Cet appartement d'exception est idĂ©al pour ceux qui cherchent Ă  ĂȘtre proche de tout.
Situé à l'arriÚre du bùtiment avec 3 chambres, une salle de bains familiale et une salle de bain attenante, il y a beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre dans cet appartement calme et bien équipé.

La chambre principale a un lit king size et une salle de bain attenante. Les deux autres chambres ont un lit double et partagent la salle de bain familiale.

La cuisine est équipée de l'essentiel pour manger et préparer des repas. Il y a une salle à manger généreuse qui est à cÎté du salon spacieux avec beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre et rattraper son retard à la fin d'une journée bien remplie ou regarder vos programmes préférés sur la télévision connectée. Il y a aussi un balcon pour s'asseoir et savourer votre petit déjeuner ou un apéritif.

IdĂ©alement situĂ© Ă  2 minutes Ă  pied du centre de transport de Victoria et Ă  proximitĂ© du cƓur de Pimlico, avec une grande sĂ©lection de cafĂ©s, supermarchĂ©s, restaurants et bars Ă  votre porte. En plus des magasins locaux, y compris plusieurs boutiques et dĂ©taillants spĂ©cialisĂ©s, les destinations de shopping populaires de Kensington High Street (Harrods), Oxford Street (Sefridges), Westfield et Bicester sont faciles d'accĂšs.

De nombreux sites emblématiques de Londres sont à 15-20 minutes à pied et d'autres sont facilement accessibles en utilisant les services de bus, de métro et de métro de Victoria. My family had a wonderful stay at the property. The location is fantastic for exploring all that London has to offer with so many sights and amenities a close walk away. Extremely safe area and the properties amenities were as described. Will definitely stay here again for future trips to London.

As stated, location is great for exploring London, by foot or train/bus/subway, or plenty of taxis available. Apartment was clean, roomy for 5 (2 bathrooms a plus); nice amenities; A/C. Unit is exactly as pictured. Would use this location again. Able to walk to multiple theatres.

Pros:- Modern building close to Victoria Station - Location fantastic, with lots of restaurants and access to transportation.- Walkable to most major tourist sites- 3 bedrooms in an expensive area of the cityCons- Property manager checking us in was very rude. When we asked if there were more towels, she said no in a rude manner. When I asked how to use the stove, she told me that the guide was in a cabinet and when it wasn't there, she told me it must be somewhere without trying to solve the problem. - Property lacks touches that make a stay more comfortable. For example, there are 2 tiny trash cans in the whole apartment. Also, providing one towel per person and 2 hand towels for a week long stay is not reasonable. - Window in master bedroom cannot be opened because it is broken, which was uncomfortable. (I asked about it and no attempt was made to fix it during our week long stay.)- The property feels worn. The carpets are dated and some little things are broken (e.g., toilet seat cover)- AC only in master bedroom and living room only and doesn't work well. It was hot and management did bring a fan, which I appreciated. If location is your primary focus, this is a great place to stay.

As advertised. Lots of ships, pubs, restaurants next door. Quiet. Nice to have AC in the summer. While spacious, the furniture is uncomfortable and very low. Beds are great. Large kitchen could do with a couple of sharp knives.

Excellent location for a London visit. A 5 minute walk to Victoria underground station made navigating London very easy. Near the station was a Market Halls that had multiple food vendors for a quick bite that satisfied various tastes. The area was safe and had many restaurants and food stores. The unit was a nice size for a family of 5 to spread out. It was very clean and we always had hot water for showers.Having someone meet us at check in was a plus.I was nervous about doing laundry in the combo washer/dryer, but it was rather easy when following the directions. Clothes may have dried a bit wrinkly, but there was an iron and ironing board to use. We didn't find the electric drying rack to be that useful.Early check in was offered and we were charged for it, but I appreciated that we were guaranteed the ability to check in when we arrived.The only issue I noted was that we paid for 8 nights but our flat was not cleaned during our stay. It didn't distract from the wonderful visit we had - but from other reviews it seemed that this was provided when booking for 8 nights or longer so I didn't ask about it upon arrival.

Great modern flat right in central London near Victoria Station

We had a great stay at Rodney‘s Flat. The location was convenient. It was a modern apartment and had everything we needed. The only reason we gave it four stars on the neighborhood was because there was very loud construction going on and especially on the first day that we got there and we were Adjusting to the time zone. The construction was very loud. Other than that the place was fantastic, and as advertised.

Excellent Location

The location is unbeatable, a short walk to a variety of global cuisine as well as pubs, bakeries, a grocer, and the Underground for farther adventures. Check in was a bit dicey but worked out fine. The main bedroom shower struggled to drain but never caused any real problems. The only unexpected surprises versus expectations were the lack of a dryer for cleaning clothes and no A/C in the two smaller bedrooms. We were provided a fan, and the windows did open, so we managed fine. We would stay here again.

Outstanding location, very clean. AC situation needs improvement for warmer weather

Great location. Restaurants, coffee shops, supermarket, ATM, Victoria station and taxi stands all within a few blocks. Most attractions within walking distance. Apartment was very clean. AC units only in master (underpowered) and living room (worked well). Windows only open partially so bedrooms 2&3 will get too warm in hotter weather. There are little fans on the nightstands, but it won't be enough for 80 degree temps. There is a washing maching/dryer combo unit (not a separate dryer) with good capacity but it takes forever to dry clothes (5 hour wash/dry cycle and you have to rerun drying for 1 to 2 3hr. drying cycles). Lady that checked us in told us to not run the dryer for more than an hour, but you can ignore that. The latch expands and won't open right away, but waiting a few min after the end of the drying cycle to open resolves the issue. We thought the long drying cylcle was manageable for us. Better than having to hang clothes to dry on the small drying rack. Master shower does not drain well. Not a big deal, but it would be good if a plumber looked at it and fixed it. Only 1 set of towels per person, and maid service was not provided as indicated in the email agreement sent after the booking (for stays of a week or more which ours was), but we were too busy to point that out. Might have been resolved if we had done so. All in all, this is a very good property during cooler weather. We'd stay here again outside of July or August.

Fabulous location. Walking distance to so much of London! Nice to have 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Very quiet and safe. Great neighborhood. Coffee shops and markets close by and the Giraffe restaurant was good. Boisdale of Bavaria great entertainment, good food!

Location was excellent. Minutes walk from Victoria to take various tube lines, and very walkable distance to other neighborhoods and major sites like Thames, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace etc. Communication with owners was excellent. Always quick to reply online and they were very accommodating with our late check in due to a cancelled (twice!) train coming in from Wales. The only critique I have is that the location appears more dated/tired/worn in person. The images online present it as more modern and “new”. The size of the space is great, it’s just more dated and old interior looking than expected.If you need space and an excellent location in Central London, this is a great option to consider.

Great place! Great location! Great service!

This is a very comfortable 3 bedroom flat. The beds were quite comfortable. The kitchen was adequately stocked for cooking. There is a small balcony over an inner courtyard that was comfortable on a warm day. I would agree with other reviewers that the AC was pretty ineffective. I was surprised and pleased that we had a thorough cleaning and linen change mid way during our 8 day stay. The location is excellent, a stone’s throw from Victoria Station. Good communication with the landlord and the check in process. All round excellent place to stay.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at this property! Location is perfect for touring London. Very close to Victoria Station, grocery store, restaurants and other amenities. Always felt safe. It had everything we needed for our family of 5. As another reviewer mentioned, bring your own washcloths or loofahs, if you use them. Only towels provided are bath towels and hand towels. Definitely would stay here again and recommend it to others.
