The highlight of this townhome is the views of Mount Royal from the upstairs balcony. This is a beautiful townhome in the heart of a quiet Frisco neighborhood. Modern, updated, touches and comfort are the focus of the interior décor, designed to set the perfect setting for your mountain adventures. The layout is perfect for families, with lots of space around the dining table, as well as social areas both upstairs and downstairs, and privacy with the lock-off downstairs.

The home is less than 15 minutes from Copper Mountain, 30 minutes from Keystone, Breckenridge and Vail, and an hour and fifteen minutes from Denver. Countless hikes originate from Frisco, with many trails getting their start less than a 15-minute walk from your front door. A beautiful and serene bike path encircles Lake Dillon, and the ambitious cyclists among us will enjoy the challenging climbs in the area, up Vail pass for example.

House Rules
Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. No smoking/no pets. Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties, events or smoking of any kind. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Observance of the parking rules is critical. There is one garage spot as well as 1 spot available in the shared parking area. Cars can not be parked perpendicular to the unit.

Ski trip

Awesome service, great location and peaceful. The view from Livingroom/diningroom was like a Christmas postcard. Will definitely come back to this place.

Great Place to Stay but not Hang Out

Sleeping and making your way to town and the nearby slopes was great. Not a comfortable place to just hangout and relax as no great couch or other seating areas.

Great Frisco Ski Spot

Great spot with a short trip to many ski areas. The multi floor layout works well to offer privacy and access to bathrooms for each party (3 floors each with a bathroom) We made many of our dinners and had what we needed in the kitchen. Check in and out was hassle free. I would stay again! Thank you!

Great Spot

This is a lovely townhome really close to the main part of Frisco. There’s a downstairs studio that’s a nice place for teenagers with a couch, kitchenette, Murphy bed and TV. Outside has beautiful views. Neighborhood has crews that keep the roads clear. We had six adults and were very comfortable.would stay here again.

Great location!

Great location! Beautiful home, located close to everything. We were a short distance to copper mountain, hit the mountain during the day and then enjoyed Main Street Frisco in the evening. The home had everything we needed. Lots of space, fully stocked kitchen. Check in and check out was easy. We would stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

Check in and check out was very straightforward. The house was well equipped and very clean for everything our group needed for a 5 day ski trip. The location was great and the views from the balcony were stunning! Looked exactly like the photos. Highly recommend.

Wonderful 5 Night Stay in Frisco, CO

Lovely townhouse, excellent kitchen with every imaginable cooking utensii, huge array of dinnerware, glassware, pots and skillets and pans, etc. Four bedrooms (one Murphy bed in the lower level) worked well for our family gathering of 7. Only issue was no exhaust fan over the stove and our roast set off the fire alarm. We really enjoyed our stay and the sledding in Frisco and a short 15 minute drive to Copper.

Magical!

Our family visited from three states to celebrate Thanksgiving together. The rental was the perfect size and layout conducive to hanging out together when we weren’t doing fun winter things. Perfect proximity to services/groceries and to Breck and Copper, and perfect amenities including an outdoor fire table that we enjoyed at night under the beautiful stars. Will absolutely stay here again!

16A Larson was a great location and size for our family of 6 adults and 1 infant. Quiet neighborhood, close to grocery store and Outer Range Brewery, convenient for Copper, Keystone and Breck. Wonderful getaway for our family at Xmas.

Colorado Ski Condo

Great condo location for Summit County Ski resorts. Condo was well equiped and very nice. Garage just barely fit my rented Ford Expedition but there is outside parking. Went with my adult son and his old friend for a half week Spring skiing getaway.

Frisco stay

Plenty of room for myself and two son-in-law’s. Basically each of us had our own level. Very nice kitchen and living area with impressive views to the mountains. Communication with the host was great.

Beautiful 3 level condo in Frisco

We stayed in this condo late July 24. When we arrived the temperature in the condo was 81 on the top floor which worried us but by 9 pm it’s was 72. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were updated. The middle floor and upper floor bedrooms had fans which helped moved air and make the space comfortable.the kitchen was stocked well although we didn’t cook.

Pros- updated, location to town, view off back deck, comfortable bed, well outfitted kitchen. Cons-not a house (duplex),smaller than pictures show,no en-suite bathrooms, garage too small to park in, street in front surprisingly busy.

The property was very nice and well located. Overall, we were pleased with our stay. This feedback is just for your consideration. Compared to other properties we have stayed at we felt the kitchen was not stocked the best. Some things that would have been nice to have -- hot pads (maybe they were there and we just couldn't find them), a few more kitchen towels, non-stick cooking spray, cling wrap or tin foil, trash bags.

Had a truly great stay here. The place was extremely clean and well-stocked! Excellent floor layout, too. Perfect location to stay in if you plan to drive to Breck, Vail, Keystone, etc. My only advice is to check with the host about the height of the garage to see if you can park your truck in there. If it doesn’t fit, that’s okay! Just be mindful of the host’s neighbors when you use the parking “lot” in front of the house. :)

VERY enjoyable experience!

This condo is VERY comfortable, very quiet, extremely clean, and well equipped. Nothing needed except food. All amenities were available, electronics worked fine, internet/wifi with great speeds, and overall? Excellent. Josh was available instantly, when a small issue arose, and worked to make sure things were right. All in all, we will enjoy this condo again in the future.
