Experience a luxurious beachcation at our condo at Saida Towers on South Padre Island. Our beachfront condo boasts majestic sunrises and tons of amenities. Our condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, with a king-size bed in the primary bedroom and a full-size bed with a twin-size bunk in the guest bedroom, along with a sofa sleeper. The condo features a fully equipped modern kitchen, a spacious living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, and an oceanfront furnished balcony with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Enjoy resort-style living with complimentary Wi-Fi, gated parking, and free unlimited use of The Island Metro local shuttle service from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

WELCOME TO SAIDA TOWERS
Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

POLICIES & INFO
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.

Great Stay

We stayed as two adults and four tweenage boys. The condo is in a great location. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. We loved our time in the pools, having the pool side bar/snacks and access to the tennis courts and beaches. It was a little inconvenient that clean linemen are only available 11-3 and off site, but we made due.

We loved the property, it was centrally located to everything on the island with pools and beach access just a few steps away. The only downside was that there was no in unit laundry.

Everything was perfect, except spring break music on the beach was loud until about 2 am. The view from tge balcony was amazing, apartment was clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely go to this place again.

Great family spot

Great condo, easy access to beach and pool. Kids loved the bunk beds. Only complaint is didnt realize there was no washer/dryer in the condo and with littles at the beach, we could do 1-2 loads a day. There is one on site and they gave plenty of towels so this is minor!

Disappointing Stay at Saida

I am hesitant to share a bad review, as I know how hard it can be to come back from. However, our stay at the Saida was not ideal, on many fronts. The apartment was clean when we arrived however we soon noticed daily bugs in the apartment (mainly beetles and roaches). We also found bug traps in the kitchen cabinets, indicating the property owners know this is an issue. I reached out after the first night to ask about us switching units (as the couch had stains and sections of the patio wall and ceiling were crumbling). The location of the unit is close to the beach (beautiful view!) but it is also within earshot of the bar and adult hot tub. If you have a group of rowdy young adults, you will hear them. Additionally, we came over spring break and while this condo had mainly families and couples visiting, the resort next door held parties every night. We could hear the DJ, the music, and the strobe lights literally lit up the living room. This party started at 9pm and went until 2:45am; needless to say it was a bit difficult to sleep at night. On the plus side, the beach was beautiful and access was easy. The pools were nice on days the ocean was too windy but I didn’t realize they don’t allow children in any hot tubs (they have people coming over to monitor). This was our first time in Padre and I doubt it will be our last! I do however think this will be our last stay at Saida.

ROACHES

Makes my skin crawl writing this review. The day we arrived at the house our first mission was to we go grocery shopping at the local Walmart. Upon returning and unpacking packing we noticed quite a few baby roaches. I called the office and they sent out maintenance to spray. I helped him move furniture and he stove. We found a lot of roaches (mainly in the kitchen) and a lizard behind the couch.That spray was not very effective. I had to call again two days later. I asked the maintenance guy to use something stronger, I purchased a can of RAID from Walmart and he stated that he would tell the office to send a professional service. That service never showed up. By the end of our 6 night stay my six year old son said, "I'm an expert at killing bugs. I would not recommend this place." The location is excellent and the amenities are good but the house was infested with ROACHES. My wife was scared to put stuff on the floor. I was scared they were going to get in my truck when we had to pack to leave. They never asked if we wanted to move or gave us any options. Definitely not the way we wanted to spend our spring break with my family of 4.

Land locked couple seeking beach getaway!!

We traveled from Manhattan, Kansas for our 3-day getaway to South Padre over the 4th of July holiday. The check-in process was easy and straightforward. The property location is fantastic and within walking distance of most of the strip's activities. The beach access was easy and accessible. The beach and water were amazing and we had a great time. The condo was off-the-charts amazing. From the cleanliness to the rainshower shower heads it was a great place to end up at the end of each sun-filled day!

Relaxing Coastal Getaway

Overall pleasant and relaxing experience. We ended up having to unplug the living room television a few times, as it kept randomly turning itself on. We don't watch TV much and we're not interested in having it on. We were remiss to find there was not a working can opener and a lack of mixing bowls. There also was no dustpan, so I ended up using a folder I had when we needed to sweep up. Otherwise though, the property was clean and adequate for our needs. The kitchen appliances were like new and the showers were really nice. My husband wants to buy shower heads like those for our house now. It was nice to be so close to the beach and have access to the amenities at the condo. Our kids loved the big pool that was only 4 feet deep over the whole area.

Beautiful place

The condo was even nicer than the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. Property was also very clean and well kept. Security for parking and the property was much appreciated. We enjoyed the pools and hot tubs every day. The Whiskey Shack was a bonus. The beach is a very easy walk from property. There are several places to eat in walking distance. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything one would need. The only thing I would suggest is either have beach/pool towels in the unit or list that they are not included. We didn't realize that and had to go buy some towels. Thank you! Can't wait to come back!
