Nouvel Appartement - 2CH - Boulevard St Michel

Appartement situé sur le Boulevard Saint Michel dans le quartier de Saint Germain des Prés, proche de la Seine.

Le bâtiment Haussmannien est équipé d’un ascenseur et de systèmes de sécurité avec clé magnétique. L’appartement est au deuxième étage.

Composé de : une entrée, un dressing, deux chambres, deux salles de bain, un grand salon, une cuisine, une toilette ainsi qu’un balcon filant sur 4 fenêtres.

L’entrée de l’appartement donne accès sur la droite au dressing et sur la gauche au salon, à la première chambre ainsi qu’à la cuisine au bout du couloir.

La cuisine est dans une pièce indépendante et dispose de tous les équipements les plus modernes : four, plaque de cuisson, lave vaisselle, micro-onde, cafetière Nespresso…Un sèche linge et un lave linge sont également à disposition.

Le salon est divisé en deux parties : à gauche en entrant, le côté salle à manger avec une grande table, parfait pour 6 convives au maximum. Sur la droite, plusieurs canapés et fauteuil ainsi que la télévision (disposant de chaînes internationales).

Les deux chambres, spacieuses, disposent de lit king size, de table de chevet et de lampes de chevets. De même, de nombreux rangements sont disponibles. Les deux salles de bain sont attenantes aux chambres, la première est équipée d’une grande douche, d’un lavabo et d’un sèche serviette, la seconde d’une douche, d’un lavabo ainsi que d’une baignoire.

Le balcon filant est décoré de nombreuses plantes avec un arrosage automatique.

Les toilettes sont situées dans le couloir entre l’entrée de l’appartement et la première chambre.

L’appartement est chauffé par chauffage central. La chaudière est allumée dés que la température se refroidit à l’extérieur. Un téléphone fixe est disponible dans la première pièce de l’appartement à droite en rentrant. L’appartement dispose également d’une connexion internet.

Deux guides sont mis à disposition: un pour aider à l’utilisation de l’équipement de l’appartement et un second avec des informations sur le quartier (supermarchés, boulangeries...).

Une personne de notre équipe sera sur place pour vous accueillir afin de vous présenter l’appartement et répondre à vos questions.

Gorgeous and Convenient

This was our home base in Paris for a week and it was perfect! The apartment was clean and the location was also perfect. It’s very easy to catch the Metro nearby. I would highly recommend this gorgeous apartment for your next stay in Paris!!

Wonderful Stay near Lux Gardens

Modern, stylish apartment near the Sorbonne and Jardin du Luxembourg. Short walk to many restaurants, bookstores and shops as well as all the sites of Paris central. Staff is super responsive. Kitchen was amazing for a rental stocked with a variety of pans, knives and appliances all in excellent condition.

Great location, clean apartment.

The apartment is in great central location, very close to Metro and multiple attractions. It was clean and tastefully decorated. Having two bathrooms was a great plus. I definitely recommend this apartment for staying in Paris.

Fresh apartment - Great location

We had a lovely stay for a week in this newly renovated apartment. The location was great - near all the fantastic restaurants and bars in the St Germaine. It was snowing all week so it was freezing outside and the apt stayed warm. My only suggestion is a few extra towels for the longer stay.

A week on Boulevard Saint-Michel

I had a great weeklong visit at this apartment on Boulevard Saint-Michel. The location is perfectly located on the border of the 5th and 6th. It's a short walk to the Luxembourg Gardens, Notre Dame and the Louvre. The apartment is large and comfortable and surprisingly quiet as a result of the double-pained windows facing the busy street. Check-in was great, particularly given that i arrived on a Sunday. I have stayed with GLAMAPARIS before and the company consistently provides a high level of service and attention to detail. I look forward to my next visit!

Great Apartment

We spent 1 week in this lovely apartment. It was just like in the pictures. Well equipped. Centrally located. Samia, she was attentive, resposive to our needs and very professional. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend. Great for 2 couples or family of 4.

Beautiful apartment in perfect location!

