Sun drenched, peaceful views, immaculate modern home.

A warm, modern 3 bedroom home awaits you. Located in a quiet cul de sac, on a flat section backing onto the Ramarama stream, you are only minutes away from the local coffee / takeaway store and a stroll along the beach.

Sleeps six people in three bedrooms. Two queen sized rooms, plus one room with two single beds. All beds have mattress protectors, pillows and duvets. PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR OWN BED LINEN AND TOWELS. NOTE: Linen can be provided for an extra $20 per room, per stay.

Bathroom has a shower, vanity, heater and extractor fan. Separate toilet with hand basin. Kitchen provides all amenities, including dishwasher, large fridge / freezer, microwave, washing machine. Coffee machine and coffee grinder for your use. Heat pump installed for cold winter days. TV and freeview along with DVD player provided.

A variety of books, board games and puzzles are proved for your use.

Kayak is available for you to enjoy paddling in the stream. Fishing rods and reels for those of you who want to catch your own dinner. Large deck to soak up sun all day long and enjoy a bbq in the evening. Off street parking.

Whiritoa offers safe swimming in the lagoon for the little ones, while more adventurous swimmers and surfers will enjoy the main beach. At both ends of this beautiful white sand beach, there are walking trails for you to explore at your leisure.

Whangamata shopping centre is a 15 minute drive where you can enjoy a variety of cafes, shopping, golf courses and hiking trails.

Special conditions. Minimum of 2 consecutive nights stay. MINIMUM of 7 nights stay over Christmas / New Year period. NO smoking inside the house. NO PETS ALLOWED. Please leave all footwear and wet / sandy clothing on the porch. No tents or extra guests, unless by prior arrangement. Anyone under 18 years to be accompanied by an adult. Rubbish and / or recycling to be placed in bins provided and put out for collection on Monday, or one day later if a public holiday. Otherwise please take your own rubbish away with you.

This is a well loved and maintained property and we would expect you to leave our home the way you found it.

Easy stroll to the beach

Our family enjoyed our stay here in Whiritoa. The section is a nice flat size to kick a ball around, It is a family friendly property in a safe area which offers good value for money. An easy flat couple of min stroll to the beach with a couple of great walks either end of it to explore. We even managed to find some local honey. Owner was easy to deal with. Thanks.

Great way to get out off the city

Very tidy home with lots of amenities like board games, kayaking, and boogie boarding, surrounded by a beautiful beach. The only thing I would change is having more shops nearby so you don’t have to travel 15 minutes, but nevertheless, it’s a hidden gem.

At a convenient location near to the estuary, beach and dairy, the house provided a secure haven for us to really enjoy our time at Whiritoa to attend our nephew's wedding.

Great set up and location

Harry and I have always loved travelling in our camper van and staying at beaches around the North Island. Whiritoa had provided my children and I with many happy holidays while they were growing up. When an opportunity to purchase this beautiful, sun drenched property came up earlier this year we didn't hesitate to claim our little piece of paradise. Having travelled overseas for the past few years we were ready to enjoy a more permanent holiday home. We would like to invite you to relax and create holiday memories here as well.

30 Marlin Place is a modern, warm, single level home. Presented in immaculate condition, with quality furnishings and fittings. All you need to do is unpack, unwind and soak up the restorative powers of Whiritoa.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our bach is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, situated on a flat, grassed section that is boarded by the Ramarama stream at its rear boundary. Great for outdoor games, b-b-q's and relaxing. Peaceful views over the stream to the surrounding hills. A short walk to the local store for coffees and take-aways, overlooking Whiritoa Beach.
