Just seconds to the beach, this Premier Host owner's condominium properties at Sea Vista are consistently ranked by VRBO’s Ranking Metrics as among the island’s Top 10% most desirable units. You'll find all the amenities including ample space for 8 guests featuring a living/dining area, fully appointed kitchen with walk-in pantry, master bedroom and bath and two quiet bedrooms sharing a full bath. The master bedroom and living areas feature a walk-out porch with Adirondack chairs for some beach side relaxation. This unit is particularly unique because of its proximity to the board walk leading to the beach and its floor-to-ceiling windows which present you a constant and magnificent view of the dunes and beach shore line. At sunrise you’ll surely enjoy dune flowers as they emerge with each sunrise. The unit is fully digital with wireless internet and internet enabled digital entertainment center. A laundry room has a large load washer/dryer and beach toys are available in the owner's storage unit. Fabulous beds and linens will ensure you enjoy the most restful sleep possible. A quiet and beautiful pool and tennis courts are available for you use -- just steps away from your unit. Sea Vista is the southern most property on the island next to a protected marine preserve yet close to the best restaurants on the southern harbor. !!!Unsafe & Unresolved – Don’t Book This Condo!!!We’ve stayed at Sea Vista many times with great experiences—UNTIL THIS UNIT. The issues we faced were specific to this condo and owner, and serious enough that we will not book here again.The worst: a ceiling fan fell in the early morning hours due to improper installation. It could have caused serious injury. The owner insinuated our child caused it—though she was asleep when it happened and the crash woke the whole condo. We spent our last day waiting for an electrician who never came. The host refused any refund, hiding behind a “mechanical failure” clause that does not apply to a falling ceiling fan.Additional issues:•Master bed extremely hard and uncomfortable•Dishes were dirty and needed rewashing•Coffee maker wasn’t as listed (no Keurig option)•Hall shower drained poorly•Fan light in dbl room had no switch•Lighted mirror didn’t work•Ice maker didn’t work well•Keypad frequently failed•Dishwasher was tiny, smelly, and required multiple runs a day due to size•WiFi was weak, and cell service was nearly nonexistentPositives: cute decor, cold AC, great washer/dryer, nice patio furniture, and convenient beach access. Again, Sea Vista is a great property, but this unit is not maintained or managed to the standard you’d expect. Until major repairs and better hosting practices are in place, I strongly recommend avoiding this listing.

Beachfront beauty!

This condo fit our needs womdefully. Had everything we needed from beach toys to towels and more. Wonderful view of the beach, easy access and great location. The beach was great and not crowded at all compared to others down the island. We had a womderful time and would 100% stay here again in the future!

Beautiful property, perfect views!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this place! We woke up looking at the beach every morning. The place was super clean. Had plenty of cooking utensils and supplies! A huge plus was the water softener and filtered water! Beds were comfy, plenty of space for storage, and we were just a few steps away from the beach. I do wish the pool was bigger, however, we did get to enjoy it when it was empty. Office staff was super friendly and helpful when checking in and out and when asking questions. Overall, highly recommend booking your next SPI getaway here.

Great beach location

The condo was super clean and well stocked. There was plenty of beach items provided, stocked with basic necessities. The view was phenomenal and the location couldn’t be beat. Our kids went from beach to pool multiple times a day. The owners were so kind and so helpful.

Amazing spring break trip! The condo was exactly like the pictures showed. It was clean and had everything we needed. The views were beautiful. Check in and out were fast and easy. We got immediate responses from Ed and Betty. We couldn’t have had a more relaxing vacation.

Beautiful sunrise. Pristine Beach.

Beautiful sunrise! Right on a pristine beach. Private entrance to beach and gated community. We were there in March and somehow avoided the spring breakers. The location is excellent. Bedrooms well done. Kitchen well stocked. Beautiful in every way. What a blessing!

Great location for the SpaceX Rocket Launch

We stayed at this condo for the rocket launch and had a great experience. It was about a 20-minute walk down to the park to see the launch, which was very convenient. The condo was clean and well-maintained. The view of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony, living room and master bedroom is incredible. Note that the master bedroom has the only TV, and the internet can be intermittent at times. Ed was responsive and didn't require us to do a chore list before we checked out - which was a nice added touch since most of the VRBOs I stay in all require a checklist before checking out. It was a good experience.

Amazing Stay on South Padre Island!

This was our first trip to South Padre Island and we would definitely return to this condo and spot. We loved our trip! View is beautiful! The condo was beautifully decorated, well stocked, nice washer and dryer, clean and easy beach access. The beds were comfortable, plenty of linens. We were alittle disappointed that the coffee maker in photos was different than the one in condo. Had to return to store for coffee because the k cups we brought wouldn’t work. Host was quick to respond to minor things we noticed. 4 adults and 2 children fit in the condo comfortably. Thank you so much for sharing your home! Seriously such an amazing experience! We hope to be back soon!

Great condo, location and view!

Our family had a wonderful stay over all. It was a great view, good communication from owner. The Master bedroom isn’t as private as I would have hoped. The master sliding doors didn’t provide the privacy one would hope for with a stay like this. Also the sofa only seats two people, and isn’t big enough for another person to sleep on. You can’t seat 8 people comfortably for a movie. Living room seats 4. Bring your own shampoo/ conditioner and soap as the small samples provided don’t last long. Also bring your own laundry detergent and pillow cases. Lots of extra pillows but no extra sheets or pillow cases. Stocked kitchen utilities, dishes pans, but no oil so bring your own cooking items. Great chairs, umbrella and wagon for the beach, very helpful. Code on door works, but it takes a few times each time to go through, could need fresh batteries? We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back!
