Great little place, centrally located, well equipped, fairly priced, perfect for 1 (maybe 2) people. The host(s) were responsive in addressing any issues.
Lovely little flat in London perfect for my visit. Walkable from Victoria, Station, and many sites youâll want to visit. Plenty of places nearby to have breakfast or a drink. I would stay there again.
Could not have been more pleased with my accommodations for my 5 night stay. Was literally met by Liz upon arrival, and everything was as advertised. And a convenient location, as well. Very pleased.
Great location and proximity to Victoria station.
We love how quiet and removed the neighbourhood was from the tourism. Room was warm so we slept with the windows open.
Overall great stay and beautiful place.
We were very happy with our stay. The location was great, the host were very helpful, and our apartment was very comfortable. Would absolutely stay again
This place was amazing! It was the perfect size for me and my friend for a get away! Its location was great and the neighborhood was safe and quiet! Close to transportation & the hosts even gave exact directions from my arrival location to the apartment.
everything as advertised. Only 'needs improvement' is the bed. Mattress was uncomfortable, could use an extra foam mattress pad. Hosts were very accommodating, helping us when we needed an extra night at the end.
This is a lovely little Pimlico flat. Its nice to have a kitchen as we ate in for breakfast everyday, and cooked a couple of dinners in. Tesco and Waitrose are just two blocks away, as is Victoria station for access to the tube.
Great location, easy walking distance to Victoria Station. Nice local pub, St George's, and quality but affordable places to eat for breakfast and dinner. Flat is very quiet. Ground floor is super convenient. Can't compare this flat to others but I think it's a winner. Fairly priced. Would stay again in future visit to London.
Clean, small, good location, over priced but then everything in London is. It was as advertised and there were no surprises.
Liz was accessible, very pleasant and accommodating.
It was central to everything, clean and cute and well-appointed. Cute touches/design. It's much better than a hotel IMO. I dealt mostly with Liz who made everything easy. You can't go wrong. It's 10 minutes from Victoria Station and that has trains/buses that will take you anywhere.
This apartment is in a great location, and was good overall but smaller than it appears in the photos. The bed was a double bed, which was great whilst just I was there, but was too small for when my wife arrived. The shower is also in a small area, but sufficient. Iâd recommend this for a one person stay, not for two.
The flat was exactly as presented on the site. The furniture and bed were comfortable and the washing machine was a big help for my lengthy stay. The check in was in person which was a bit stressful since I was flying in and afraid to be late for my scheduled time, but it was helpful to meet the owner and be shown around the flat. There was a nice selection of books that I enjoyed reading while relaxing in the evenings. I would definitely choose this one again!
The place is clean and in a good neighborhood, close to Buckingham palace and about 15-20 min walking from the nearest Victoria station. Thereâs a Tesco supermarket and other stores on the way. The place was well furnished for the most part but old. There is no AC (which was listed as one of the amenities when I booked), but there is a small fan and a heater. The apartment is small but enough for 1-2 people (one can stay comfortably). The double bed was uncomfortable and small for two people. You get two small tubes of shampoo for the whole duration of the stay and no detergent for the washer. What kind of ruined the experience for me was being accused of having a 3d guest. The past two weeks were extremely hot but we only had a comforter to share and two throw on small blankets (they donât provide additional sheets). When we were brought the new clean sheets, we were not sure if we needed to remove the comforter cover. Liz, one of the hosts stormed back (5 minutes notice) and asked for the duvet cover (probably thinking that we were using it for our inexistent 3d guest) and accused us of sleeping on the couch just because I had used the comforter to cover myself while watching TV. I think they need to trust their guests a little more and not make everything about money and additional charge. Overall, this place was worth the money considering their location. However, they need to do better at customer service.
This is a lovely apartment with everything you need. The area around Victoria station has lots of pubs, restaurants and beautiful neighbourhoods. The area around the apartment is quiet with little traffic for London. Easy to get to Heathrow and many parts of London with train and tube connections close by.Host is easy to communicate with and is helpful.
Place was very small. Bathroom extremely small. No grips for me (slightly handicapped due to balance issues and gait) good location, lovely diner very close and highly recommend. Check in/check out person was terse and not very helpful. No shoes on while in the flat?? It was an old floor, no vintage quality. No room for suitcases. Double bed barely fit in room. Good thing was that the location and neighborhood was convenient and felt very safe. Overall. Recommend with reservations. Thank you . Two of us stayed, husband and wife. Pimlico area is a good address.
Prior to check in the host reached out asking about what time we planned to arrive and when I let him know that my girlfriend, my brother and I would be arriving to London by train at 10:30, he informed us that we would have to pay a ÂŁ30 fee for early check in. Although this seemed a little excessive (because we later learned the hosts live in the same building), we didnât mind paying it because then my brother (who was staying at a hotel a block away) could sit with us for an hour and wait for his check in time.
Upon arrival the three of us walked up to the flat where we were met by a woman named Liz who immediately stated that the reservation was only for two people. When I informed her of the situation and made it clear that my brother would not be staying with us (just waiting for an hour), she interrupted me and began raising her voice repeatedly stating that the reservation was only for two people. To avoid any conflict my brother left and found a coffee shop to wait at with his luggage. The rest of the check in experience was quite unpleasant with Liz interrupting us multiple times and ignoring any questions we asked.
The rest of the stay we were woken up by a screaming child from an adjacent unit, furniture being dragged across the floor of the unit above us and were forced to listen to a domestic dispute from somewhere else in the building.
Overall a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend.
A great location for tourists and business travelers alike, with many iconic London sights within walking distance or less than 30 minutes by public transport.
