extremely helpful by coming over to show us how a couple of things worked. We aren’t completely in agreement that this property should show up when the area we asked to stay was Raleigh. It was quite a ways away from there and us being from 1000 miles away we had no idea it was so far outside of Raleigh.

Water shutoff and non-support

We were very disappointed in this stay due to the host/management. We had been excited for the house, large backyard for our dog, and overall the space seemed really great when we arrived with the amenities we expected. Three days into the five day stay the city came and turned the water off for a non-paid bill. It took over 24 hours for the host to respond, and they only did so after we contacted VBRO customer service who held them accountable to responding. By the time we had a response from the host, we had been without water for over a day and had to move our family to other accommodation. The host refused to respond to our issue, ignoring any communication regarding it. They claimed the water was turned back on and simply sent the checkout information. We had already moved to another area of the city to accommodate our family, and no form of refund or otherwise was ever addressed. There were other small issues with the stay, such as Wi-Fi and smart TV issues, but they pale in comparison to the lack of water, and then the lack of response and support to right the issue.

Perfect little spot

Had a great time in NC and this little bungalow was the perfect place to stay for us. Our kitty enjoyed the oversized pet bed set up for her and we loved the backyard thanks for an amazing stay.

Very pet friendly!

Overall great place, especially if you bring your small pet. Big backyard was fun to relax in, and location was fairly central to just about everywhere in Raleigh.

Cute as a button with a fantastic huge backyard!

We hope to come back!! Perfect size, clean and well appointed. Very comfortable beds, soft linens and a variety of pillows. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed during our stay, the washer and dryer were an added bonus. It was so much fun watching our dogs enjoy the huge, well fenced backyard. There are gumballs from the trees but they don't stick to the dog's coats and rake up quickly. Nice quiet neighbourhood, very pleasant neighbours, close to shopping and restaurants. All the comforts of home, we would highly recommend staying.

Cute Home

We had a wonderful weekend spending time with our youngest son who attends NC State. This home is very convenient to Raleigh, our main reason for the trip. Very dog friendly. The fenced in back yard is huge! I wish it wasn’t so cold and rainy so that we could have utilized the amazing back yard! Highly recommend!!

Pet friendly bungalow

I stayed in this adorable bungalow for two days. It was the perfect location for me to visit my family and my friend in Clayton. Close to shopping and restaurants. Very safe and comfortable. The back yard is amazing. My dogs loved it. It is huge and the fairy lites at nite were a great touch. Thank you. I will definitely be back.

Perfect Location

The location was close to everything, shopping, food, and easy to get around the Raleigh area. Traveled with our dogs, best part was the large backyard the pups enjoyed running around the fully fenced in yard. Home was clean and well stocked with necessities.

Cozy Cottage

Terrific location in Garner, close to terrific coffee shops and bakery. Also close to Lenovo Arena. Big fenced back yard, fully stocked kitchen appliances. Easy internet access. Overall great stay.

Nice pet friendly home

This was a nice little old home in an older neighborhood just outside of Raleigh. The location was convenient to everything we had planned for the weekend. We booked this home because it was pet friendly, and our dogs loved their stay. The back yard was fenced in, and the renters even included some treats and toys. The home was clean and stocked well enough for our needs. Our only critiques would be the massive amount of gum balls in the back yard making it difficult on our babies paws, and the lack of a working ice maker.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

This Properties listing is very specific regarding no smoking in the home, I should’ve heated the warning of the previous reviewer about the musty smell. I asked the host directly about this because all the other reviews were excellent, and they reported they had no idea what they was talking about. Upon arriving to the home, we found it not only musty but stunk of cigarette smoke as if someone lived there and smoked all day every day in the home. I have allergies and I immediately messaged the host regarding the issue. I received no reply at the time. We went out for the evening upon return. We went to get into the bed and the bed broke. I emailed the host again immediately no reply. We then received a reply the next morning at 7 AM that someone would be there in 10 minutes, they woke us up to replace the bed that we didn’t need replaced as we told the host we would be leaving that morning, after I completed teaching a course online, which is why we were needing to stay the second night was for the course. Long story short, the host never replied back about the smell and our inability to stay on the property and that we would need to check out early. We also discovered that the front door lock was broken so we were not secure in the home. Additionally, I messaged the host about the Wi-Fi because this was a work trip and we were unable to use the Wi-Fi because , the network did not exist. So I attempted to resolve the issue directly with the host before posting a review.

Musty with shortcuts

Overall space is well utilized, but it smellys musty and the bathroom is pretty gross. Shortcuts pretty evident but can live with that...it was the musty smell and bathroom did me in. Did not spend much time there and made it hard to relax. Yard is wonderful.

House hunters needed an overnight

My husband and I along with our pups were going to be house hunting over a weekend and needed a place to stay overnight. We found this little place and it was perfect. Nicely decorated and love the pet friendly touches like a dog bed, extra bowls and treats on the counter. The only thing we'd suggest be updated is the check in time. The listing stated a 3pm check in time but when we received the information the day of, it said 4pm check in. We made the extra hour work by hanging out at a park for a bit. No big deal. We found our next home but if we need to be in the area again before closing, I would not hesitate to book this property again.

Great place to stay

I stayed here with my husband, adult son, and our two Golden Retrievers, while in town for a dog show. We really enjoyed our stay!!! We all loved the large fenced in backyard. Really the only mildly negative thing that I can even mention, is that the fridge dispenser didn't provide any access to filtered water or ice, but I was able to provide this with bottles of water and an ice tray that I brought. The host provided snacks and plenty of cooking and eating utensils.

Filthy

Unbelievable that the owners of this property would rent us out in the condition in which they rented it to us. The property is beautiful. They’ve decorated it very nicely, but there was feces in the toilet, dirty towels, sheets, all in the kitchen floor, trash in the trash, cans, and it was obvious they had never put on clean sheets on the bed.
