Maison parfaite au coeur de Kensington / emplacement imbattable

Magnifiquement fini appartement de deux chambres et deux salles de bains qui se trouve au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage sur Queen’s Gate Ă  South Kensington.

La rue résidentielle la plus élégante de maisons en stuc blanc, idéalement située à 5 minutes des stations de métro de South Kensington et Gloucester Road et à proximité de Hyde Park.

Le salon et la salle Ă  manger dĂ©cloisonnĂ©s sont spacieux avec vue sur le MusĂ©e d'histoire naturelle oĂč aucun bĂątiment ne bloque la vue, avec ses grandes fenĂȘtres Ă  guillotine, il est lumineux, bĂ©nĂ©ficiant d'ĂȘtre au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage du bĂątiment.

Il y a un immense canapé Walter Knoll, une table en bois Leo Saarinen assez grande pour accueillir confortablement six personnes, et une table basse sur mesure avec perle blanche intégrée intégrée.

La cuisine moderne est équipée de toutes les commodités dont vous aurez besoin pour dßner sans profiter de la fantastique sélection de restaurants à proximité. Il s'agit notamment de micro-ondes, four, plaques de cuisson et ensembles complets de couverts, vaisselle, verres et carafe.

La chambre principale a un lit super king-size (avec un matelas en mousse Ă  mĂ©moire confortable). Ce sont des fenĂȘtres Ă  guillotine, donnant sur l'arriĂšre de l'appartement, une vue imprenable sur les toits et les arbres dans les environs.

La deuxiĂšme chambre comprend deux lits simples et deux tables d'appoint en bois haut de gamme.

Les salles de bains offrent une baignoire avec des unités de douche entiÚrement fonctionnelles et un sÚche-serviettes.

Le linge de lit est en coton blanc et les serviettes sont haut de gamme et contribuent à créer une atmosphÚre d'hÎtel de luxe.

L'Ă©tablissement est situĂ© sur Queen’s Gate, Ă  proximitĂ© de Hyde Park (Ă  4 minutes Ă  pied).
Il se trouve à 5 minutes à pied des stations de métro South Kensington ou Gloucester Rd, qui desservent les lignes District, Circle et Piccadilly, offrant un accÚs trÚs facile au reste de Londres.

Par exemple, depuis la gare de South Kensington, Knightsbridge (Harrods, Harvey Nichols) est Ă  un arrĂȘt, Notting Hill Gate, Green Park (Mayfair, Ritz) et Westminster (Big Ben) ne sont qu'Ă  3 stations.

We enjoyed our stay in the quiet neighborhood of South Kensington. There was ample room for four adults. The kitchen was very well equipped should you need to dine in. It was a convenient location for taking the tube, walking to nearby restaurants.Would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice flat. Plenty of room. AC in bedrooms worked well. WiFi very good. Good location. Pleasant area. Short walk to two tube stops. Plenty of food options in walking distance. Only wish—a connection to skysports on the TV. All in all a very nice 10-day stay. Would book again.

Great Location

The location was great. Close to Underground stops. The apartment was clean. The listing of a lift and air-conditioning were not completely accurate. There is a room air conditioner in each bedroom. The rest of the flat is not air conditioned. While not unusual in the UK or Europe, the listing reads as if the entire flat is air-conditioned. There are also no electrical outlets in the main bedroom bathroom and only an outlet for shavers in the second bathroom. There is a lift, but the flat is in between floors where the lift opens, hence you will need to carry baggage either up or down stairs. Again, this is not an issue unless your party has health reasons requiring a lift. We did and searched particularly for a VRBO with a lift. I would recommend this listing for most family or two couples. We appreciated the kind, and prompt replies from the host and had no troubles with the contact less entry.

Lovely flat and awesome location

Across from The Natural History Museum and down the road from Hyde Park. Lots of restaurants a short walk away. Perfect space for a family of four. Very comfortable!

