Each unit comes with 3 bedrooms (1 queen size bed + 4 single beds), 2 complete bathrooms, a living area with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen.

City tax is not included in price. This amount is paid 48 hours before the check in.

we highly recommend this place.

My friends and I had the most wonderful time here. The flat is located in the centre of the gothic quarter, surrounded by beautiful buildings and lovely little streets of book shops, bars and cafés. The hosts were so delightful. Everything was taken care of - we highly recommend this place.

Great location

We stayed for a week in two apartments with friends and family for a big birthday celebration. Only hiccup was facing the many many stairs after a long flight and day - we had a couple of members of our party for which it was a slight obstacle but overall the property worked well for us. Pleasant roof deck and great location!

Just-okay apartment in amazing location

The location cannot be beat, very close to waterfront, subway, Barceloneta restaurants etc. Apartment needs an upgrade, furniture and beds very uncomfortable, showers all leak a ton and so there's water damage in the bathrooms

fantastic terrace

We were welcomed at the door by the staff who was great and showed us into the flat. She made the check-in very easy and explained all of the essentials clearly. The flat itself was perfect for the group I was with and managed to easily accommodate us all - the pictures are a very fair reflection of the amount of space, light, cleanliness etc. The location is also really good - and the terrace is also fantastic!

Love the apartment

We loved the layout of the apartment. It is in a great location, plenty of bars and restaurants around it. We got the shuttle bus from the airport to Catalunya square and from there it was only a walk down La Ramblas! It's right next to the port and about 10 minutes walk from the beach. I'd definitely recommend this to big groups who are wanting to explore Barcelona! It was our first time visiting Barcelona and it did not disappoint! We would be more than happy to stay here again.

Location, location, location

Philip provided a clean and spacious space for our, stay. With a visit to any city as wonderful as Barcelona, the key is location. This space is in a perfect location for access to both Barceloneta Beach and one block off the main street “La Rambla” . Typical European bedrooms, slightly smaller bathrooms with shower. The rest of the apartment met or exceeded all our needs. The most important aspect, your location, location, location.

Terrace!

The house is clean and welcoming,. The area has local shops where you can grab all shopping items. The metro (L4 line) is a small stroll down the road that takes you into the city of Barcelona with ease. A T10-card will get you around for a week on all transportation (10trips in total). The area is a local community so expect siesta time (1-4pm) to happen if you are planning on staying locally most shops are closed. The apartments are a nice affordable house just outside of the main hustle and bustle of Barcelona city with good transportation links. The terrace is plus.

Absolutely lovely the apartments! It was just what we wanted, as there was a group of 12 of us! The check-in was really smooth and it was easy enough to find in a taxi from the airport. The bus and metro connections were very close, which was absolutely fine, but everything was at a walking distance :) It was amazing to have so much space in the apartments and the facilities were great! The view of the city from the roof terrace was fantastic and the neighbourhood was quiet but perfect. Thank you so much for having us!

This home offers a stylish, modern space located in old town area that was filled with the fun vibe of the Born quarter, but also upscale restaurants and shops. I can’t recommend this place enough. Excellent communication, super easy check-in/check-out. Thoughtful touches. Great linens and comfortable beds. Everything was EXCELLENT.

Such a cute place ! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate or super late arrival due to flight delays. The apartments were perfect for 10. My favorite aspect of the apartment was the Spanish paints and large living room area. The space was super clean, quiet, well equipped and perfect for our 3 day stay in Barcelona.

The location of the apartment is absolutely perfect. If you are a tourist, this is where you should stay. The photos are exactly how the apartment looks like , so you can be sure when you book it. Philip was very helpful for our transfer from the airport and also during our stay. I definitely recommend this apartment.

great apartment with a great location.

The location was terrific -- few steps from the Gothic Quarter, about the same from Barceloneta and great restaurants. The apartment was close to many attractions (Picasso Museum, Santa Maria del Mar basilica, Barcelona cathedral, Gothic Quarter, Ramblas, etc.) and there were many great restaurants nearby as well. 5 of us stayed in one of the apartments and there was plenty of space. The terrace with showers is wonderful for hot days.

Great place to stay.

Beauuutiful apartment in one of the nicest areas in Barcelona. With many great restaurants, cafes, markets and shops around, this apartment was one of the highlights of our trip to Barcelona. Our host was wonderful and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

Brilliant location

Brilliant location in a lovely neighbourhood. Awesome bars on the doorstep, however was very quiet at night so we slept well. The roof terrace was great and we used it everyday. Lovely views and a wonderful way to spend an evening. The staff was brilliant at communicating with us and the apartment had everything you'd ever need during your stay. Would have loved to stay longer.

Highly recommended

Wonderful place! Spacious, clean and comfortable. Fantastic location!! Less than 1km to boardwalk on beach - great for morning run/walk. you have the old port Marina with great restaurants and shopping mall and it leads to the Columbus Monument and the start of La Rambla for a great stroll up to the heart of Barcelona. A short walk the other direction puts you also right in the heart of Barcelona. We were all so pleased with the ease of the location. Highly recommended and we were very comfortable living accommodations for such a large party!
