Best location to stay right in the heart of downtown Portsmouth with a water view. Quaint and historic; youâll love the charm. John Cutts who was the first President of NH owned this building and was friends with Paul Revere. Walk out the door and you can access the best restaurants and bars. You have a full kitchen too. It is close to everything, making it easy to walk your favorite spots. You will will have the full Portsmouth experience in no better location at this price point.
What a great spot! A location; tasteful, comfortable furnishings; historical significance galore and a most accommodating host. Portsmouth is a charming place with an artsy, progressive vibe. We will definitely be back.
The location is really good for access to Portsmouth. There's a lot of foot traffic on the street below, but you don't hear that in the apartment. It's on the small side, but large enough, with a separate living area and kitchen. Joy is a great host. She's very connected and attends to any issues that come up.
This Ceres St. get-away was the perfect spot for our long weekend. The apartment was cozy and had everything we needed, but of course the best part was its location. It is nestled in the heart of everything, walkable, and being close to the tugs and Annabelleâs was an exclamation point to a great stay. The parking pass made life easy to cross the river and explore and Joy, our host, was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Wonderful visit to my happy place!
Lovely apartment in a great location in Portsmouth, NH. Close to shops, restaurants, and a very nice park. We actualy walked over the drawbridge to Kittery, ME...it was a beautiful stroll! Would stay there again.
Right in the heart of downtown within walking distance to multiple shops and restaurants. Great view of the river. The apartment was clean and nice. My only complaint would be not being able to open the window to let in the night air. Have already recommended the place to friends and we would definitely stay here again. Our host was very responsive when we discovered the battery was low on the door lock. Thanks, Joy!
Adorable unit in waterfront neighborhood in downtown Portsmouth. Would be hard to find anything else like it. Cleaners missed quite a few spots to ready the property (including something on sheets) but otherwise place was great. No parking near property but owner provided garage pass for undercover parking a very short walk away. Unusually, refrigerator drawers were completely full of owner's drinks so that limits your fridge space - but if you don't need a lot that's not a hindrance.
We loved the place and will definitely be back! It was very nice and clean, a terrific location, and had super cool the decor. It was near my favorite restaurant - The Black Trumpet! The host was very accommodating, easy to work with, and super quick to respond when booking. Thanks for an awesome getaway! We will be back. đ
Cute and comfortable property in a fabulously walkable location! We loved our time in Portsmouth. Communication with the host was easy; she was readily responsive. Great stay!
