Farm Stay book a Private Cabin - Relax Breathe Walk

Private country retreat. Get away from it all and come and play with the sheep , goats horses, chickens and mini horse. Collect fresh eggs for breakfast or sit quietly and listen to the abundant bird life. Take a stroll around the 17 acres or take a 15min drive to Montville or Maroochydore. We are only 3mins from the railway station and happy to pick you up and drop you off. Palmwoods hosts the Famous Ricks Garage for all day eating and the award-winning Palmwoods pub all only 3 mins away . The beautiful Homegrown cafe is in town with 7am yoga on a Saturday and the Medicine man a short stroll around the corner. We have a writers retreat set up with 3 authors already published from their time here. We look forward to you taking a break, breathe , walk, refresh and meeting you soon.

Wonderful place for a relaxing getaway

This was one of my favourite holidays for awhile! The cabin is comfortable and homey and getting the chance to feed baby goats was such an amazing experience! I definitely recommend staying here and look forward to coming back in the future.

The perfect farm stay

Absolutely beautiful property, was like a home away from home. Cabin was beautiful and cosy and I honestly couldn’t fault it. Was quiet and relaxing and exactly what I needed. Cath and John were also very accomodating and were available to help with anything I needed.

Looking for some Rest and Relaxation away from the hustle and bustle?

Easy booking, just what I was looking for to relax and unwind but just 20-30 minutes maximum to the Coast or the Mountains. Cabin was perfect; more than enough room and facilities for a single or couple. Loved the animals and fresh chook eggs. Lovely friendly hosts. I would stay there again.

The cabin was clean and comfortable. To be met by the host on arrival was great. Even better was to be greeted by a horse and pony walking around. Then goats, sheep farm dogs and of course the ladies of the Manor Chooks. Our cabin had freshly farmed eggs in the room and when they ran out we checked the nest and got more. We did relax and breathed well. The white board in the picture was our welcome. I added the comments on the bottom. You know that big horse in the photo told me the pony went to the doctors the day before. I asked him why and he said he was a little hoarse. Relax we are. Just too short Thanks John and Cath

Beaufitul, peaceful cottage

Rhe property was lovely. There were goats, cheep and horses who were all friendly and liked pats. Cottage was really nice for one or two people. John the owner was friendly and easily contactable. And there wasa pool whovh was so nice on a very hot day. Highly recommend tbis place.

Animal galore

Our stay was amazing here! The cabin was so cute and the bed was super comfy. John and Cath were so lovely, they gave us some bread and carrots for the animals. The animals made the experience!!! So nice to disconnect and stay on land surrounded by nature and animals.

Great Getaway

Staying at this property was a relaxing experience, the unit is well supplied with fresh eggs daily. If you want to be involved with farm life in a physical sense the animals a friendly and loved being patted. Night time was great as there was no city noise just peace and quite.

peaceful

was a nice, safe place for me to sit, as a woman travelling alone for a few days. Nothing flash on outside but clean and nicely decorated inside. Very comfy bed, great shower, good stove, nice trees to look at. Chooks around. Friendly, welcoming hosts, respectful of privacy.
