La Villa Madeira est un bâtiment en front de mer situé en plein cœur de la pittoresque plage de Madère, une petite ville balnéaire d’environ 3 km. Composé de 50 unités; toutes les unités font face à l'ouest, elles auront donc toutes une vue directe sur le golfe du Mexique depuis leur balcon privé. Le village de John’s Pass se trouve à environ 1,5 km au sud, où vous trouverez des boutiques, des restaurants, des activités nautiques et des divertissements pour tous. Envie de monter des montagnes russes en ville? Busch Gardens à Tampa est à seulement 45 minutes en voiture, ou visitez les parcs Disney et toutes les autres attractions d'Orlando en seulement 2 heures. L'aquarium de Floride à Tampa, l'aquarium de Clearwater (la maison de l'hiver, les dauphins), le casino Hard Rock, de magnifiques parcs d'État et des kilomètres de plages ne sont que quelques raisons de visiter nos plages du comté de Pinellas !!! Juste en face de la Villa Madeira se trouve la célèbre Candy Kitchen pour les soirées où vous voulez vous régaler! Il y a des restaurants, des cafés et des cafés qui sont tous accessibles à pied depuis cet endroit, alors vous avez vraiment tout ce dont vous avez besoin ici. Accès direct à la plage, proximité des principales attractions et des kilomètres de plages à portée de main; C'est un vrai vacances à la plage !!

The condo was very clean and decorated so nice. The kitchen had all the supplies you would need to cook just about anything. The pool area was always clean, had nice foot and body showers. Very large screened in balcony with two ceiling fans. The condo does look like the pictures. The one room with the washer/dryer is smaller in person than it looks in the pictures. With that being said I was very disappointed in the master suites shower, it only had 4 very small streams of water and no water pressure. I hope they can get it fixed. The guest bathrooms shower was good. Even with the shower below a good standard I would absolutely stay again.

Everything was as good as or even better in person than the listing showed. The kitchen really had EVERYTHING we needed. From a pizza cutter and pot holders to cookware, larger bowls, and a small blender. The washer and dryer served us well. The view was incredible. Everything was in working order and clean. We were very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. The poke restaurant, coffee shop, and candy store a few steps away were great, Caddys a few doors down and St Johns Pass three minutes away in the car all complimented the stay being such an optimal location. Would stay here again and again.

We loved this location! Right on the beach, walking distance to John’s Pass, restaurants, and shops. It was very clean and well taken care of. Good amount of dish options to make meals in if you wanted to. The only complaint I have (mostly because I don’t rent from VRBO often and don’t know the process) but we drove straight to the condo and had to wait for any information regarding check in. I didn’t realize we had to drive to another location to get the keys before we could even get in the building. I understand waiting for key codes and such but just a heads up for what the check in process would look like even 24 hours ahead of time would’ve been nice. Just felt like the communication was a little lacking leading up to the stay but once the codes came through, everything went smoothly.

Great beach rental

The property is great - exactly as pictured. Perfect location right on the beach. Our two families, four adults and two kids, stayed together comfortably for a rainy week. We would definitely stay again.

Booking: Easy enough even though part of it was done through Resort Rentals. It was an extra step but not complicated. You get a website to sign some a e-sign a couple of easy documents. The website has all the information you need for your stay also.Check-in: Easy. Picked up the keys and parking pass about a half mile from the condo. Took less than 5 minutes. Condo Condition: Probably the cleanest beach condo I have checked in to. The fridge and freezer were deep cleaned. The typical starter supplies were provided but were given an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom which has never happened before. There were plenty of trash cans throughout the condo so we didn’t need to buy extra liners. The kitchen contained everything we needed for the week. I only used the master bed but it was more comfortable than most. All the furniture was in good condition. Condo location:The beach area was great and was never busy in front of the condo. I didn’t have to start setting up the beach gear until 930 or 1000 and still had plenty of options. Anything you could want to eat is within 15 minutes or less. John’s Pass is 1 min by car or less than 10 walking.Other: 2 of the 5 chairs provided for the beach were camping chairs so we bought beach chairs to use instead. 1 or the 2 large umbrellas was not working so we bought 1 of those too. All the other beach gear/toys were fine.

Excellent overall location (quiet, clean beach). Clean, up to date, spacious property. They have a few chairs and an umbrella, which were helpful. Beautiful beachfront screen porch. Would definitely stay again!

Warm getaway

We were pleased how close the condo was to the water. Beach chairs and umbrellas were handy. The cleaning crew could do better. Seemed they neglected to sweep and do some cleaning. We still enjoyed our stay.

The location was great, loved our beach front access! The condo had everything we needed for our stay, including a closet full of beach toys and accessories. We had our family of 6 and everyone was comfortable - kids aged 21, 19, 14 & 13. Would for sure stay here again!

