SAPPHIRE HOA POLICY FOR ALL RESERVATIONS WITH DATES INCLUDED FROM MARCH 13TH TO APRIL 5TH - 2026
"The Primary Renter must be 30 years of age or older, as verified by a government-issued ID and accompanied by only members of their immediate family. For purposes of renting during these times, âfamilyâ is defined to include only members within the first degree of consanguinity or affinity (e.g., parents, grandparents (including in-laws),
and children). (Cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews, or nieces are NOT considered immediate family.) No two families can share a condo."
- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.
