Neuf à l'intérieur avec des aménagements et des rendez-vous tout au long de magnifiques font de ce 3 chambres luxueuses et 2 salle de bain complète condo le point focal pour votre prochaine vacances. Dort huit, et à partir de son emplacement central penthouse, vous pouvez réellement voir le coucher de soleil de la cuisine, salle à manger, salon et balcon. Vous pouvez également profiter du coucher de soleil depuis le bain à remous, les courts de tennis, la piscine et bien sûr - la plage!

Veuillez noter que nous louons du samedi au samedi, sauf "hors saison", car nous pouvons ainsi proposer de meilleurs tarifs et accueillir nos invités. Toutefois, s'il vous plaît renseigner pendant "hors saison" et en tant que propriétaires de ce condo, nous avons plus de flexibilité.

Reef Club est un complexe de condominiums de 55 logements 5 étages avec parking attribué privée, une piscine en bord de mer chauffée, jacuzzi, grilles de barbecue en plein air et une plage fabuleuse. Reef Club est situé entre Clearwater Beach 5 minutes au nord et Saint- Petersburg Beach à 10 minutes au sud. Vous êtes seulement 30-40 minutes de Tampa International & Clearwater Aéroports et Busch Gardens. Disney World, Universal Studios et de renommée mondiale attractions d'Orlando sont à seulement 90 minutes. Notre condo penthouse en bord de mer est un endroit idéal pour se détendre et de vacances. Crabby Bill - fruits de mer - passe toujours. Dans très proche distance de marche - TJ, Keegan, Guppys et Oyster Bar PJ - tout bon.

Absolutely love staying here !

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed here and we are never disappointed! Love the area ,love the beach area ,love the amenities the property has to offer! The condo was clean and had everything we needed and more .The secret must be out about this property because it’s booked up so we have to grab the opportunity to come back whenever we can ! Thanks Rick and Charlotte for the opportunity to experience their lovely place !

Beautiful property

The condo is in a nice, quiet, older, but wellmaintained building with a great balcony and a beautiful ocean front view. There is a pool, hot tub, gas grills, a tennis court (that doubles as a pickleball court), lots of chairs around the pool that are never saved ahead of time. So you can always find a chair.Super easy to get to the beach. The beach is beautiful. We were so lucky and saw pods ofmanatees swimming that we could almost touch. Was amazing to see. The condo looks just like pictures posted. The sunsets are beautiful. It’s very much a family type of crowd, no young college partying kids when we were there. There are a few restaurants that you can walk to, but you can always take the trolly to St.Pete or Clearwater Beach. The trolly stop is right out front of the Reef. And, it’s a quick trip in to town. The owner was very quick to respond to any messages we had. The kitchen has everything we could need. Nice, new washer and dryer in unit. Felt safe taking evening walks on the beach and I would recommend this unit.

beautiful views on the fifth floor. comfortable balcony and lovely sunsets. pool area is getting beautiful upgrades and will have lots of room and chairs. beach was easily accessible.condo had nice kitchen and comfortable beds.owner was super easy to work with and communication was excellent. condo was clean. new washer/dryer. plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Amazing Sunset View

We loved this condo! We stayed for a week and everything was great. The space was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well organized and had everything we needed. It was a convenient place to stay situated between St. Pete and Clearwater Beaches with lots of places to eat within walking distance and a grocery close driving distance. The parking was designated, so there was never a problem. There were luggage carts and grocery carts to move your stuff. The pool was very nice with plenty of seating and umbrellas. The beach access was easy and close. The best part was the big balcony where we could watch the pool, tennis courts, and beach. The beach actually is closer than it appears in the pictures. We tried to be home at sunset every evening because we had the perfect view from the balcony. It was quiet the whole time we were there. We would love to return.

IRB is a family friendly beach

Reef Club is an older complex but well cared for and has a beautiful pool and hot tub adjacent to beach. This unit is on top floor and has a gorgeous view of ocean (and pool and tennis court). Condo furniture and decor is a little dated but beds and couches are comfy and everything was clean. Beach umbrella, towels and chairs were appreciated.Owners were very responsive. Due to hurricane repair schedule some amenities were unavailable to us

This penthouse rental never disappoints!

Thank you Rick and Charlotte for allowing us once again to rent this beautiful place ! Location is amazing ! Walking distance to Guppies and PJ’s ! Beautiful beach and amazing weather ! What is not to like ! The penthouse views ! Everything you need is supplied and it’s like home away from home ! Can’t say enough how grateful we are for the great hospitality shown to us from the moment our reservation was made until we checked in ! Made sure everything was perfect ! IRB Vacation

We had a wonderful time! One of the best things for us were the beach and baby amenities. The high chair and play pen were much needed and the tent, beach chairs and sand toys were used daily. We didn’t have to rent chairs this year!👏The weather was perfect and we were close to stores and restaurants. We will definitely be back.

