Un merveilleux, spacieuse, ouverte studio loft avec connexion wifi 24 heures si vous apportez votre ordinateur portable. Le meilleur emplacement possible. Vous ne pouvez pas être plus central. Passeig de Gracia est l'avenue la plus chic de Barcelone avec les meilleurs magasins et bâtiments de Gaudi = Casa Batlló et La Pedrera sont dans la même avenue. Être sur le coin de la Plaça Catalunya, vous met dans le cœur de la ville avec les meilleures connexions de transports publics, la navette de l'aéroport et bien sûr, la plupart des choses d'intérêt à distance de marche.
Ce est un merveilleux bijou dans tous les sens: Excellent Grand Studio Loft avec des tas de caractère dans un virage très élégant du bâtiment moderniste de siècle, et, avec le meilleur emplacement possible - Passeig de Gracia / Paseo de Gracia.

Il suffit de regarder une carte et vous pouvez voir immédiatement que un appartement Passeig de Gracia, secondes de la célèbre Las Ramblas est une vraie trouvaille! Ce est l'adresse dans Barclona. Le Studio Loft fait partie d'une belle grand bâtiment que l'on pourrait attendre de l'emplacement, le Passeig de Gracia - L'ADRESSE DE BARCELONE.

Vous entrez dans une salle de marbre merveilleux avec élaborée travail du fer forgé, vitraux et un escalier très élégant. Vous pouvez voir tout de suite que ce est un très bel immeuble en effet. Il ya deux ascenseurs en verre / ascenseurs jusqu'au cinquième étage où le spacieuse très haute de plafond, Studio Loft est situé dans le «Mansard» - d'excellentes vues.

Comme vous entrez, vous remarquerez immédiatement l'espace de ce très élégant Studio Loft avec des plafonds en bois énormément élevés de style cathédrale - je pourrais facilement ajouter un autre étage, mais comme la sensation et le caractère de cette maison comme il est.
La salle de bain est aussi spacieuse et est tout blanc, marbre et propre avec baignoire, douche, bidet, etc etc
La cuisine a tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour très confortable - naturellement toute la vaisselle, couverts, etc est fourni.

Ici vous trouverez un four, brûleurs, grille-pain, cafetière, bouilloire électrique, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, lave-linge etc etc le salon est très confortable et douillet et naturellement entièrement meublé avec fauteuil, canapés, étagères, TV, centre de musique, espace de rangement, une table et des chaises. L'aire de repos dispose d'un lit queen size et une grande armoire.

Naturellement, il est entièrement climatisé et chauffé. Que puis-je dire ??Ce est vraiment une propriété d'exception dans la meilleure position possible absolue en ville !! Je considère que ce est de très bonne valeur.

Quelques secondes de la Plaza Catalunya et donc deux minutes à pied de la célèbre Las Ramblas et le quartier gothique. Passeig de Gracia a bien sûr les célèbres bâtiments de Gaudi, la Casa Batlló et La Pedrera PLUS tous les meilleurs magasins de la ville !! Tout l'intérieur littéralement minutes du Studio. La situation ne pourrait pas être amélioré.

Pour couvrir certains éléments de base - Oui, tous les draps, serviettes, couverts, vaisselle, etc. sont fournis. VEUILLEZ APPORTER VOS VÊTEMENTS DE VISAGE GÉNÉRAUX COMME LES EUROPÉENS NE LES UTILISENT JAMAIS. VEUILLEZ NE JAMAIS UTILISER DE SERVIETTES DE DOUCHE POUR LA MAIN ET LA DOUCHE POUR ENLEVER LE MAQUILLAGE.

Le supermarché est situé à seulement quelques minutes et est ouvert jusqu'à 1000pm les soirs (sauf le dimanche). Je serai heureux de répondre aux questions que vous pourriez avoir concernant votre séjour dans cette belle ville méditerranéenne et heureux de vous accueillir à ce super Studio Loft.

The Heart of Barcelona

This large Studio Apartment, was truely in the heart of Barcelona. A 5th Floor apt in a beautiful and well kept building. large enough for x4 people, but i would deffinately say, fantastic for a couple. You walk out of the impressionate iron and glass doors onto the street in the morning, and you are instantantly hit with the adoring atmosphere of a great city. Although located next to the frenetic Placa Catalunyu, the apartment was peaceful and well sound proofed with a very attractive view from the windows. From the moment we walked in, we felt comfortable and at home, it was almost a crime to leave the apt ;-)), but Barcelona is a wonderful city to explore. There was attention to detail, with flowers and wine on arrival. It was clean and attractive. We visited in January, and the heating and hot water worked perfectly, although the weather was an excellent 16°c when we were there. We had a minor problem with the toilet 'flush', but Derek the owner had it corrected immediately, and his attentiveness was well noted and appreciated. I do not wish to compliment this apartment any further, as i fear it will become too popular, and i may not be able to book it again in the autumn. The open top tour bus, which you can catch 300m from the apt, is a great way to start your trip as it gives you a good bearing of the city. Visit Casa Batllo (600m from apt) an absolute must, as well as the Boukeria Market, 10 mins walk from apt along La Rambla. My final tips are to take a guided tour of the Palau Musica Catalana (10 mins walk from apt), and take a cocktail or two at the wonderful 'El Nacional' centre (just 6mins walk from apt) A heartfelt thankyou Derek

Barcelona getaway

My husband enjoyed our 4 night stay in this charming studio apartment right in the heart of Barcelona. The bed was comfortable, and there were lots of towels and pillows. The apartment has great views, and the security in the lobby makes it feel very safe. It was easy for us to walk to various sites like the Gothic Quarter or Las Ramblas. The public transportation system is clean and super easy to use. We took the train to Sagrada Family and to the beach. We also took the 24 bus straight to the entrance of Parc Güell. This apartment is a comfortable oasis in the middle of the bustling city.