Fabulous updated condo

Loved this unit as well as the building and location !! We felt safe and secure in the building, it's within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Beach wasn't near as crowded as Clearwater, much for family friendly !

Great place

We loved the location. Beautiful beach. Easy to walk to everything. Very happy with it but be aware if you have 3 couples... 3rd bedroom is actually a utility room with a twin bed in it... wasn't quite as big as looked in pictures. Also take beach towels... there weren't any there which is unusual for a beachfront condo. Overall I would stay here again for the location.

The sink in the kitchen on the left side stayed stopped up the whole time we were there. Just needs to be checked out. Overall we will def look into staying at this location again!

Loved it!

The beach, the view, and the location couldn't have been more perfect. The condo was beautifully updated and decorated. My only real criticism is the bed in the master felt like we were laying on cinder blocks w a mattress topper thrown over them. After 7 nights, my hips were literally bruised. Beyond that, our stay was heavenly.

Nice oceanfront condo, totally as advertised

Family of 5 stayed for a week. We loved the oceanfront location, the proximity to a coffee shop and ice cream across the street and John's pass a short walk/drive away. Check in and check out were easy, the condo was clean, and the management responded to our problems with the internet and made it right. It would have been nice to get the problem resolved on a weekend when we checked in, but we had to wait until Monday. We appreciated the beach gear (chairs, umbrella, etc.) in the patio closet. Kitchen supplies were adequate, beds were comfortable, and overall everything was as advertised. Happy with our stay.

The place was in a great location , we had to drive 8 miles each way to get a key that we didn’t need. The linens needed updating the kitchen supplies are minimal. My car was hit in parking lot and they took off. My problem no help was offered. The ceiling fan in room didn’t work then microwave broke I will not be back

Nice stay

Pros:Comfy beds & couch. Great master shower & veranda. We really enjoyed our beachfront stay even though weather was colder than normal. Prompt service fixing plumbing issue!ConsNo coffee for first morning No frying pan or sheet pan to cook bacon. There was a super small fry pan for scrambled eggs but we Had to purchase one in order to make bacon. None or extremely poor WiFi or cell data Fitted sheet on king bed wasn’t deep pocket so constantly had to put corners back on- bed & pillows Super comfy tho!!!For price it’s frustrating they didn’t have the basic things listed above, but when these are ran by management companies were coming to realize the care just isn’t there. Place was nice though! Just be prepared to do a lot of shopping for random things you’d expect furnished.

Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was great being on the second floor ! Easy access to the stairs! The pool was great and the location is wonderful. The condo itself was nice, comfortable with lots of beach toys. I just wish it had been a little cleaner and renter friendly . It needs a broom, mop, and vacuum cleaner. Also better bed linens and pillows. I would recommend it if it was updated a bit. But we had a great time because it was all about being with family!

Pleased the condo was comfortable and the owner had beach items for your use. We apologize you did not find the broom, mop or vacuum, as they are items that should be in the condo. Mad Beach Villa Mad #203

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location. Not sure why vacationers have to return keys to office upon checkout in this day of technology. Keys needed to pool gate, building doors and beach gate. Key overload and you have to beg for an additional key. We also had to ask for a couple of extra towels which seemed like a task. Staff at RR was ok but made ya feel we were asking way too much. No trash liners in unit. Overall things were good, just a few suggestions for future stays. Our other family members unit had extra everything!

The keys are in place for your safety concerning building doors, pool and beach. Three generations Girl Trip

The condo and beach and convenience to restaurants was amazing. We saw lots of dolphins during our stay. Having to pick up the keys for the outer doors was very inconvenient. We couldn’t find sheets for the futon but managed. Also there were beach chairs and beach toys which was a nice find. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for sharing your wonderful place.

Good location on a nice beach

The property location is great and the beach was nice. The condo itself, while it has been upgraded, could really use a deep clean. There was dust caked on the ceiling fans and the floor was sandy upon our arrival. It seems as though the cleaning process isn’t thorough and it’s starting to show. There was no dustpan to sweep the floors and the one broom was meant for outdoor use. The washer or dryer leaked oil or some substance on several of our clothing items. It was nice to have paper towels, toilet paper and dishwasher detergent provided. The balcony was spacious and the outside closet was full of fun beach toys for the kids

Spring Break

This property has a wonderful view and location. It however is extremely dirty. The small vacuum on the property did not work and there was no broom to be found. There were only 6 bath towels total which meant a lot of washing. And with the washer and dryer being in a bedroom made nighttime washing difficult. Since this is an interior unit it gets very little light. And the front bedrooms have no overheard lights and only very small lamps. Overall Villa Madeira is a nice complex and has a good location but I would not rent this unit again.
