La maison de plage de rêve! Cette maison de ville à vie inversée est à seulement 5 maisons de l'océan et à distance de marche des divertissements et des meilleurs restaurants que LBI a à offrir. Comprend 4 chambres, 3 salles de bain complètes, un ascenseur amélioré à 3 arrêts, la technologie de la maison intelligente et une cuisine et un salon ouverts avec un ensemble complet d'appareils en acier inoxydable avec réfrigérateur à vin et planchers de bois franc. Les caractéristiques extérieures comprennent une cour privée avec piscine d'eau salée privée et une grande terrasse sur le toit offrant une vue sur l'océan et la baie. Idéal pour les escapades estivales ou au printemps et en automne pour un long week-end! La vue depuis le toit-terrasse ne déçoit pas.

This house was perfect! Plenty of space, and clean! Steps from the beach (although we didn’t go it was a quick trip for a wedding). Paulina was a wonderful host!

Great Location

This was a spacious, attractive house in a great location. It was a block from the beach and the upper deck provided beautiful views of spectacular sunrises and sunsets. The pool was nice if a bit cool. The air conditioning on the upper level didn't seem very efficient (maybe needed servicing) but we didn't contact the owner during our stay. She was accessible and answered our texts promptly. All in all a relaxing and comfortable stay in a fabulous location!

Perfect location & basic requirements

First off you can not beat the location of this rental. 1 block to the beach. The property needs some updating, but that’s probably due to renting at the end of the summer season. The property is as advertised and has the basic requirements to enjoy your stay while there. Active communication with the owner is a plus, would like to have a bit more instruction as to certain aspect of the property so I wouldn’t have to ask as many questions. Overall a great getaway stay for me, my wife, and young son. Will hope to stay there again in the future!

Great location! Nice accomodations.

The house was spotless including all the appliances. Nicely decorated and comfortable. The location is great with a bike shop to rent bikes for the week and a diner, bagel shop and other restaurants nearby. It's only about a block to the beach and my kids also enjoyed the pool. Very friendly year-round neighbors were helpful with questions. The owner was easy to contact if necessary.

BOOK WITH CAUTION

When booking this house, be prepared to either travel 30 minutes to the closest Walmart or pay fees. The host has a fee for necessary items such as towels, bed sheets, pillowcases, and blankets. I found this to be an inconvenience because I was not aware of this until check-in. The host did not include this information in the posting when I booked. As far as the pool goes, it is advertised as a heated pool. However, when I inquired about the temperature of the pool because it was set at 80 degrees but felt very cold. So cold that the other guests and I could not swim in it, I was told “The pool company needs to come adjust it- so if it’s and emergency I can ask but no idea- we adjust usually for weekly guests The pool company needs to come adjust it”. This was a disappointment because swimming was the main activity for the night. Overall, I really enjoyed the house but felt inconvenienced by the fees and unexpected expenses.

Great location, cozy place to stay

Great house located 1 min walking distance from the beach and main drag. Heated pool was a plus. Linens are available for rental or bring your own. Owner was very nice and easy to contact.

Great location and pool!

We loved our stay at this house! The pool was usable even in April which was really great since our family loves to swim. It was pretty windy while we were there and the beach was not as inviting, so the pool was key. We found a bunch of restaurants open, even though it was off season and had a great time getting take-out and enjoying ourselves. All in all a great stay!

Great stay!

The property was well bright, tastefully decorated, well equipped, clean, and close to the ocean. Our multigenerational family had great time at this property. The owner was helpful and communication was easy with our couple questions. The elevator was perfect for my mother (and bringing up bags and groceries), because of the nature of reverse living layout their are many stairs. The roof deck was easily accessible and there is a view of the ocean(and bay) from there as well as the 2nd floor balcony. Unfortunately we weren’t able to utilize the pool because it was off season but it looked nice. Bagel shop, juice bar / cafe, bike rental are at the end of the block. No complaints, would rent again. Thank you!

Good Location Needs Cleaning, Painting and upgrades

Needs Paint job, stains on all walls. No Cable, Only one TV with ROCU Reception, all others none. Heat First Night on 55 degrees not able to control. (January Stay) No Hot Tub on Property, but in Listing. No Linenes, must bring all linens and Towels, soaps etc.

Renter Beware

This property owner will charge you for her home maintenance repairs after you leave the property. She claimed we “scratched” her wall and charged us 50 dollars for plaster repair. Under no circumstances did we scratch her wall. When I asked her to explain, she did not reply. Perhaps her cleaning service did this as the property is unkept: water marks in bathroom, soap scum on glass shower door, dog hair and sand and stain on couch ( which we vacuumed and cleaned so we could sit on it - and yes the owner was informed and we sent photos) , oven filthy( an I had to clean it as well), beds are uncomfortable. In follow up with Vrbo you are caught in red tape of trying to get your money back for homeowners fraudulent claims. And yes we took out renters insurance and the owner directly charges your card. As a lifelong summer renter ( usually directly from a realtor or friend) I will not rent from Vrbo again and stay clear of this property and search the homeowner in Google. Rent at your own risk.
