THE INN Downtown - Deluxe King Studio Apartment

The Inn Downtown is Portsmouth, NH’s first boutique apart-hotel of its kind. We offer ten modern studio apartments for the independent traveler. Housed in a newly-renovated, historic 1809 home in the heart of downtown, our guest studios feature fully equipped kitchenettes and access to laundry. We are right in the middle of all that Portsmouth has to offer. This studio offers one king bed and can occupy 2 persons max.
Private, studio apartment with one king bed, kitchenette (no stove), ensuite bathroom with tub, and in-room washer/dryer. Dog friendly ($49/night, per dog, 2 dog max). DISCLAIMER, PLEASE READ: When you book through VRBO you will pay: a service fee to VRBO, $29/night to park your vehicle, and a one time $50 cleaning fee. Great time

The room was great , easy check in and out. Great shops, bars and resturants all within walking diatance. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Honeymoon

We had a wonderful stay, I (new husband) thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet even though we were surrounded by restaurants. My wife loved how it had the comfort of a hotel but the character of an inn. Definitely top of the list for future stays in Portsmouth!

Very clean and all we needed

Lovely cabin. A but close to other campers. Had all we wanted at the honor-system camp store. Mini golf was fun and easy. Had a nice time.

Post Birthday Mini Getaway

This is a cute spot for the girls who love good interior design, and for the guys who love to feel included. Spent some time here and loved every bit of it. If you don't know what's around they provided you with a map of cool things to do. Literally in the heart of DT so we could stroll around for awhile in a new city and not feel lost. next to cute bars/restaurants and id definitely book again! Cheers

Last fall adventure

We went to Portsmouth as a late bday trip for my husband’s bday. It was later in the season and that made it more enjoyable as there were less crowds to contend with. This was by far the best place to stay! The location was perfect for walking to everything! And the decor spoke to my soul - it has everything you need and great tips from the owner- it’s fabulous. If you need a place to stay in Portsmouth stay here !

Overnight in Portsmouth

Our studio condo was lovely. Easy access to the waterfront , stores amd restaurants. Meeting old friends to have dinner on the dock was wonderful. The studio was comfortable and stocked with snacks from water to champagne. We were running late so it was a pleasant surprise to be able to purchase in room snacks and offer our old friends something after dinner when we sat and talked for quite a while. It was an evening we will remember forever especially because of our surroundings both in and outside of our beautiful studio. Parking was also easy which we really appreciated.

Modern cute and private

We felt right at home and loved the walkable location. The suite is very comfortable and our pups felt good as well. We recommend this spot especially that you can park the car and enjoy the downtown area without worrying that you need to pay for parking. Also very close to the beaches and great location