South Kensington Stay

Overall communication was excellent. We were allowed to check in early which was really helpful given our early flight. Property was clean. Reason I did not give 5 stars as was advertised as having air conditioning but there was none when we arrived and it was particularly hot. We chose the listing over others which were quite less expensive with great locations. To property managers credit he did have somebody put in window units in the bedrooms for the last few days at our request. Elevator also did not go to apartment entrance. Overall would recommend. Location very good and property manager very responsive but listing could be a little more accurate.

Wonderful 9 day trip to London

We stayed at the flat for 9 nights on our first trip to London from the US. We were celebrating our daughter getting into grad school. We found everything we needed in the flat - from coffee supplies and tea pots to working internet, large screen TV, wonderful combo washer and dryer and a dishwasher! The location was great with a 3 block, 7 min walk to the tubes which we found was by far the best way to get around London. Everything in the flat worked and seemed nice quality and was comfortable. Moe was great with communicating with us - including allowing us to drop off our bags when we first arrived even though check in wasn't for several hours. His check in information was VERY helpful with great restaurant recommendations, etc. We ended up with 3 VERY HOT days - unusualy for London but getting more common. There were 2 free standing room air conditioning units in the 2 bedrooms which made sleeping perfectly comfortable even if the rest of the apartment was much warmer. We still enjoyed the apartment even in the heat with those 2 units and 3 nice fans that were also in the unit. I would highly recommend a stay here, especially if Kensington is a convenient location for you. We were literally across the street from the Museum of Natural History with a small balcony for a morning coffee. Very London chic!

Large flat with all needed conveniences. Quiet place in a busy neighborhood in “museum land.” Easy access to a Waitrose and tube. Couldn’t find a descent pub close by but might have been looking on the wrong streets!

A Perfect Family Week in London!

We had a wonderful stay at this flat in London with our three kids. The space was lovely—spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better. Our kids especially loved the big windows, the elevator, and even the little routine of coming and going each day. Moe was a great communicator, and Mr. Elvis did a fantastic job keeping everything in top shape. It was exactly what we were hoping for—and even better in many ways. We’d definitely stay again. This flat is great! It’s in a fabulous location and is very spacious with high ceilings. It has everything you need and the beds are extremely comfortable. We stayed here with 2 kids (3 and 5) and found this place to be perfect for our family.

Great flat in a fabulous location

We were in London for a wedding and booked Moe's flat for our stay. From the start communication was great and he was immediately available to answer any questions during our stay. London is so busy and crowded these days and location can play a huge part in what you can see and do and his flat was in an ideal spot close to tube stops and a number of museums. I'd highly recommend this vacation rental!

Moe and Elvis are great hosts. Very clean property well stocked kitchen. Quiet surroundings. A/C units cool down the property nicely. We enjoyed great paintings by Moe inside the property. Walking distance to Kensington gardens. Many restaurants and grocery shops in the Gloucester station area. Harrods is actually 23 minutes away by walking according to google maps.

The Flat is fantastically located just seconds from the Natural History Museum, Imperial College and in the heart of Museum district.

My flat is just five minutes walk from Gloucester Road and South Kensington Tube stations which are on the Circle, District and Piccadilly Lines (which serves Heathrow Airport). It is perfectly located for events at the Royal Albert Hall, V&A, Natural History Museum, Editor's Top Pick - Recommended
Royal College of Art, Brompton Oratory, Serpentine Gallery , Editor's Top Pick - Recommended as well as shopping in Kensington and Chelsea.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

An amazing location, being able to see one of the greatest museums and buildings in London from your living room truly is a rare privilege.

You can even use a little balcony to sit outside and sip from a glass of wine while you watch the world passing by at a fast pace.

Not only it's an extremely convenient location but it’s also a very quintessentially beautiful street and building. You can feel nobility the moment you enter and there is no doubt those high ceilings and large areas provide a rare sense of space in London.

The furniture is made of beautiful (and some custom made) design classical pieces, this is when it starts getting luxurious, the main bed is also bigger than the average and they all have an incredible feel to it.

The entertainment is fantastic and the kitchen comes with all the modern appliances you might need. It’s a complete apartment and there are many special aspects to it.
