SituĂ© Ă  Draycott Place, charmante rue d'Ă©poque Ă  Old Chelsea, Ă  quelques pas de Sloane Square et de King's Road. À distance de marche des boutiques de Knightsbridge et des musĂ©es de South Kensington, cet appartement est la propriĂ©tĂ© d'un architecte d'intĂ©rieur.

Une chambre double avec salle de bain et une chambre simple plus salle de douche. Il y a aussi un canapĂ© de salon avec un matelas simple (rembourrĂ©) qui pourrait ĂȘtre utilisĂ© pour une 4Ăšme personne - pensez-y comme un lit de jour. Il y a un trĂšs petit patio Ă  l'arriĂšre qui convient aux fumeurs, mais il est interdit de fumer Ă  l'intĂ©rieur de l'appartement. Comme l'appartement est 'Lower Ground', il y a des escaliers britanniques Ă©troits qui mĂšnent Ă  la porte d'entrĂ©e, donc tous les invitĂ©s doivent ĂȘtre agiles!

L'appartement dispose de trois téléviseurs, Blu Ray et DVD systÚme multi-région, cùble, Internet sans fil et un coin repas confortable au large du salon, avec un puits de lumiÚre au-dessus.

La ligne de mĂ©tro la plus proche est Sloane Square, mais vous ĂȘtes Ă©galement Ă  distance de marche de la gare de South Kensington. Je prĂ©fĂšre prendre le bus numĂ©ro 19 ou 22 pour le Piccadilly Circus si je me dirige vers le West End - montez au sommet de l'emblĂ©matique bus rouge Londres Ă  deux Ă©tages et profitez d'une vue d'ensemble de tout ce que Londres a Ă  offrir.

We had a wonderful stay here! The perfect location. We walked to many things but the underground was a quick 5 minute walk if needed. We felt extremely safe the whole time. Mark was kind enough to help us figure out a travel crib for our toddler and was extremely responsive whenever needed.

Beautiful property! It looks just like the pictures and has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet, but very close restaurants, shops and public transport. Mark was a great host, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book his property again.

My wife and I always love this neighborhood as we have stayed in the area on three separate occasions. This trip we brought our kids 18, 20 along with us. This was the perfect place for their first London experience. The host was so welcoming and the check in process was amazing. I would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting the pulse of the big city only a short walk away, yet the charm of a quiet neighborhood as well.

The location is amazing. The apartment is perfect for small groups/families. So many amenities in close proximity and easy access to the tube. Mark was a fantastic host and we would definitely rent this place again.

The flat is lovely, and the neighborhood was quiet, but convenient to shopping, dining, and public transport. I loved the artwork in the flat, and even left a piece of my own for him when we left. The neighborhood was so quiet that I was able to sleep with the patio door open at night, which was nice since the back room wasn't near the AC unit. Prior to arrival, Mark was able to give me recommendations for places to go for tea for a more authentic experience. We chose The Ivy Chelsea Garden, and we were not disappointed. It was wonderful. Mark stayed in contact with me even after my arrival to ensure that all was to my satisfaction. We had one small incident with the washing machine handle, and I tried to repair it, but unfortunately, I didn't have the correct tools. I hope that it wasn't a difficult repair. Everything else was perfect.

Great stay in heart of Chelsea. Everything we needed. Small space but nice and fabulous location with everything we needed. Couch for third child was comfortable. Mark was superb in his communication before and during our stay. Highly recommend

What a gem!

The flat was perfect! Beds were comfy and size was great for 3 adults. Had all the amenities needed for a short trip or a longer stay. We were within walking distance of restaurants and Sloane Station. We couldn't have asked for anything better.

Great Spot in London

Perfect London "Bolthole"

Everything about this rental was perfect. The accomodations to the location, all outstanding.. Working with Mark (The Owner) and Simon (the Caretaker) was seamlees for both checkin and checkout. My family and I will definetly be coming back to stay!

Perfect stay

Wonderful apartment, would absolutely stay here again. The main bedroom and living room actually seemed more spacious is real life than in the photos! Our family of four had plenty of space to hang out and relax. The place is decorated with eclectic art and nice furnishings. Spotlessly clean as well. The neighborhood is safe and upscale and the tube is about five minutes walk. Loved our stay!

Great neighborhood and accessible shopping

We loved the vanguard decor and layout of the apartment. It was close to the tube, very clean, a lot of towels and just charming. The only suggestion I had, since we cooked most of our meals, is to fix the cabinet where the pots are located and to make some room for groceries.

Located in upscale, relatively safe, quiet neighborhood w abundant quality shopping, groceries, & restaurants within 5-minute walk. Beautiful parks within walkable distance. Great value for the area. Loved this VRBO in the heart of Chelsea

My husband and I stayed here with our teenage son and loved the location, space and place. The 2nd bedroom is small, but worked perfect for teenage kid that wanted some alone time. The location was ideal, we walked to amazing restaurants between Chelsea and Kennsington and the tube. The owner (Mark) was so flexible with us, as we booked a year ago when all covid chaos was in full bloom, and he was very responsive and great to work with. We would definitely stay there again....

Couldn’t ask for a better place

All the positive reviews are absolutely right. Our family of 3 adults found this to be a perfect place for our short visit to London. The flat is really well located , minutes from the King’s Road area of Chelsea and Sloane Square tube. Mark has created a comfortable and welcoming place, with all the amenities you could possibly need. We all agreed that coming back to the flat after a busy day in London felt just like “coming home”- which sums it up perfectly. We’ll definitely be back.

Fantastic stay in Chelsea

Our family loved our stay in Mark’s flat. Layout with two private bedrooms, and the ability to use the living room for extra beds worked great for our family of four adults. Mark was incredibly communicative and quick to respond to any questions. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee, donuts and milk in the refrigerator. The bathrooms were also well stocked. Restaurants and shopping are just minutes away on Kings Road. We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to returning one day soon. Thanks Mark!

A wonderful stay and family trip!

In all honesty, five out of five stars do not do this property and owner justice! Mark was extraordinarily responsive, professional and helpful. The property is located in a beautiful part of London (Chelsea), easily accessible to all parts of the City by tube and bus (or even by foot). Everything was as described and the property exceeded our expectations. It was an extremely comfortable "home away from home" for a 10 day family trip to London. The property owner's instructions and visitor recommendations were also extremely helpful. We hope to return and highly recommend this property (and London as a destination)!

Wonderful find in Chelsea!

This is a really special apartment, nestled in a beautiful street rigt in the heart of Chelsea. It has character and feels like a home, but it is also very efficiently appointed. It is on the lower floor but is bright and full of light. It's a great base for exploring London during the day and escaping back a peaceful sanctuary at night. The commutation from the host is somenof the best we have experienced- warm, helpful and timely. He shared great recommendations for local restaurants and the instructions for the apartment (keys, rubbish, coffee machine etc) were all very clear and easy to follow. We would definitely recommend this spot.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I loved the period nature of this property. Looking down the street you can imagine you were in the 1880s. However I extensively (but sympathetically) renovated the interior so that has all the modern amenities one would require.