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment. It was decorated lovely, the living area was large, the kitchen and bathrooms had been recently renovated and they were equally nice! The apartment manager, Paul from Glamaparis, was fantastic to work with. He even met us very early on a Sunday morning to let us into the apartment and answer all of our questions regarding not just the apartment but also the city of Paris. Would highly recommend!!

Perfect location and apartment

The location was perfect as well as the apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 teenagers and we felt like home. The decoration is lovely with character. Beds were a little hard but we didn’t mind. The staircase getting to the apartment could use a little TLC. The reception was exceptional. Eunice who welcomed us at the apartment outside and was there prior to our arrival by taxi. She even called us upon arrival at the airport to ask us if we had a lovely flight. It was reassuring for us as this was our first time booking outside of a hotel. The company was very professional from beginning to end and we will definitely look at their website first for our next trip to Paris. Beautiful Apartment!

The apartment was stunning. The big open windows and the furnishings were a dream. The kitchen had absolutely everything you would need to entertain 20 people. Plus it had a washer and dryer! The staff was great and attentive. We arrived later than planned but they quickly accommodated us and someone met us in less than 10 min. When they found out a heatwave was coming, they brought over fans before we needed to ask. Our only issue with this apartment was that it was noisy. It is on a busy street with sirens and cars making noise at all hours. If you closed the windows, it was quiet, but due to the heat wave and lack of AC, we were uncomfortable closing them. If you stay here any other time than July or August, you'd probably be very comfortable.

Gorgeous Paris apartment

This is the perfect Paris apartment rental for a family. It is centrally located on the West Bank. We were able to walk to almost every attraction. The second bedroom was comfortable for our two college age daughters. The unit has a washer/dryer which we used several times. This is not common in the typical Paris rental. They worked great although it does take about double the time for both the washer and the dryer. The stairs could be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. There is an elevator although it really only holds one person. The rental company allowed us an early check in because no one was in the apartment the day before which really helped. They also connected us with Paris Chauffers. We ended up using them to pick us up at the airport and they dropped us directly at the apartment. Much easier than dealing with a train after an all night flight. I highly recommend the whole package!

Overall, a Lovely Stay

Apartment is elegant, stylish, very well-appointed, roomy, and just what we desired. The property management was wonderful (thank you, Nicolas). Groceries are less than a block away. Another BIG plus is that it's convenient to multiple Metro stops, allowing you to head in various directions. And Luxembourg Gardens is practically on your doorstep.Blvd. St-Michel is much noisier than I remembered it being the last time I stayed on it (in a different flat a couple of blocks south, back in 2018). Other interim stays have been in hotels.There was no AC other than portable standing Dyson fans, so the apartment was rather warm and clammy at night. The first night I opened the windows at the front of the building to help with air flow, but was badly bitten by gnats on both of my arms while sleeping (my bedroom was in the front). So after that, between the noise and the gnats, we kept all of the front windows closed at night. And we needed to keep the curtains drawn against the sun, which in June rises early and doesn't set until late; this kept things a few degrees cooler, but also kept things dark inside.My daughter didn't have the same sleeping issues in the back bedroom, which overlooks the interior yard.So, I/we would happily stay again, but perhaps not in the warmer months.

Experience “Living There” While on Vacation

This is a spacious, well maintained apartment in a fabulous neighborhood. Very close to wonderful restaurants, grocery stores and wine shops. You really do get the sense you are living in Paris, rather than just visiting. The apartment is light and airy with French doors to a balcony overlooking Blvd St Michelle. The kitchen is modern, bathrooms both have spacious showers. The staff at GLAMPARIS does a great job communicating and making sure you are settled in. They check in frequently during the visit to make sure it is up to your expectations. The apartment does not have air conditioning. It has 3 Dyson fans that are very effective up to about 85F. For most of the visit, it was adequate, but we were there on the record setting 109F day. Luckily there are bistros in the neighborhood with AC!!! The other thing prospective renters should know is that the entry to the building is dark and in need of updating. The apartment itself is beautiful, but the common areas of the building can use some work. Overall, this is a great apartment and we are grateful to have the opportunity to stay there and hope to work with the folks at GLAMPARIS again in the future.