Wonderful stay at the heart of the city

Our time on Barcelona was only enhanced by Derek's beautiful property. As soon as we entered, we were delighted by the views and amenities the space offered. Most importantly, this location was absolutely ideal for the activities we had planned in the area, including our Flamenco show right next door and our nearby bike tour we had the following morning. We also learned later that this particular area of Barcelona is known to be one of the most sought after residential districts in the city, which made us feel more special to have stayed. I would highly recommend you book this spot if there is any availability! Thank you for everything, Derek!

Second Stay at a Great Place

Nice flat at best location to explore Barcelona. Aerobus stop to and from CDG airport less than five minutes from door. Metro stop just outside door. Right at Placa Catalunya, the center of things. I foolishly locked items in the flat when we left and the caretaker responded within five minutes to retrieve them. If it wasn't a great place, we would not have come a second time.

Perfect place in the oerfect location!

Derek's apartment could not be in a better location right off of Placa de Catalunya. All transportation modes are on this square including the Aerobus directly to and from the airport. Apartment fully equipped for relaxing and cooking light meals. Comfy bed and plenty of storage. A ton of travel books on Barcelona. Great washing machine. Gigantic grocery store across the street at Ingles. The list goes on. Thanks Derek for your quick communication and use of your great apartment apartment! Highly recommended!!

Perfect location in Barcelona

My flights were delayed and my suitcase was lost, but in spite of my travel issues, Derek and Hercules were extremely patient and kind with my later than expected arrival! Communication with them was great and helpful. The apartment itself was extremely clean. The building was easy to find, especially with Derek’s recommendation for travel from the airport. There’s plenty of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment within a very short walking distance of the building. I’d definitely stay here again!

Great apartment in a great location

A great apartment in the middle of absolutely everything. Wooden rafters and vaulted ceilings in a historic building give it tons of character. 24 hour security in the lobby made us feel safe and welcomed. We loved being able to just pop in for a little rest any time we wanted. Thanks also to both Derek and Hercles for patiently answering all our many questions about what to see and do in both Barcelona, and beyond. Great experience! We will be back.

Just as advertised

The appartment, which is a spacious studio is just as advertised. The location of the apartment is perfect. All subway lines are within a 5 minutes walk from it and the Gothic Quarter is easily accessible taking a 5 minute walk. We enjoyed the food and coffee on the terrace of the Le Cercle restaurant many times during our stay. As mentioned in other reviews the bed is very comfortable and on par with luxury hotels we have stayed at. This will be f on now on our home away from home when visiting Barcelona.

The apt is located well in the heart of shopping, food and attractions. Taxi stand very close for further needs. We walked everywhere. It is a very busy street but quiet at night which is nice. Apt is well equipped and like ve having a washing machine given we are on a 2 month trip. Derek is very responsive and Hercules was helpful upon check in. Would recommend

Charming

A charming loft in the heart of Barcelona. The apartment is bright, beautifully decorated, clean, and very functional. It is well designed, and full of practical items to make your stay comfortable. The A/C worked great, good water pressure in the shower, and well stocked kitchenette. The wood flooring and ceiling exudes warmth, and there are plenty of storage space. The location can't be beat with Plaza de Catalunya around the corner--one of the major meeting/transportation hubs of Barcelona. Derek is the perfect host who is accommodating and responds promptly. I would most definitely recommend this place, and hope to return very soon.

Barcelona’s Best Location

We stayed six nights in this apartment and it was perfect. The location is truly exceptional. Two metro stations within a couple’s blocks walk. All the shopping, restaurants, and people watching just outside your front door. And we walked or took the easy Metro to all the tourist sites we wanted to visit. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. Derek was instantly responsive to any questions or needs that we had. We highly recommend this rental for those visiting Barcelona.

This is an easy question! I chose to live on Passeig de Gracia as it is 'THE' address in Barcelona. Passeig de Gracia is the most elegant and most central avenue of the city. Having lived for two years on Passeig de Gracia, loving every minute of the sheer ease of living within walking distance of everything and being in the heart of such a wonderful city, I decided to buy another apartment, this lovely studio loft in 1998. My original home on Passeig de Gracia is listing 11323 which is also on VRBO. This studio had everything I wanted: The right location, a beautiful period building, unusual ceiling features and a magnificent view of the city.

I often stay at this flat when in Barcelona. This is in the middle of everything - a perfect location. Diagonally opposite is Barcelona's main department store with an extremely well stocked supermarket with wet fish counter, butcher , greengrocer and fruiterer - all the best products opposite my studio loft. Arrival and departure is also fantastically easy, I feel spoilt! The Airbus to the airport departs and arrives just outside El Corte Ingles, the above mentioned department store - in other words, opposite the flat.
The new Apple store is just next door.
When staying here, I very rarely use transport of any kind as I can walk everywhere. In the summer months, the beach is just a 10 minute(if that) metro ride away.