The trip went great. It’s in a perfect location that’s not too crowded yet close to anything you need. Plenty of dining places near by. The condo was clean and had most anything we would have needed to make meals. have no complaints at all.

Great Condo Perfect Location

Family of 6 had a fantastic stay at this spacious condo. It’s nicely furnished and decorated just as shown in the pics. Beds and couches are very comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen and beach chairs/canopy/towels were a plus. My family enjoyed the pool and quick access to the beach. Condo is close to many restaurants and stores. The owners opened up a line of communication from the time of booking and provided essential information up through day of departure, which was greatly appreciated. They seemed to really care about us enjoying our time at their condo. Definitely recommend staying here!

Fantastic Vacation Stay

Being Destin vacationers for the past decade we needed a less busy place to spend more time with our boys that are slowly leaving the nest! Everyone was so happy with this penthouse! Very clean, very spacious, 100¬curate listing! Beach was not crowded and owners have a canopy and chairs for you in their extra closet! It was perfect! I cant thank you all enough! The restaurants were delicious and if you have time, spend one day at Johns Pass! We will be returning. Rick and Charlotte are great hosts and communicate quickly! We will be staying longer next time! That would be my only complaint is not staying longer:) Thank you!

Location was perfect for us. Restaurants close by and access in/out with great view of the gulf was delightful. Condo was very comfortable and hosts were available and provided all needed information. Highly recommend.

Family getaway

It started out very shaky, but once the issue was resolved, we had a wonderful stay. We all loved the setting and would definitely rent here again. My recommendations would be some new beach chairs and a Pyrex baking dish. The host is very friendly and I feel he really wants his guests to have an awesome time.

Great place!

We were not sire what to expect as we have atayed close to Indian Rocks but never in that location. The property was exactly as listed. Very spacious and clean, easy elevator access as needed. We were very happy with our stay and the beach view was fantastic!

As a family of five, Charlotte and I have vacationed in Hawaii, Turks & Caicos, Bahamas, South America - etc. and all great wonderful vacation locations. However our best - stress free and quality vacations have been at the Gulf Beaches of Florida. The location is always ideal for weather, activities, friends and family . . . and we don't feel like we had to out of the country to vacation - we didn't! Great location and easy to get to and so much to do. Pro sports teams in Tampa, Busch Gardens, Gulf beauty and of course we would always go to Orlando and enjoy everything Orlando has to offer - from Disney, to Sea World to the Orlando Magic. This is simply a great location and this condo is beachfront - penthouse - 30 minutes from Tampa airport . . . what more can you say. Getting here is easy for Western Hemisphere and European vacationers and you can start your vacation right away. We have enjoyed this area immensely.

This condo has three bedrooms and is designed to sleep maximum of 8 people. In the living room there is also a very nice new leather couch with a comfortable queen sleeper sofa. Restaurants and places: Best ice cream in the world! Candy Kitchen - they make their own - go there. They have the same ice cream at 'Candy Kitchen' (one block north of Reef Club . . . just the portions are not as large :). Salt Rock Grill - atmosphere! Great value - surf & turf - more . . . go before 5:00 for extraordinary prices! Crabby Bill's - Seafood - always happening. THE Pub - down the street. Dine at the outside bar evenings and watch the Intracoastal. TJ's Italian Pizza, Picata and Sea Bass. Maggie Mae's Sunrise Cafe - in Sand Key for great breakfasts. Try the bagel Tuna for lunch at Lighthouse Doughnuts - and of course the donuts and breakfasts are great! Our Canadian friends say 'We had their bagel sandwiches and they were better than the Canadian ones! All the above located within walking distance on Gulf Boulevard.

There is a lot. Penthouse beachfront, sunset while watching seagulls coast by, hot tub, pool, volleyball, gas grills - bike rides on the beach. Don't laugh - but the thing that did it for me was watching the sun set from the top floor balcony while enjoying an excellent carbernet and a McDonald's double cheeseburger. (It had been a long day). TJ's is 3 minutes north and excellent. Crabby Bills a 5 minute walk away - and great places to eat. Resting with the ocean breeze . . .

Don't need a car - extended stay convenience: Great feature - you can take a shuttle from the Tampa Airport to Indian Rocks Beach - about $28 (727) 572 1111. Also, and for one price ALL DAY, the Sun Coast Trolley will take you from St. Pete Beach to Sand Key (Clearwater) with unlimited stops - all for one price! Again, you don't need a car - other family members can arrive earlier/later when you give them your security code. AND if you do have a car (or are on business) the significant others can still get around - if they are not at the beach or the pool all day long. Again, great shuttle to the airport and great trolley on the beach.
