This was such a wonderful place to come home to every day. So comfortable and welcoming. The street is very quiet but easy to get to. The air conditioned bedroom is a real plus in the summer. Highly recommend.

Perfect Parisian stay

This felt more like staying at the home of a good friend with impeccable taste than an Air B&B. The apartment is elegantly appointed with an incredible view out over Paris and in a charming, quiet neighborhood. Nila and Olga could not have been kinder and more helpful. Book this!

Lovely flat in a perfect location

First of all, thanks to Olga and Maria for being very caring and accommodating hosts for our eight night stay in this well-equipped and comfortable apartment. The location is quite superb - between the Boulevard St. Germain and the delights of the Luxembourg Gardens - with a ton of wonderful restaurants, super markets and other facilities right at your doorstep. We could not have asked for more!

A true gem!

Truly wonderful, well-appointed apartment in a terrific neighborhood and convenient location to great shops and cafes. The views were spectacular: St. Suplice, Eiffel Tower, Panthenon. Notre Dame and Sacre C’our (in the distance). The kitchen was well-equipped and there was a nice assortment of glasses and plates. The property manager was terrific.

Fantastic all around!

Everything about our stay at this apartment was awesome, from the apartment itself to the location and communication with Olga and Nila. Lots of bright space, two bathrooms, a very comfy bed and a couch with a view of a beautifully lit St. Sulpice to your right and the top of the Eiffel Tower to your left at night. Extremely convenient to the metro, grocery stores and all our favorite spots in St. Germain. We also really appreciated the flexible check-in time since our flight arrived early in the morning. This place truly felt like home after a week, and I know for sure that we’ll be back!

Wonderful apartment in the best area of Paris

Best area of Paris, quiet with great shops, cafes and restaurants. Must try restaurant Le 27 Madame, chef does the best duck I’ve ever had. The apartment is plenty big enough for two and the separate bathrooms are a plus. We used the kitchen daily and sat in the balcony which has a view of St. Sulpice, the Basilique and Notre Dam. The owner, made all arrangements for our stay. We will return and stay here again. After spending two weeks in Paris and seeing all the other areas to stay, we feel this area has all the activities we wanted and was much quieter. Thanks for a wonderful stay. a five star experience

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment. The apartment is comfortable, spacious and very nicely decorated. The thing that makes the apartment special is in fact the decoration. This is not an apartment decorated to be a vacation rental, but instead, an apartment decorated by the owner to be her second home with the goal of making it somewhere she wants to be. She has an excellent and confident eye and and has clearly succeeded in making it somewhere anyone would want to be. We loved it.

Charming apartment in a prime location

Absolutely perfect choice for a week in Paris. Olga is a gracious host with a marvelous apartment filled with everything needed for a great vacation. The location cannot be beat, with views of the Eiffel Tower, Sacre Coeur, Notre Dame, the Pantheon, and St. Sulpice. The apartment is tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was a must with the summer days and nights! The terrace provided a wonderful spot to relax after a day spent exploring Paris. The neighborhood is filled with shops, grocery stores, a variety of restaurants, and easy access to buses and the metro. I would definitely recommend this to anyone, and will hopefully have the chance to come back and stay here again!

Light apartment with great views

We stayed 10 nights in Olga’s apartment. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and full of light. From the bedroom and lounge room you have floor to ceiling windows where you have views of the St Sulpice church and the rooftops of Paris. The apartment is serviced by two elevators, most welcome after many hours walking through the streets of Paris. Olga communication is quick and she is very pleasant to deal with. Shops, the metro and buses are a couple of minutes walk away. Highly recommend.

Delightful apartment & excellent vacation location

We enjoyed Olga's delightful apartment this past week as we rang in the new year in Paris. It's located on a quiet, very convenient street walkable to all the essentials (2 boulangerie, 3 grocery stores, 2 metro stops). Nila and Olga were very helpful prior to our arrival to ensure we had everything we needed. As has been mentioned in other reviews, the photos don't really capture the full essence of this very well appointed and comfortable apartment. The views are incredible - Saint-Sulpice one one side, and the Eiffel Tower on the other. We had many meals there, and the kitchen is more certainly adequate. A fantastic for those familiar or unfamiliar with the city. We are already plotting a return trip in 2023.

STUNNING

Olga’s flat was incredibly beautiful. Everything was clean and tidy. Communicating at check-in was a bit challenging because of the language barrier but it was handled courteously and professionally. The furnishings were quality and tasteful. We could see many of the highlights of Paris from the windows. We could even see the Eiffel Tower light up! The air conditioning was much appreciated and worked well but since it was in the bedroom, some fans would be nice to circulate the cool air to all of the rooms. It would also be nice to have some outdoor furniture on the terrace. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and felt like royalty in Olga’s luxurious flat. I hope to return some day.

Perfect floorplan, classy

I immediately felt at home. The floor plan is unique. Living and dining open to each other. The living room can e opento master or shut with heavy popcket doors. Master has door to short nall with a bathroom on either side. And smaller room can access that hall. And smaller room opens to dining room so it is a loop which makes apartment feel much larger. Tastefully appointed with with artistic touches. Other apartment residents friendly. All the restaurants and groceries you will need withing a few block radius. Olga helper was very friendly and helpful and let us in when we arrived and showed us everything we needed. Plus, the heater works really well!

Incredible Week in Paris!

