24 Gulf is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo that accommodates 8 guests. The West Coast Vista condominium building sits directly on Indian Rocks Beach and offers a shared swimming pool and across the waterway a private dock where you can get some fishing in. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor. You will find an open floor plan with a lot of natural sunlight. The kitchen and living area are the perfect spot to plan your days or gather to reminisce about the day's adventures. The 3 bedrooms are good size and offer plenty of space to relax and unwind. Head to the beach to catch the sunrise and sunsets and sink your toes into the beautiful sands of Indian Rocks Beach. If you sit out on the balcony you have a breathtaking view of the intercoastal waterway where you might spot the dolphins playing!
Kitchen: Refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Basic dishes, cookware, and utensils are also provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, coffee filters, and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Room: Table with 4 chairs, and countertop area with 2 stools
Living Area: Sofa sleeper, 2 chairs, coffee table, 2 end tables, and TV.
Laundry Closet: Washer & dryer.
Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a King-size bed, dresser, TV, 2 nightstands, ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Single vanity and standing shower. No tub.
Bedroom #2: Queen-size bed, nightstand, ceiling fan, and TV.
Bathroom #2: Single vanity, tub/shower combination
Bedroom #3: Twin-over-twin bunkbed and nightstand.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Parking: Parking: 1 assigned parking spot. There is limited guest parking by the street and is on a first come first serve basis.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
