Located between the kids/bay beach and the ocean beach, the location is great. Good kitchen amenities and vintage decor, the house can accommodate a large group.

Great Location

This shore home is the perfect location for families that want to take advantage of the Ocean and Bay beaches! Easy walking distance to stores and restaurants. Well equipped kitchen! The best is the sunsets from the top deck!

LBI family vacation

-“ we highly recommend this home for a perfect LBI experience. This home had everything we could possibly need for our family of seven adults and one eight year-old grandchild. It is central located to the best dining on the island. It’s a perfect location for short walks to the children’s bay beach and a short walk to the Beach. We were able to walk to the nearby market for produce, A short walk to satisfy our craving for an ice cream cone- we were able to walk to grab a bottle of wine to take to dinner. The house was very clean and spacious, The roof deck and decks coming off of the master bedroom were a great place for morning coffee or an evening board game – Spectacular views of the fireworks on the Fourth of July. We would definitely stay here again. The owners were responsive and very kind people. We cannot say enough good things about this year‘s vacation except what great memories we made!

Great house in an amazing location

This house is in the perfect location in surf city. Near shops, restaurants and the children’s bay beach. Terry was a great host and very responsive. The house is spacious and the decks are fantastic. Love that it was pet friendly and that were were able to bring my little dog with us!

Great stay in Surf City

We had a great stay at Terry and Emma's house in Surf City. The location is perfect- close to the beach, bay beach, and walking distance to lots of food places. The house was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 6 adults and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The only thing I would have to say about the house that isn't ideal is that the only way to get to the decks is through the upstairs loft room which provides that room with no privacy. It wasn't a huge issue for us but it would have been nice to be able to access the decks without having to worry about disturbing those staying in that space. Overall, we would stay here again and highly recommend this area!

Great location and good features, with some caveats

Great beach rental in Surf City. There’s no door to the primary suite, which would have been good to know, and was a bummer. The awesome decks are accessible far from the living space, which was less than optimal. The outdoor shower is not enclosed; it’s just a hose, basically. I don’t think it should count as an outdoor shower unless it’s enclosed. The living space / kitchen are well appointed with a lot of dishes and cups, pots and pans. The location is AWESOME.

The owners were very easy to deal with. The house is located right in the middle of everything in Surf City and right between the beach and bay.

Fantastic Location for a family. Bay beach down the street, easy walk to the beach, restaurants.

Property is in a great location. Sleeps the stated number of people comfortably. Owner is very responsive if an issue arrives. Highly recommend this property.

Great Location! Don't Miss Out on this Rental!

We were two families - a group of 8 plus a dog - and this house was perfect for us. Plenty of room and deck space so we never felt on top of each other. Very nice, up to date kitchen. Comfortable beds. A garage to store bikes and beach gear. Plus the location was just perfect. A few blocks to the beach and bay and a convenient walk to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location!

We had a great stay in Surf City. This house is perfectly located a few blocks from an entrance to the surf beach and the same to the bay beach/playground that is perfect for kids. Restaurants right down the street as well so everything is within walking distance. The house was great and although we failed to see that we had to bring our own sheets/towels etc that caused some confusion (make sure you bring your own or rent!) Terry was incredibly helpful and there to help us try and sort it out. We would definitely stay there again and can't recommend it highly enough!

Loved the area

Great family house and great location!!! It was our first time down there and loved the location. Close to the beach and the bay. It was walking distance to restaurants , a grocery store , delis. liquor stores, coffee shops and a great cheese shop.

Great house for our family. Close walk to the beach and the bay beach. Perfect sun tanning deck with amazing views. Great decks for sitting out and enjoying the weather. Comfortable. Well stocked with kitchen items for a large group. Communication with owner was great and helpful. Great place. Will recommend!
