This beautiful 3 bedroom townhouse in Indian Rocks is the perfect vacation spot for couples and families!
The bright and airy living room opens on to an adorable balcony that offers wonderful views of the Gulf of Mexico. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for making meals to enjoy a home cooked meal. The dining area has seating for 6 with additional seating at the kitchen island. The The primary suite has a king bed and private bath. The second guest bedroom has a king bed and the third guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for added convenience.
Head out to the balcony to relax and enjoy watching the views!
Enjoy the beautiful heated pool, direct beach access, an outdoor shower and picnic tables that are located beachside onsite.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay The location can’t be beat . The condo is a little dated and carpet could use a shampoo . But overall it was a great week .

LOCATION CAN'T BE BEAT!

Gulfside Villa #15; a little disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booked the place in October; went back to review photos about 3 weeks before the trip and noticed 2 sets of kitchen pictures (not listed in description). Called to confirm which kitchen was ours, then asked about the futon (not in description) was told yes it was there. Also asked about twin beds (picture showed what looked like "full" size) was told they were "double" beds. Was also told sometimes owner adds pictures on their own so must've been a mix up with kitchen. When we arrived, we realized SEVERAL of the pics were not of this condo. Twin beds were actually twin but room was 1/2 the size (NOT in photos) 1 other bedroom and bathroom were not in photos, there was no futon. The condo next to us was being gutted so from 9-3 constant pounding, drilling, and crashing from workers throwing debris in a huge dumpster in parking lot, where our view of ocean was. Called day2 of trip to address issues and was given the run around. Understandable they cannot control demolition but a heads up would've been nice. Was told maybe the owners remodeled some rooms on this condo without uploading new pics. I explained there's no way this happened. This condo is not updated at all. Gave my name number for follow up and received nothing. We really didn't get what we paid for.

Our trip

This property is an in amazing location but it needs to be updated. Everything is just worn down but it was clean. But we still had a great trip as we could see the ocean from the balcony and bedrooms and walk to some of the restaurants. Just a note...there was no blow dryer even though they said there was one in the listing.

This place is awful

We were notified by another condo owner that there was a fire next door to this unit the week prior to our arrival. We had also rented another condo in this complex at the same time and it’s wonderful and not the first time we’ve stayed at the complex. After finding out about the fire next door, we messaged the rental company for this unit and they could’ve cared less and told us to cancel if we were worried about residual smells. Upon arrival there were still residual smells that got even worse the last day of our stay when they started tearing out the apartment that had caught fire. We left the condo a day early because the smell was awful! There were outlets in the condo that did not work. The carpet in the condo was absolutely disgusting. The beds were gross, walls are in disrepair, the apartment is in very bad condition. The bathrooms were horrible- broken shower head in one and had to call a plumber because one of the toilets wouldn’t flush. Our whole experience with this condo and its condition were disheartening! Somebody needs to strip this place down and start over, I would never recommend this unit to anyone in its current state. We definitely did not get a valuable rental for what we paid, our other unit we rent in this complex is cheaper and immaculate! Such a shame that this unit is so awful!

Awesome Stay!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation rental is in need of an update for sure, but that is the least of my so concerns! We saw several roaches, and even after the exterminator came, we saw more. The outside furniture was old and falling apart. The HVAC return cover and air vents were filthy. The downstairs bathroom toilet constantly ran and overflowed. The shower rod, curtain, and liner in the downstairs bath were rusted and dirty (they did replace it while we were there). Several blinds were broken and bifold doors were off the hinges. The faucet in the upstairs bathroom leaked and after someone worked on it for 2 hrs it still couldn’t be fixed (he said they would have to check with the owners to replace it, but we never heard anything back). There were some bulbs out and the small bedroom had a short or something because the light kept flickering on and off. There was a non working outlet in the 2nd bedroom. The water faucet outside was broken. And, overall the place could use a DEEP cleaning! The only good part was that it was right on the beach and the view was lovely! But, due to the condition of the place, we will not stay here again!

Reviewer Comments: Arrival met with cleaning person leaving,cheetoes on couch,necklace in kitchen and workers replacing air conditioner-(that job was successful). Day 3, wake up to ants everywhere in kitchen and dining area. Day 6 exterminator arrives. Day 7, while packing, door falls off closet in bedroom on daughter. Lack of rating prior to booking. This is NOT typical for Florida Lifestyles properties.We have used them for YEARS. Extremely disappointing.I don't like writing this review, but I disliked our experience even more. This unit should NEVER be a rental in its present state. Positives: washer&dryer, location, hot water heater,new air conditioner,2 parking spots,gated security, local restaurants,many available books to read. The condition of the unit simply ruined much of an anticipated vacation.

However, the condo is in great need of a renovation. The inside furniture is dirty and the outside furniture is falling apart. The windows are very old and therefore the air conditioner could not do it's job. It never got below 80 inside the condo the entire week.

Awesome stay but did not tell us about Red Tide ot needing household supplies

We had a good visit but had to drive daily hours away after discovering middle of a Red Tide. Also, there was no extra TP, Papertowels, Dishsoap, or any cleaning supplies other than an old broom. We had to go buy all of that stuff and there was only one trashbag?? It should not say all items needed are available if they are not.

Spring Break Stay

Reviewer Comments: This vacation rental could have used some cleaning attention. The rugs throughout the home were filthy. There was sand on the rug and floor at the entrance. The kitchen floor had not been swept or mopped. Food and spills were present. There was a large amount of dust on each ceiling fan. I had to clean the fan in the master so that dust wasn't falling on us when used. The shower curtain in the downstairs bathroom was stained and dirty too. Upon our arrival, I had to dry towels left in the dryer. I also had to unload clean dishes from the dishwasher. We had difficulty charging phones in the bedrooms at night because many of the outlets were not working. One outlet was broken which is a fire hazard.I would recommend the owner remove some of the furniture in the home. The outside table is not usable. It is rusty and unstable. The living room was cramped too.

Would not stay here again

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Greeted by roaches. The filth was disgusting. Overall POOR quality throughout the entire condo. Only good thing was the view which did not make it worth the money paid to stay in filth in such a low quality condo. The entire place needs to be fixed, not just updated.
