Récemment rénové, spacieux et spacieux Beach Haven West, maison de vacances pour les familles, située sur une très grande propriété située au bout d'un cul-de-sac paisible et magnifique. La grande pelouse entretenue est parfaite pour que les enfants et les animaux domestiques puissent courir et jouer. Une piscine intégrée permet de nager sans sable dans votre cour arrière. Douche extérieure pour un nettoyage facile. Enrouler autour du pont avec auvent rétractable et table et chaises d'extérieur pour manger, barbecue et bronzer. De belles vues depuis le pont vous offrent un endroit idéal pour vous détendre avec un verre à la fin d'une journée bien remplie et amusante.
Le premier étage comprend une chambre avec un lit king-size et des portes coulissantes donnant sur la terrasse, une deuxième chambre de la chambre familiale avec un lit queen-size, un salon, deux salles de bain complètes, une grande cuisine / salle à manger avec portes coulissantes donnant sur la terrasse, un lave-linge / sèche-linge . Le patio a une table, des chaises et un auvent, une grande terrasse, un quai pour bateau, un ascenseur Wave / Runner. Grand jardin paysagé, clôturé, jardin avec piscine creusée. (la piscine est fermée d'octobre à mai) et foyer. Pendant votre séjour dans cette maison de vacances Beach Haven West entièrement meublée, vous trouverez également une télévision et un lecteur HD DVD dans le salon et une petite télévision dans la petite chambre à l'étage.

Le deuxième étage comprend trois (3) chambres à coucher, une (1) salle de bain. La chambre arrière a deux (2) lits doubles et un (1) lit jumeau, la chambre centrale plus petite a deux (2) lits jumeaux, et la chambre principale a un lit king et un lit double qui tire vers un roi.

Nous serions heureux de vous faire vivre les merveilleuses journées d'été au bord de la piscine et les fraîches nuits d'automne et de printemps sur le patio. Vous pouvez avoir l'esprit tranquille en amarrant votre bateau à côté de la propriété sur notre quai privé. Avec un saut et un saut rapides, vous pouvez pêcher, faire du crabe, naviguer ou simplement vous asseoir et profiter. Ocean Relaxation

Was just as described. Had to go thru the single bed room to get to back bedroom but we were fine with it! The shower door fell off the runner but again we had three other showers. Stuff happens right? The pool was the cats meow to my 7 Grandkids. The parking at the beach on the side road was a piece of cake and I was a worried about finding a place to park. We had a great house and a wonderful vacation. Went to lighthouse, mini golf, shopping, fantasy island rides, and ice cream parlor. Lots to do or just sit at the pool and relax.

We loved the home it was big enough for our large family with room to spare. The pool was a big hit for our group and the great weather helped. We had ample parking and the home was clean the beds comfortable. Could not ask for more!

Wonderful location and amazing backyard.

One thing that you everyone must know is that the location is amazing and the pool is the best. The outdoor space is beautiful with the boats going past and the retractable awning made the deck cool and comfortable. There was also a lovely breeze being right on the bay. A few things in the house broke but a quick text to the property owners and it was fixed. The house is spacious with plenty of comfortable bedrooms. A few things to note: you have to walk through the bedroom with twin beds to get to the bedroom with the 3 beds. The queen bed on the main level is a pull out sofa. We also never got the TV’s to work but it was also nice not watching TV and having family quality time at the pool or around the fire pit. (Note: bring your own firewood and make sure to have lighter fluid. It a bit windy so you need it to get the fire lit) The shed had tons of pool toys for the kids, the fenced in backyard was perfect for the dogs. Such a great location that we all agreed to come back as soon as we can!

Pool and backyard was wonderful View was terrific We are grateful that the weather was excellent so we spent as little time as possible inside where it was very small and outdated and didn’t adequately accommodate our large party of 11. TV didn’t work at all and not every bedroom had one. Kitchen very small. 3 bedrooms upstairs with only one bathroom. Water faucets mislabeled hot and cold. Hard to get cold water out of them. Good family vacation but facility needs serious updating.

