We had a wonderful stay at Paseo Colon. The apartment was located right across the street from the Marina. Everything was in walking distance but getting a cab was also fairly easy when needed. The view from the patio was so nice. The apartment also has an elevator that was very helpful as we were traveling with elderly parents. Communication was great and we would highly recommend as we were visiting our daughter who is studying abroad.

Amazing place in an absolute perfect location. Across from marina with tons of restaurants and the Gotic area behind has shopping and restaurants galore. No more than a 15min walk or cab ride to all of the major sites. Communications were great with lots of recommendations. Would stay again for sure.

The apartment was well stocked and a great location. Even though we did not stay in the apartment very much because we were out touring the beautiful city, the apartment was a welcome place to come home to and drink a glass of wine on the outdoor patio overlooking the bay.

We visited Barcelona for the first time with our two sons and their wives. The apartment was in the perfect location for us and the accommodations were exactly what we were looking for. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom and there was plenty of room for us to comfortably hang out together. Great apartment, perfect location for walking around the city. Very easy check in, David and Manuel quickly answered my questions, even suggesting a great and safe parking garage 1 block away. Although the apartment is on a Main Street, it’s very quiet. We enjoyed the fireworks from the living room during La Merce, an extra bonus for our visit. Listing and photos are accurate. We would stay here again.

Gem in Barcelona

This was a great space for me, my husband and our 2 adult daughters. We had enough room to spread out and having 3 bathrooms was great. The balcony was a great place to sit with a glass of wine and watch all the action down below. The location is fantastic. Easy to walk to many restaurants, stores, coffee shops and beaches.

This is a beautiful apartment in an architecturally interesting building on a fabulous neighborhood in Barcelona. Everything is so easy to walk to in El Born, the Gothic Quarter, and Barcelonetta plus for energized walkers or those willing to take a taxi everything is doable. The apartment is comfortable and quiet. The property manager, Manuel is wonderful about contact and George met us making respectful use of our time. What a great team, I really appreciated their contact and touching base for any needs. Will definitely stay again when I return to Barcelona. Many thanks!

Excellent rental in Barcelona

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner was very accommodating, the apartment was clean and nicely appointed, and the location was fantastic. It’s an easy walk to several places of interest and just a block or two from the waterfront. We would definitely Book again if we had the opportunity