This apartment was more beautiful and fabulous than advertised. The neighborhood was quiet and such a great location. The apartment terrace is a wonderful treat to enjoy with fabulous views of Saint Sulpice, Notre Dame and Sacre-Coeur! A complete surprise is the view of the Eiffel Tower from the dining room window. The apartment was a perfect place for a girls trip to Paris and to immerse ourselves in the Parisian culture. We enjoyed all of the Brasserie’s close by, the easy walk to the Seine and so much more. This apartment exceeded all expectations! The modern updates to the kitchen and bathrooms made this Parisian apartment absolutely perfect. Spacious, well appointed and beautiful. Just can’t say enough good things. Olga and Nila were fabulous and quick responses to any questions! Highly recommend and will be planning another stay in the future!!!

Most pleasant experience - Loved it

We usually spend Christmas and New Years holidays with friends and relatives in Paris every year. We have rented several apartments, but this one is the best. We connected with Olga, the owner only a few days before our arrival and in spite of the fact that we were arriving on Christmas day, she managed to have everything organized without any problems. Our stay in the apartment was fabulous. The apartment is very nicely decorated, and the view is breath taking from all sides of the apartment. We enjoyed watching the shimmering Eiffel Tower and other important monuments. The building is in excellent condition and the fact that there are 2 elevators made it easier for us and our guests to come to the 7th floor. Olga and her assistant Mrs Gamez are charming and extremely helpful. The location is ideal and close to subway, bakery, grocery stores, restaurants and luxury boutiques. We highly recommend this place and will be renting it again in the future.

A real bijou!

This apartment is lovely and was perfect for a couple enjoying a week’s holiday. The pictures only hint at how lovely the furnishings and decorations are. The small balcony looking out over the rooftops of Paris was filled with flowers in bloom the first week of April. Furnishings are quite comfortable, with lovely French pieces and original artwork in all the rooms. Modern conveniences include a dishwasher and washing machine, as well as Wi-fi and 2 televisions. High-end linens and a generous supply of fluffy towels made it feel like home. The owner was very accommodating in making the financial arrangements and the building concierge was quite hospitable, even on a holiday weekend. Located just a few short blocks from St. Sulpice, Jardin du Luxembourg, and two metro stops, the surrounding neighborhood has convenient grocery stores, restaurants and cafes. We’ve rented apartments all over the world and this was one of the nicest we’ve ever encountered.

Amazing views in a perfect location

We were two girlfriends on a milestone birthday trip to Paris and stayed at Olga's apartment for about 8 days. It was heaven. A lovely refuge from days of walking, eating, drinking, and shopping--we were always excited to come "home" at the end of a day of soaking in Paris. The pictures don't do the apartment justice--Olga has some amazing artwork and just the best homely touches to make your stay so comfortable. We each had our own room that opened up with sliding doors during the day to keep the place feeling open and airy. There is tons of light and because it's the "penthouse", you have windows and views from both sides of the apartment. The Eiffel tower on one side (the top 1/4 of it peaking over the buildings) and St. Sulpice and Sacre Coeur (off in the distance) on the other. The apartment is on the 7th floor and there are two elevators. Nila the property manager was very accommodating with our schedule and very responsive. A two-minute walk to the St. Sulpice metro stop and there is a City Carrefour right there too. Just off the Rue de Rennes. We hope to be back to this apartment on the next trip!

Absolutely Wonderful Apartment in a Perfect Area!

Olga was wonderful to work with and communication with her was excellent -- she travels some, so sometimes it would be a few days before I'd get a response but she was always helpful, polite and a perfect hostess to assist in getting our rental set up with her. The apartment itself is incredible. It's high enough in the building (with an elevator) so you have views of St Sulpice, Notre Dame, the Pantheon and Sacre Coeur (in the distance) from the terrace and there's a small view of the Eiffel Tower out of the other side of he apartment -- not sure how you could ask for much more. The two bedrooms were great to have -- one with a queen bed, the other with a twin, but the two bathrooms were even better. I took the one with a shower, my wife took the larger one with a bath tub. By American standards, the bath tub, shower and sinks will be small, but for Paris it was a luxury to have so much space. The washing machine in the smaller bathroom was great to have as well since we were there for two weeks, but it's worth noting you need to drip/hang dry your clothes since there isn't a dryer. We were there in the middle of the summer and the air conditioning worked great and was really a necessity (we're from Texas and no one here can handle a summer without A/C, even when the temps are just in the mid-80's). The kitchen, dining and living areas were great too -- we can't think of anything negative to say, it was just a perfect place for us. Madame Santos, the building manager, was wonderful too. She was so sweet and willing to help us with anything we needed. The area is great too. Rue Cannettes, just a couple of blocks away, had great restaurants and shops -- look for Alfredo Positano, Chez Fernand and Chez Bartolo for meals and Dandy/Divine Parisian to shop. All of Paris has tourists, but Rue Cannettes has a lot of locals that go there for meals too, so it's not "touristy" in a bad sense. You can walk all over Paris from Olga's apartment and the Metro stop is just a couple of blocks away. There are two groceries stores within a block and you'll find anything else you need nearby too. I can't say enough good things about our stay here. We loved it and are looking forward to staying there on our next trip to Paris.

Thank you very much for your appreciation. I’m sure all your information will be helpful and appreciated by the other tenants. Concerning the cleaning of clothes, there is no tumble-dryer in the apartment. As it is not allowed to hang on the clothes outside on a washing line for example, there is a small room with a drying rack which is big enough for the clothes washed in the washing machine. The cleaning of linen is taking in charge by the building manager, so, no need to worry about drying it. But I can understand that it could be a disadvantage to have no tumble dryer for people who have one at home. Thank you for having noticed it ; tenants to-be may appreciate to be aware of that element. I’m glad you enjoyed your stay in my apartment and I will be happy to welcome you again for your next trip to Paris.

Très bien situé, vaste, au cœur de St Germain des Prés, à proximité de tous les restaurants, boutiques à la mode. Très ensoleillé, grand balcon avec vue sur tout Paris, calme, et décoré avec goût.