50/50 house

When we booked the property, we had not seen it in person, and we were a little shocked upon checking in. My family over the week began referring to this house as "the 50/50" cause either 50% of things in the house worked, 50% of the cleaning was done, or 50% of the house was what we enjoyed and expected for $800 PER night. The good/bad/ugly: The outside is beautiful, and on a cul-de-sac. There is a large deck with retractable awning, big grassy area and a big in the ground salt water pool, but its not heated. The 1st floor was renovated and has W/D, CAC and EIK (with fly traps hanging). There is 1 large CAC vent return that is very loud so that bedroom/pullout couldn't be used. (Vent was very dirty till I cleaned it). Upstairs bathroom was spacious for 3 bedrooms, the bdrm over the garage carpet is dirty. The CAC doesn't go upstairs, so there are small window units, and the rooms can get very hot. You have to supply your own linens, towels, pillows and blankets ( I would bring your own mattress pads as the ones on the bed are stained and I wound up washing them). Some lights work, some don't, the internet works, but slow. Living/family room is nice and spent most of our time there when in the house. TV is large and audio system throughout the house works. Upon arriving on Sat, there is a welcome check list & you're to go onto their computer, but they don't give you the password, I copied and emailed the woman (Debbie) who I had been speaking with, but never heard from the owner(Robert). There were a few things I noted not being clean or working thus far. Sunday, I emailed some other issues (vaccuum not working, bathroom had a foul smell, grill was not clean), still no word) Tuesday I texted all 3 numbers to inquire and finally received a response from about the beach badges but no mention of all of the other things I pointed out, which I annoyed me. We wound up fixing the vaccuum that was broken, scrubbed the bathroom to get rid of the old urine smell, cleaned the HVAC return, pulled toys and debris from pool filters, & washed all of the mattress pads we used. If you want a party house with 6 cars in the driveway (as I was told about the previous weeks renters), it's fine, but for a family, we can do better. For the same amt of $$$, we rented a house ON the beach IN LBI I guess I was silly to expect a gesture of good will, or at least an apology. We learned our lesson & won't ever rent a house without being seen in person.

Best Vacation Yet!!!

Our family has been coming to LBI/West Beach Haven for over 35 years. Our family now consists of our 2 sons and their wives and our 3 grandchildren. This home is the best house that we have rented for our family vacations down the shore. The property was clean and well kept. The pool was big and spacious and since we were blessed with the most beautiful weather of the summer, most of our time was spent in that pool! The deck was spacious and so convenient to the kitchen and master bedroom. The retractable awning over the deck was a life saver since there were some very sunny, hot days. Our children and the grandchildren had plenty of rooms for sleeping. My husband had reconstructive surgery on his foot and is unable to bear weight on his right foot at this time , so for him to be able to get in the house with only 3 steps and to have the deck so accessible was all we could hope for (believe me, the only goal he had going into surgery, was to be able to go to the shore with the family). We brought with us, crab traps and fishing poles. The grandkids had a blast crabbing! They asked several times an hour if they could check the crab traps! Our children and grandchildren, as well as my husband and me, are already looking forward to returning to this wonderful place next summer. Thank you, Jim and Betsy Issler

Nice house, great outdoor area, plenty of room for grandchildren!

House had plenty of kitchen items, not enough chairs for eating since the house holds at least 12 people. I know you pay for linens but there was no blankets and only 4 pillows for 9 beds🤔 Overall it was great, the things above are minor, we are looking to go next year for 2 weeks👍

Great vacation!

House accomodated our extended family very comfortably. Adults and kids alike enjoyed having a great in ground pool to cool off in every day. My sister in law, who is in a wheelchair, had a blast hanging out on deck and participating in all of the family activities. I look forward to coming back next year.

Killer Yard & View

We had an incredible stay. We had 6 adults and two kids along with a few family members that visited and stayed over. The house easily accommodates all of us. The kitchen was big and well equipped with all the necessities needed for cooking. The sound system was awesome where we could listen to music outside and throughout the downstairs. But the biggest plus to this house is the yard. Honestly we never went to the beach bc we had so much fun. We kayaked, rented a boat that we docked at the house, our friends nearby brought their boats and jet skis and we literally spent the whole week in the yard. It was a fabulous vacation and Debbie from the Rental company was so fast to respond to any questions we had. The only negative is the water pressure was a little low especially when more than one shower was occupied and the dryer didn't work very Well but the house itself and location was ideal.

Not Worth the Money

This was the first time renting this house for two weeks. We got to the house, it was dirty. We called the owner, he responded right away, but his cleaning lady called me and told me she could not come and that the owner would refund a $100.00 for cleaning. The bathrooms looked like they haven't been cleaned in awhile, dead bugs on the kitchen floor as well in sliders, on the counters and filthy carpet in the attic bedroom. When u spend this kind money for a rental u expect it to be really clean. We also ask the landscaper to pull the weeds on the patio and he said he doesn't get paid for that. I sent the owner a text of how dirty the house is, I sent him an email and texts regarding this situation, no response right away. He only responded to the smell of gas in laundry room, which he did send someone over and there was no leak. We were owed a deposit for our dog and it took him 4 weeks to get us the money back. VERY disappointed that he did not at least offer more money back or a better price next year. A real damper on our vacation!!!

