Rénovation complète: Février 2017. Appartement design de charme et spacieux comprenant trois chambres et trois salles de bain, situé à quelques mètres des Ramblas et à quelques minutes à pied de la plage. Vous pourrez vous détendre sur la terrasse exclusive de l’immeuble équipée de transats, tables, chaises et douches aménagées pour votre plus grand confort.

La Méditerranée peut être vécue de l’intérieur comme de l’extérieur.

Cet appartement, tout juste restauré, offre une grande luminosité et la couleur de la Méditerranée. Décoré avec goût, seuls des matériaux naturels et durables ont été utilisés pour créer un cadre accueillant. Pour votre plus grande commodité, l’appartement possède trois salles de bain dont une garde un petit secret : une douche dans la chambre principale pour vous détendre sous un jeu évocateur de lumières comme si vous vous baigniez dans la mer.

L’immeuble se trouve dans le centre historique de Barcelone, à proximité des Ramblas, du port et de la plage. Great Location and Accommodations

Our visit was wonderful, great proximity to key sights and comfortable. We experienced some very loud neighbors in the late night hours which was unfortunate and hope they can better manage the rules for those visiting.

Perfect spot for a stay in Barcelona!

We had a lovely stay with friends at this condo in the Gothic Quarter. The location is great, the condo is clean, and the hosts were easy to contact. Definitely recommend! Also, Petit Tapas down the street is amazing if you get a chance!

Fantastic, well located apartment!

Clean and spacious, tons of room for my husband and I and our two teens. Easy to walk to many cafes and restaurants. Short cab ride to almost anything you want to see in Barcelona. The pool is small, but very nice for a dip after a hot day walking around town.

Beautiful property that accommodated our family of six.The property manager made everything very convenient for us and even held our luggage until it was time for us to check in. He also helped arrange transportation to and from the airport. I highly recommend this condo.

amazing place to stay in Barcelona!

The location was perfect in the middle of the gothic quarter next to las ramblas! Easy to travel to many of the tourist locations, and the apartment was clean, cozy, and big enough for 8 people. Whenever I had questions, I was able to text them and get answers almost immediately! Would highly recommend booking through enjoybcn in the future, but might recommend checking their website first for cheaper pricing.

The 3 bedroom apartment in Barcelona was great.

The apartment was very clean and was ready to go when promised. EnjoyBCN management company was very accommodating and easy to work with. The apartment is very close to many of the key tourist attractions enabling you to walk to almost everything. The metro is very close and easy to use. I would recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Barcelona and a great alternative to hotels.

Short break for special birthday with family

Apartment as advertised. Everything you need, staff extremely helpful and always answered messages immediately. Easily accessible for everything you wanted to do. Liked the security aspect of the property. Small supermarkets nearby as well as bakery and fruit shop. Also lovely baklava shop.

Very nice property

Spent four nights here. Near the aquarium (kids loved it), an easy taxi ride to the "Magic Fountain" (kids loved that, too), and close to La Rambla (kids didn't love that). Walking distance to get hop on-hop off bus tickets for attractions that weren't close. The pool, while very small, was perfect for our 6 and 9-year olds.

Spacious and modern apartment in the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona

This apartment was in a great location in the Gothic Quarter. Lots of restaurants and shops were just a few minutes away. I was so glad we stayed in the Gothic Quarter. The architecture of the buildings were impressive. I felt I was in Rome, Florence and Venice while walking through the neighborhood. You won’t be disappointed with this property or it’s location.

Central location, easy to access within walking distance to La Rambla. Apartment had everything it needed for a comfortable stay. Beds were clean and comfortable. Air conditioning work great and kept the temperature even throughout night and day. Kitchen was fully equipped with all appliances to cook a meal. Both large and small supermarkets were within walking distance and there is a great breakfast cafe across the apartment. I would recommend this location to others.

Nice Place

We stayed here during vacation/ business trip. The place was very nice. The location wasn’t the best for us. We spent a lot on taxis. Getting into the actual condo was so hard. The doors were not user friendly. We had to ask neighbor for help. Also community washer/dryer but dryer didn’t work.

La piscine commune mesure 4,25 mètres par 2 mètres.
