Our office is closed on weekends and public holidays so we can't always get back to booking requests before they expire over the weekend. We will always respond when we open on Monday morning.

NOTE: There is currently a building site across the road from this unit block.

Part of the road in front of this building may sometimes be closed for the building site. However, the traffic controller will always allow local traffic through, to come and go from their properties.

Unit 1 is at the back of the building and opens on to a peaceful garden area, so there is minimal noise or disruption on weekdays and the building site is closed on weekends.

Fully self contained two bedroom, ground floor unit in Cotton Tree.

Stroll to everything in Cotton Tree – Beach, River, Restaurants, Boutiques, Take away, Doctor, Chemist, Bottle shop, Butcher, Food store, library and Surf Club, Bowls Club – everything you will need while on holidays. Visit trendy Ocean Street or shop at the Plaza – with over 200 specialty shops, cinemas and restaurants.

There’s plenty to see and do whilst on holidays on the Sunshine Coast. Take a day trip to Fraser Island or visit some of our local attractions such as Australia Zoo, SeaLife Mooloolaba, Aussie World, the Ginger Factory, Tree tops challenge at the Big Pineapple or Maleny Bird Sanctuary. Local markets are held every Sunday at Cotton Tree and Fisherman’s Road and the famous Eumundi markets on Saturdays and Wednesdays.

Sunshine Coast airport is about a 15 minute drive and Brisbane airport approximately an hour away. There are regular bus services to both airports.

The Sunshine Coast is also home to some of the best beaches in the world. The water is safe for swimming year-round, and the soft sand perfect for throwing down a towel or playing beach sports. Adventures on the water can range from jet skiing, hydro foiling or surfing , or if you're after a more sedate experience, paddling through the crystal waters on a kayak or stand up paddle board - perfect for the Maroochy river.

Whatever you chose to do there are plenty of options on offer during your stay on the Sunshine Coast.

- As our apartments are not serviced we recommend you bring some essentials including: toilet paper, soap, washing powder, salt/pepper, tea and coffee.

Excellent with reservations

My application was accepted but when I rang for the address the agent had no record of the booking. Panic. She looked again! No record. Tried the nominated real estate agent. No answer. Tried the bank. Money gone. Tried phone of agent again. No record of booking. Tried bank - cancelled credit card. Next morning - tried the phone number - no record of booking. Rang my brother to go to real estate agent - Saturday morning but shut! Tried the phone agent - discovered there were two different agents - the phone number and the real estate agent. They’re two different companies. Brother rang real estate agent. Booking confirmed. Had a fantastic time with my sister from England Frustrated not to have a credit card. Very happy husband!! Advice: all agents should be advised when a booking is confirmed.

Great holiday rental in the heart of Cotton Tree

We loved this great little apartment/unit which we needed for when we first moved to Australia while we found a long term rental. It is in the best location in Cotton Tree with everything in walking distance. Also had use of a washing machine which was handy as we were there for 2 weeks.

Maroochy unit

Good size apartment, excellent location and adequate facilities. Having our own parking was very convenient.Unfortunately there is construction going on across the road which was a little noisy. But overall an enjoyable stay.

Okay place

It’s an okay place. Really simple. Much smaller than the pictures. Close to the beach. The washing machine is in another room than the apartment, and It’s not warm water there so hard to get your clothes really clean. Lack of air conditioning and kitchen and toilet fans makes the air really damp. This makes it impossible to dry clothes. Perfect place to stay for a short period of time, but not long term. Overall an okey place to stay, but had some problems with ant’s coming inside the apartment.