2nd Visit-Better than First- Great Beach House

This was our second time renting this house, and this time we stayed for 2 weeks. The 2nd rental was even better. The things that were not working last time (outdoor shower, Satelitte TV) all worked well. The pool was again wonderful and we really enjoyed fishing a crabbing from the docks, as well as using the kayaks. We even rented stand=up paddle boards and a small boat, which we were able to keep on the dock. This is a great house for families with kids of all ages and it held our extended family well, with room for everyone. The only complaint we had was that we rented for 2 weeks and felt we should have had cleaning service between the two weeks.

Paradise in Beach Haven

We have had the best family vacation we have ever had here. The house and yard are even nicer than the photos and the location could not be more perfect. The house and garage are so well stocked with every comfort you can possibly imagine . The kids barely got out of the pool the entire week & The basketball court has been great! Everyone has been out on the bay in the kayak & paddle boats & we even caught some crabs! Thank you for the use of your beautiful home. We can't wait to come back.

Fantastic get-away!

We absolutely loved this house- the location was ideal- so close to LBI as well as delicious reataurants! The pool was incredible and we spent our days in the pool and lounging on the deck- great family time playing games, roasting marshmellows in the fire pit etc. The property was very pet- friendly and our schnoodle absolutely knew she was on vacation! We are already planning to return next summer. Our only recommendation would be to include instructions for TV and sound system. 😎

Beautiful property-one of the best in the area!

We had a great vacation at this property. The back yard was amazing, great pool, large lot with water on three sides, lots of privacy, a basketball court, gas grill, docks for fishing and crabbing. We spent most of the week outside on the deck or in the pool. Two kayaks were available on the property and these were great fun for the kids and adults. The house was nice, room to sleep plenty and fairly comfortable. the kitchen was well furnished. The house had a great TV/music full house entertainment system with Direct TV downstairs. but we did have some problems with htis-it lept going in and out during the week (possibly due to the wind). Also it would have been nice to have some writtent directions on how to use the system. We had to keep calling the owner with questions, since we had no directions. We were disappointed that the outdoor shower was broken, but hopefully that will be fixed. Other than that, a great house and a great vacation. One additional suggestion would be a better list of what was available in advance - we brought chairs and a kayak, when we didn't need to because they were already there.

Fantastic Vacation Home

I have rented this house for the past 3 years. It is a great property. Comfortable, clean and now has upgrades such as wifi, DirecTV, surround sound and sound system throughout the house and outdoor patio. My family and I thoroughly enjoy the pool and the convenience of only being a short car ride to the beaches on LBI. Though, there are many days we don't leave the pool! Owner is responsive to any questions and keeps the house, yard and pool clean and maintained. Look forward to coming back next year.

Wonderful Family Vacation House!

I have rented this house for the last 3 years for two weeks each year. My family and I enjoy it tremendously. There are days we do not leave the pool! Great property, clean, comfortable, safe for children of all ages. Quick car ride to the beach if you want a change of scenery. Property is well maintained and owner is responsive if there are any questions. I hope to keep coming back for more relaxing time with my family.

Great family vacation house.

Our family has rented this great house for our last three annual family vacations. It is spacious and has all amenities we needed. Its location at the end of the street affords privacy and the fenced in yard - safety. Our four grandchildren loved the pool, caught crabs along the dock, rode scooters, played basketball, water volleyball and we all launched our kayaks along the dock area. We were only a short ride over the causeway and bridge to the beach,restaurants and boating activities. I would recommended this property for a family vacation.

Beautiful House

We all had a great time, the house is beautiful !! This house has everything you need,Pool,Bycicles,AC in everyroom,all dishes, pots and pans, they even provided crab traps and I might add, the crabbing off the deck in the back of the house was excellent !!! I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Very Nice Stay! Great Location!!

Very nice home, roomy enough for my big family and pet friendly which was a big plus for us. The pictures do not do the pool or the location justice. Its about 2 blocks off the bay by boat and just over the Causeway are the LBI beaches. Being the corner lot, the yard is huge and fenced. The pool is bigger than many hotel pools and is where I spent most of my time! We had a problem with the pool clouding up mid-week and the owner immediately sent someone over to take care of it. I would definitely rent this home again and wouold recommend it to friends and family. I've already done so!
