Soyez l'un des premiers à séjourner dans cette cabine familiale qui vient de terminer sa construction en décembre 2019. Situé directement sur la magnifique rivière Pemigewasset, regardant directement le pont couvert historique de Blair.
Barbecue, bronzer, faire un château de sable, nager, plonger, poisson, tubing, faire des tonnes de smores, se détendre dans un jacuzzi, prendre un verre de vin en se relaxant sur des meubles en osier près d'un foyer à gaz et profiter des sons de la nature, des oiseaux et de la rivière tous de la cour arrière.

Amazing hosts and amazing property

We stayed here in Nov 2024 for a girls book club cabin weekend. We could not have had a better time or asked for a better location! The cabin was clean, quiet and fully stocked, the hosts were beyond accommodating, and the views were awesome!! Highly recommend these hosts and this property for a perfect mountain getaway!

Girls weekend

This was the 6 of us girls 2nd time staying here. The location is so nice. We enjoy morning coffee in the hot tub. Mattresses are comfortable and owners respond quickly to any questions.

Ski House

Loved the property. A great little house only 20 mins from Loon Mountain. The perfect spot to come back and relax in the hot tub after a day of skiing.

Beautiful and relaxing place to stay

Our stay was amazing. Tubing, fishing, evening fires, hot tub, yard games, local attractions... overall a really fun stay. Property is private, clean, modern, and has everything you need. Owners are very helpful, responsive, and friendly. Highly recommended.

Scenic beauty

This property has an excellent location and the scenery can’t be beat if you love the outdoors. The cabin is brand new and loaded with every modern amenity you’d want including a hot tub, wi-fi, and a big screen TV. I can’t wait to come back again!

Brand new, clean, house on beautiful river

The house was exactly as advertised -- brand new construction right on the banks of a beautiful river. The house had everything we need for our short stay. The host was very responsive and the check in processes was seamless.

Convenient and Cozy

The cabin is great! It’s cozy and offers a lot with great views of the Pemi river and Covered Bridge. Also, it’s close to Woodstock and Lincoln and close to a couple of really good restaurants although not open in the winter, the little Red School house restaurant is down the road “great lobster rolls” and right next door is the Covered Bridge Farm Table restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay and experience with the host.

Perfect getaway location

Perfect getaway cabin/house. Clean and well appointed. Located on a private wooded lot down on the river. Great backyard for hanging out at night. Restaurant across the side street (easy walk up the driveway and around) had great food and live music. The property is located on the southern end of Franconia Notch and is an easy short drive into the heart of all the White Mountains has to offer. Only downside was we didn’t have more time to stay there!

Celebrating a Friend's Milestone Birthday

We are 6 women who've been friends for 20+ years (some much longer). The location of the house was perfect. Lots of hiking and natural beauty nearby and the river at the back door. House needed soap in showers and more toilet paper but otherwise it had everything we needed for a fun weekend away. Thank you!

Weekend away

Owners provide all the information, easy to understand. Due to weather we couldn't enjoy all the awesomeness this cabin had to offer. Plenty of room for everyone. Living room furniture is fine as long as you do not have mobility challenges (Super soft as in not firm). Great stay. We ended up with kids, but there was plenty of room. Looking forward to going back.

Birthday Getaway

Lisa was great, answered all my questions quickly and sent all information we needed to know for our stay. The cabin was adorable inside and out. Nicely decorated, cozy, well stocked kitchen and the most comfortable beds we had ever slept on in a rental property. The backyard around the fire pit is where we spent most of our time enjoying a fire, gorgeous views and relaxing. The hot tub was great, very clean and nice to have. We didn’t utilize the deck area as the furniture was wet, had it been covered it would have been nice to sit up there and utilize the gas fire pit but honestly sitting by the wood fire pit next to the river was fantastic. There was a gas grill but we just cooked our meals indoors. We were 4 adults, plenty of space for everyone, beautiful views and extremely relaxing. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin with us, we loved it and definitely want to go back.

Great family getaway

My husband and I and two grown children here in New Jersey needed a getaway and a get together with our married kids who live in Boston and whom we hadn’t seen in 6 months due to Corona. We chose this house because of its setting on the river, the outdoor amenities (deck, furniture, fire pit, great yard for outdoor games, hot tub) and because it was new and fresh looking. We were not let down! We loved the decor and set up of the house, the privacy and beauty of its setting, and it was in fact clean and fresh! At no fault of the owners, we hit a very rainy few days, but whenever possible we took advantage of the outdoor amenities. The owners were very responsive to our questions and needs. The only disappointment was the hot tub which we could not enjoy as we hoped. Apparently the cover to it had just been broken by the previous guests and as a result the water was full of debris and had a bad odor. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back here.

We had a nice stay in the cabin. Decor was lovely! Overall we were pleased with our stay. Just some notes to take if your staying to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, they only left an extra one roll of tp and just the roll of papertowels on the holder, we had to supply a sponge to wash dishes which I feel these things should've been included. I've rented houses almost every year in NH with my family and every place I've stayed has supplied all of this. The refrigerator wasn't cleaned out as per instructions left on fridge. Also the cleaners had left laundry in both washer and dryer and I informed the owner and told him I took linens out and dried them for him but got no response from owner about this. It is also noted in description of property that its easy access to the river which was not at all. They have a small "bridge" that just about washed away with the high waters, which obviously is not the owners fault, however I think something could be built better to get across to access the river. The bridge also was busted on one side of it. Hopefully a new bridge will be replaced.

Awesome location!

Great week spent with the family at Blair Cabin! Location is beautiful! Close to a lot but far off the road that it’s peaceful. Loved listening to the music from the restaurant within walking distance. Everything you can possibly need is supplied at the cabin.

Blair Bridge cabin

Cabin stay was nothing short of amazing. Gorgeous views, very cozy, kid friendly, and close to a lot of attractions. We will definitely stay here again!

Loon Ski Trip

This was a great property for a 3 night stay with 4 adults and 2 kids. 20min from loon and easy access from the highway made it an easy commute to the mountain. The cabin is settled nicely along the river with a view of the covered bridge so it doesn't really feel like you ate close to the highway at all. The owners were very responsive and cordial to a few small issues. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The cabin is very new and kept in very good condition. My one recommendation would be extending the deck area around the hot tub and putting up a railing to make sure little ones couldn't fall and make removing the hit tub cover easier in the winter
