Absolutely Adorable 1 Bedroom Cottage - Walk to the Beach!

Eastham - Charming Cape Cod Cottage build in 1900 with 21st century amenities. One bedroom, one bath private get-away, with outside shower, AC, Gas fireplace and two flat screen TVs with Cable TV and Wi-Fi. Private lot with wildflower gardens, deck and shady pergola and plenty of off-street parking. Bonus outside structure "Sea Shed" for working remote, morning coffee or an afternoon card or board game. 1/2 mile to Cooks Brook Beach, approximately 3 miles to the National Seashore, Wellfleet Bay Audubon Nature Center, the Wellfleet Drive-in and many restaurants and mini-golf. No Linens provided but they mat be rented locally - just ask!

PLEASE NOTE: Once your reservation is made a lease will be emailed to you from Foran Realty. You must sign your lease within 48 hours of receipt. If you do not receive the email please contact Foran Realty immediately. Please note our cancellation policy spelled out in the lease. You will be asked to initial the policy as part of the signing of the lease. Foran Realty will not process any credit card payments until the lease is returned to our office. Your reservation is not confirmed until your lease is returned and the deposit is collected. Your reservation is on HOLD and not bookable by another party for the 48 hours from the time of the initial booking. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Perfect crash pad near the beach

We spent most of our time outside the house exploring the Cape, but this cozy home was a great touch down space for outdoor showers, grilling fresh seafood, and resting in between adventures. Clean, easy walking/biking to the Crooks Brook Beach at the end of the street, and we’re forever grateful for the early check in and ease of communication traveling from NYC!

Fantastic experience

Discovering all the features of this wonderful building and beautiful property was a delight we did not expect. Every day a new favorite artwork or animal/ plant life was discussed. The owners truly provided a very clean interesting relaxing place to stay.

Eastham Cottage

The quaint cottage was nicely decorated, clean as a whistle, and had everything we needed. One surprise, I was required to pay the rental fee through the property manager agency, not VRBO, which was a bit higher than the VRBO listing rental price (Property Manager's fee). The property manager communicates well and is easy to work with ie they accommodated an early check in. The Upper Cape is just beautiful!

Cozy Beach Cottage

I would highly recommend this cozy beach cottage for a solo or couples trip! My husband and I came from western mass for an anniversary trip and would like to come back to this place time and time again. We absolutely loved the little things in this little sanctuary- everything to the games that we played every night before bed, to the patio and pergola, to the bird and beach decor to the wildflower garden. We also loved that it was a short walk to Cooks Brook Beach- a small beach on the bay side that we experienced a beautiful sunset at, per owners recommendation. Great location- close to our favorite Atlantic side beaches, Marconi and Nauset Light. Reasonable drive to Provincetown and Truro Vineyards, as well as Dennis and Harwich where we went on a seal tour and of course to Cuffys. Owner was very caring and sweet, leaving us a small gift of local treats and a card! We just can’t wait to come back to this place next year!

Charm and location

This 1900 cottage has been fully renovated with high-quality lighting, furniture, HVAC, bath and kitchen, while retaining much of its Old Cape charm. The bonus are the huge grounds, lovingly planted by the owners as a pollinator garden which, while I was there in the Fall, attracted hordes of butterflies. There is also a separate little building, the Sea Shed, and several small patios nicely furnished for outdoor dining. I am rather ancient, and walk with a cane, but I had no trouble walking to lovely Cook's Brook Beach. The location is also minutes from good places for takeout meals and other shopping. Overall, I had the feeling that I was a guest in the owner's home, not an anonymous "vacation rental."

Comfortable and clean

My parents had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage in North Eastham. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was a plus! The pollinator garden was a highlight and the "she-shed" would have been well used during inclimate weather, however the week was filled with sun and warmth and plenty of beach time. A lovely getaway.

Magical piece of heaven

A perfect quaint cape cod summer cottage with so much character! Beautiful peaceful garden in a convenient location. It was built in 1900 lovingly restored and decorated and perfectly comfortable for two. The owner thought of every detail to make our stay special. It even came with the extra bonus of the cutest “SEAshed” where we enjoyed evenings playing board games. Truly a magical place near cooks beach.

Lovely Eastham Nest

The cottage is lovely and very tastefully decorated. The gardens are beautiful and add so much to the surroundings. There are a couple things that are worth mentioning that could use some improvement. If you want use the oven there isn’t any bakeware at all. Also, there is one (lovely) but thin quilt on the bed and since basic bedding is provided by the guest, one blanket provided in the cottage would have been helpful on a couple of the nights. That might not be an issue for a couple but I was there alone. The location is very nice with many good restaurants nearby and walking distance to a nice neighborhood beach. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and fell in love with Eastham.