Our "Boul Mich" niche

We very much enjoyed the old world charm of our flat, centered in the heart of the Latin Quarter, on the bustling street of Blvd. St. Michelle. Its elegant floor to ceiling windows, terraced with greenery, and allowing access to the life outside, if so desired. We were fortunate to be allowed an early check-in, and our lovely property manager, greeted us personally. She provided all of the practical information surrounding the property that we would have otherwise struggled to understand (internet connection, landline location, light switches) I know it sounds silly, but the subtle differences can prove challenging. The space is not quite as large as imagined, but it accommodated the three of us nicely. I can't imagine more than four, max.. The beds are very firm, and low to the ground, but lovely linens. Baths are newly renovated, not an excess of towels provided but there is washer/dryer in the unit for one's use. Kitchen is very modern and has virtually anything one could need. We did not cook, but did use the fridge, and of course the coffee machine, and instant tea pot, and ran the dishwasher. It was all very much appreciated. The towel warmers in bathroom are wonderful. It was extremely important for us to have the contact and assistance with our GlamaParis hosts. They ensured that our needs were addressed and questions answered and availed themselves to us throughout our stay. This was above and beyond our expectations. The lobby of the building is very tired and the lift to the second floor allows for ones baggage to make it up, so count on a few trips. We mostly used the stairs. The art work inside is wonderful, furnishings a little bit tired, but again, we did not travel to Paris, to lie around the apartment and watch tv.. No music, but we made plenty of our own!

Stylish and Convenient

There were three of us traveling for business together and we loved our stay at this apartment. The location is very convenient, we had a short walk to the train, to our favorite breakfast place, to everything! The layout of the apartment was perfect and the walk up the stairs was not bad and much needed after eating at the nearby restaurants. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great apartment

We were two couples and we stayed in this property one week. With Glam a Paris everything was very professional and went really smoothly. It is a charming, safe ,beautifully decorated and just renovated apartment with everything you might need for a perfect stay. Great Kitchen and all the utensils for a sophisticated dinner. The entrance of the building is not pretty at all, but be assured the moment you enter into the apartment, you won't care about it at all. There is a Monoprix two blocks away, a boulangerie one block away and a Marks Spencer in front of the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay!

Ultimate Paris Apartment

This apartment is drop dead gorgeous. We loved everything about it and felt very lucky to be guests in this superbly appointed flat. When we booked, there were no reviews yet, so we wondered what the hitch was. Turns out none! The owner/manager has thought of everything a guest might need and it was all so well organized and immaculate (unlike our previous stay at a darling, but disheveled Airbnb in London). The beds are US-sized king beds and both rooms are spacious, although the second bedroom doesn't have much storage. The two bathrooms are large and modern and it wasn't a problem for the four of us to share the separate toilet. Great location, with easy walking to the Louvre, D'Orsay, Luxembourg Gardens, Notre Dame, and more. Marks and Spencer grocery across the street, and another grocery store on the corner. Boulevard St. Michel is busy, but the double paned windows make the noise barely noticeable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Once your booking is confirmed on the HomeAway platform, we will contact you with further details regarding your check-in organization.

We suggest a private transportation company with whom we have been working for a couple years now. They will have a driver wait for you at the airport and drive you to the apartment or our office (in case the apartment is not ready). Rates can be provided upon request.

As Paris real estate professionnals since 2008, we offer to all our tenants an insurance policy covering involuntary rental risks (up to 2500€), and civil liability (mandatory in France).

It is a non-smoker apartment and pets are not allowed.

A representative will greet you at the apartment with the keys.
This service is free of charge, with the exception of late check-ins from 7pm, Sunday check-ins, and holiday check-ins. These incur a 50€ fee. After 10pm, the fee increases to 75€.

Every booking with GLAMAPARIS includes liability and rental risk insurance.
We are committed to clean our apartments with organic household products only. To make the world a better place, we must start with ourselves.
