Our multi-level home is nestled in the woods of the White Mountains of New Hampshire. This comfortable 3-bedroom home with a spacious deck and fire pit offers plenty of privacy yet located close to Waterville Valley Resort, Loon Mountain, a lazy day float trip on the Pemigewasset River, shopping in Lincoln, Plymouth State University, major hiking trails, and our own Waterville Estates Community Center with amazing amenities (pool, hot tub, gym, etc.). You are also a short drive to the venue for the White Mountain Boogie N' Blues Festival! If you are attending a wedding at Owl's Nest Resort you are only minutes away! This is the perfect getaway location to relax and enjoy the beauty of the White Mountains in all four seasons.
The space
Main Level-open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen that has essential cookware and appliances, dining area with expandable table to seat 8-10 guests with sliders leading to the deck and gas grill. Living room provides comfortable seating and large Smart TV. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and Smart TV and a full bathroom on the main level.
Upper level- there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom – a spacious master with king-size bed and Smart TV and a loft bedroom with a queen bed.
Lower level provides open “hangout” space: table/seating for game night and living room seating with Smart TV. Also, there are two twin over twin bunk beds (four beds). A washer and dryer is located on the lower level.
The home is equipped with the internet provider's highest speed along with complete home WIFI coverage.
Enjoy the outside surrounds – have morning coffee on the deck, relax on the front porch or gather around the fire pit.
There is ample parking for multiple vehicles.
The property has three exterior security cameras, one facing the driveway, one under the rear deck and one on the north side of the house.
The rental includes 2 guest passes to the community center with indoor and outdoor pools and 2 outdoor hot tubs(June-September), a gym, courts for tennis, basketball, pickleball and volleyball, a lounge, updated locker rooms and a sandy spring-water beach with a gazebo/picnic area. Additional guest passes are available for purchase at the front desk of the community center. For guest pass information please call 603-726-3082.
Campton Mountain Ski area is located within Waterville Estates for skiing/snowboarding with a great lounge to enjoy Apres-ski.

Nice weekend getaway

We went up for a winter fun/ski weekend. The property had everything we needed. It was about 20 minutes from everything we were doing (skiing, ice castles, tubing) which was fine for us. We didn’t end up using the pool/hot tub close by but it was nice to have the option. The downstairs was great for all the kids. They loved having their own space. The house is well kept and it was nice that linens were provided. The owners were very thorough with their communication. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy and clean

My family of 10 stayed here during Christmas time. In our group were 4 adults, teens and young kids. There is something for everyone! The kids loved downstairs for playing games and the adults were able to enjoy upstairs. The community center has a pool, it’s not that warm but the kids had fun. There is also a jacuzzi and a small arcade room. Waterville resort is very close by. You can ski, snowboard, go tubing, and more. Great location! Very clean and cozy! 10/10

We stay at this amazing house for 4 days. House was spotless and very cozy. Grandchildren loved the bunk beds. The high light of our stay was seeing the black bear not far from the house.

Family Trip

The house is as advertised. Plenty of room for a family getaway. It's a very peaceful location. Chris the homeowner was very accessible and easy to deal with. His house has pretty much everything you would need. I would definitely rent again and recommend to rent if visiting Waterville valley area.

Ski getaway

Our family stayed here to ski at Waterville Valley which is 20 minutes away. The house was cozy and warm. We cooked in and had everything we needed. It was very peaceful, surrounded by woods. We will be back!

Great Mountain Getaway

The house was so comfortable and cozy yet spacious for our two families. The basement was the perfect hang-out and sleeping space for the kids. The property is well-maintained and had everything we needed. And, the location could not be more convenient for skiing and other outdoor winter activities.

Perfect location, great home!

My family recently stayed at this wonderful home for our ski trip to Waterville. The check in process was seamless, the host was easy to communicate with and the house was very clean. The proximity to the mountain was perfect. I would highly recommend this property!

Thornton Stay

My friends and I booked this location for a weekend ski trip at Loon Mountain. Their home was beautiful with the perfect amount of space to share. The host was very responsive and check in/out instructions were very clear. We will definitely be returning for future trips!

Great mountain getaway!

We have stayed in several rentals over the years and this home is easily one of the best! Extremely clean rental from top to bottom. The updates are really nice, the kitchen has everything you need, the owners are great to work with and easy to reach. The kids loved the basement space and the main level had plenty of space for all of us. The overall condition of this home is excellent! I'd give it 6-stars if I could, we'll be back!

Awesome place for families

Chris and Mary are so easy to work with. And once we checked in, it was evident that they took care of this place with love. Nice little touches throughout the house: extra coffee, well-stocked kids bowls and utensils. Easy access to loon and Waterville valley. We will be back.

Beautiful, peaceful getaway

My family spent the weekend to celebrate my mom's birthday. This was the perfect place for us. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The house is clean and beautiful. It's close to the highway and located on a well maintained road. The community center is minutes away by car. We hope to return soon!

Great family getaway

The house was so well stocked with all the things we needed and very comfortable for 9 of us. The community center was fun and a nice walk. Local hiking trails east to follow and enjoyed by all. Surprisingly not buggy at all in the trails. We took a drive to Lake Winnipesaukee (~45 min) and rented kayaks, made a day out of it - worth the drive! Great area and we are sure to visit again. Definitely recommend this house. Owners were great at being accommodating and responsive with communications.

Perfect place to relax and enjoy

We had a great week exploring the area and enjoying family time at the house. We were able to cook and hang out by the fire pit. We had a couple rainy days and made use of the community center pool. Very clean and comfortable plce to stay.

Clean and well optioned house

I rent through VRBO often and the #1 most important need for me is cleanliness. This house was exceptional in cleanliness, well stocked and had all amenities you could need. Located in a great quiet area with plenty of privacy. Great communication with the owners. Highly recommended.

Location and Amenities

What a fantastic vacation destination despite rainy cool spring weather! We were so close to all sorts of outdoor activities (like hiking in the White Mountains National Forest, the Squam Lake Science Center, and Franconia Notch State Park, and on the property was the firepit for s’mores and deck to enjoy a coffee or eat) and had many indoor activities when the weather was rough (games at the house for kids and adults, and all of the pools and arcade at the community center). However be forewarned- the indoor pools were on the chilly side even though they are heated, not the owner’s fault, probably because it was early June and not a lot of visitors were there yet. We had a few minor issues pop up during our stay but the owners were quick to respond and helpful in resolving them. We will definitely be back again soon! Thanks again guys!
