Memorial Day - Book For Summer Now!

This wonderful retreat is is nestled amongst two beautifully manicured acres of property. The backyard enjoys a huge patio, fish pond, fire-pit, pergola, and lots of seating. Additionally there is plenty of room for boats and RV's and sits adjacent to the Thorley Smith Boat Launch on the Wilson River.

As you enter you will notice the open layout of the living, dining, and kitchen area along with its ultra high vaulted ceilings and oversized windows bathing the entire space in natural light to enjoy the surrounding sites, flora, and fauna. The fully stocked kitchen with granite counters is awaiting your culinary creations. There are two bedrooms on the main level as well.

Ascending upstairs there is an additional bedroom and full bathroom. The upper level bedroom does have two queen beds. Also available is one of the garages has been set up for games. There is both a pool table and ping pong table to enjoy and compete against your friends and family.

Be one of the first to come by and experience the Sollie Retreat. It is a wonderful blend of location, setting, and finishes that makes it a fantastic options for small groups and families visiting the area.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

Tillamook Mother’s Day weekend

Beautiful property and home! Just a few minor things that are easily fixed. Pool table cues in poor shape, one broken. Mostly broken ping pong balls, BBQ couldn’t be turned down to low enough heat, better sharp knives needed and steak knives available, some stains on furniture, clogged drain in upstairs bathroom. I would come back with a few updates. The yard is gorgeous! I would also like to have a fire inside (not allowed, display only). Fire pit outside would have been great but no wood BYO. Still, we had a wonderful time, so much potential, great for a family gathering. Close to beaches and town.

Beautiful family home

Beautiful home with well cared for mature gardens and lawns, outdoor kitchen, bbq, fire pit, koi pond, and plenty of parking. Everything was clean, and kitchen, linens, and towels were well stocked. Large garage was fun for table games. Only drawback were very minor: lots of sound travel between rooms, and a nearly painful echo in the garage.

Great R & R

This was a great place to stay with ample room inside and out to spread out and relax. The large shop with a ping pong and pool table was great as well as the fish cleaning area. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to others.

Weather was wet and cold. Was awesome to have a big place inside for kids.

Great property for a big family. We spent 5 nights along the coast with a family of 8. The space in the house was great on the rainy days. Way better than a hotel room. The house was clean and even nicer than the photos led on.

Amazing View

This house is great. The views are amazing. The house itself is big, the furniture comfortable, and everything was spotless. The check in and out instructions were clear. I felt confident in the booking process and was not disappointed. The game room was a lot of fun. Overall a good experience and I will book the place again.

Dog perfect

The only thing this house is lacking is a hot tub. Loved this house. The gardens where beautiful. My dogs love the 2 acres of lawn. They had a great time. The pond in the back yard was very nice very relaxing. Would recommend this house. Will stay here again.

Great place

We absolutely loved staying here! The building with the pool and ping pong table was fun. The cues for the pool table need some attention as only one had a tip that was usable. Other than that it was a lot of fun. I do wish it would have been closer to the beach, but the property was beautiful! The beds were a little on the firm side but comfortable. We would stay here again

Great stay on a beautiful property

Beautiful property near great dirt bike riding and farmland. Beds were comfortable and so was furniture. Plenty of cookware and coffee supplied, which was nice. My only complaint was that the place was rented to us with an obvious leak from the upstairs bathroom that created a sag in the drywall and some black mold on downstairs bathroom ceiling. Had to call management to notify of leak. Repair guy came quickly but couldn’t fix quickly so we couldn’t use the shower for the remainder of our stay. Management did refund a nights stay for inconvenience.

Relax time with family and friends

This is my first time using the iTrip to book a vacation house. Process was straightforward and communication was pretty clear without hiccups or issues. They had follow up emails/texts along the way, and I was able to get a response from someone fairly quickly when having a question during my stay. The house itself is cozy and spacious just like what is shown online. They also offered a welcome red wine for free which is really nice. The ping pong paddles should be replaced as they are breaking apart, but this is just something very minor to me. We had a great time there, and this experience gave me confidence to use iTrip again next time at least in this area where I am based at.

Home away from home!

My kids and I needed to get away after our recent loss of their father. This entire property was everything we could have needed or wanted in such a time of grief. We were just far away enough that going to the store was only a quick drive away. Every time I turned the corner I was more impressed. The back yard included a beautiful pond flowing with lily pads, frogs and even fish. The covered porch area had string lights hung which made for relaxing nights around a small fire and porch swing snuggles with my babies. We made s'mores around the fire pit too! It was clean and the beds were super cozy. The garage had a ping pong table and a pool table and plenty of space to play both!! The tranquility that this home provides is unmatched. I highly recommend this lovely home!

Peaceful Getaway

My husband and I took our son and his wife, our two daughters and their boyfriends for a long weekend. This house was wonderful - clean and orderly. The yard was beautifully landscaped and if it hadn't been hailing and raining, we would have loved to sit outside to enjoy the lovely yard. (Our dogs enjoyed the yard despite the weather). The property management team were great in their communication with us. The only thing slightly negative thing I will mention is the house is across the street from a small farm and you may notice some good old country smells every now and again when you are outside. ;-) Don't let the occasional nose wrinkle keep you away from this lovely and peaceful home. Its wonderful!

Amazing property

The property exceeded my expectations. The check in process was very easy as they notified me the day before with the code for the door. The property is well maintained and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed including a Kurig with a reusable mesh K-cup filter and coffee grounds (if there is a special flavor K-cup you like, I suggest just bringing some with you). The game room in the garage was amazing, and the property was expansive, giving the kids plenty of room to run around and get some energy out. The bathrooms and laundry room provided everything you needed. They also provide a guide book with property details as well as places to explore and local restaurants. The last night I was there I got lost because my GPS had lost signal in the mountains and I ended up almost to Corvallis. As a result I got back to the property very late, they were kind enough to let me check out an hour later the next morning, giving me time to get 3 tired kids ready to take the 14 hour drive home. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
