Enjoy our breathtaking view from the east-facing balcony. The tall patio chairs ensure watching the sunrise is a delight. The patio seating is perfect for drinks and conversation any time of day. The living area is a comfortable place to play family games or watch a great movie. The dining area features seating for six. The breakfast bar offers an additional 2 barstools. After a long day at the beach, our fully equipped kitchen provides the essentials for your delicious meals. This condo is part of the Padre Island Rentals fresh home program. For added peace of mind and cleanliness, all bedding that comes in contact with our guests is cleaned and sanitized before every check-in. Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier, beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, outdoor bar & grill, tennis courts, shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds and bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment, as well as chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is located within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

*In-unit washer/dyer - detergent available upon request at our Padre Island Rentals 24 Hour Guest Welcome Center.
*Padre Island Rentals has a free towel and linen exchange for towels and linens provided by Padre Island Rentals; this is located on the east side (beachside) of the Padre Island Rentals building. Exchange hours are between 11 am and 3 pm daily.
*Padre Island Rental's off-site 24-hour Guest Welcome Center makes check-in and late arrivals a breeze.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with dates of stay from March 1st to Easter Sunday require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests ages 9 and under are exempt.
Guests ages 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The Resort Fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment which is due 30 days prior to arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
