Appartement calme de 45m2, récemment rénové situé entre la Tour Eiffel et l’Ecole Militaire face au Champs de Mars.

Situé au deuxième étage avec ascenseur d’un immeuble du 19 ème siècle, les fenêtres du salon sont en double vitrage donne sur le Champs de Mars, clair et calme.

Cet appartement bénéficie d’une très belle décoration personnalisée.

Il se compose :

- d’une chambre avec un lit - QUEEN SIZE - 160 / 200 avec dressing.

- d’un grand living, salon, salle à manger avec canapé-lit - QUEEN SIZE - 160 / 190

Appartement superbe

Très bel appartement, bien aménagé, confortable, idéalement situé et calme. Propreté impeccable. Commerces à proximité (boulanger, primeurs, boucher, poissonnier, fromager, super U...). Pas de souci de stationnement puisque nous avions également réservé une place dans un parking souterrain, sécurisé et situé à quelques pas. Ainsi, nous avons emprunté les transports en commun pour tous nos déplacements. La description de la location et les photos sont en tout point conformes à la réalité. Louis et Eric sont très attentionnés. Eric (qui nous a accueillis) nous a fourni de précieux conseils. Cerise sur le gâteau : Vue de la Tour Eiffel depuis le salon. Notre petite-fille était aux anges !!!

Excellent location and hospitality

The airy, clean, and spacious Parisian apartment is in the perfect location near landmarks, restaurants, transportation, and grocers. The elevator was very helpful for our luggage. Louis, our host, is exceptional. He took us on a hour long orientation tour of the area, sharing tips, and personalizing guidance. He helped us get our metro pass which proved very useful too. He remained accessible and Very helpful during our stay, and ensured we also made it to the airport back home perfectly. All in all, a wonderful retreat after a long day exploring Paris, and a very pleasant experience! Highly recommend for your stay!

Eiffel Tower Views

The apartment in the 7th arrondisement, near the Eiffel Tower, was a very good choice for me, my husband, and adult child. It was close to sights, restaurants, bakeries and outdoor markets. We attended the French Open, and the apartment was a short and easy ride to Roland Garros. Louis, the property manager checked-in often. We appreciated having a small kitchen to make breakfast, The washer/dryer was small, but a great convenience. Louis arranged for a car to take us to CDG airport. We had a pleasant stay.

Family Holiday in Paris

Our stay at this beautiful apartment and amazing location was absolutely perfect. The experience started weeks before we arrived, with Louis communicating and setting up transportation for our arrival in Paris. Once we arrived, he showed us around and all 3 of us connected as we strolled around the 15th arrondissement. He even took the time to recommend local bistros, patisserie, market, and metro stop to purchase tickets for our week. The apartment was magnificent and had everything that the 3 of us needed (child 10 travelled with us). The location is what dreams are made of. You have Le Tour Eiffel outside of your windows, an 5-8 minute walk to the entrance. You are 8 minute walk to the RER, 8-10 minute walk to Metro. There are very few instances in life that will leave lasting impressions in your memory, I guarantee you that Louis and this apartment will do that to your visit to Paris. A bientôt

Fantastic!

This was the perfect apartment and location for our trip. And of course, as others have said, Louis is an excellent host. He greeted us and helped us settle in. He was available but gave us our space. The apartment is clean and comfortable, in a neighborhood with markets and restaurants and shops within minutes walking. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Paris Apartment

This was my third trip to Paris, and this apartment was my favorite place I've stayed. I will definitely book it again on future visits. Louis met us on arrival and gave us a tour of the apartment and let us know how everything worked. He was responsive during our visit if we needed anything at all. The apartment is clean, has beautiful views, and is close to the metro, Eiffel Tower, and lovely local shops. I can't recommend it highly enough!

Two Weeks in Paris

We had not been back to Paris in 15 years so this time we brought our 22-yr old granddaughter who had never been to Europe. Our host, Louis, arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport, and then met us at the door to the apartment to show us around the place, exactly as pictured in VRBO, and around the neighborhood which featured several cafes within easy walking distance, a grocery store, bakery and ice cream shop. What more does one need? We had a great time and loved the area! We could see the Eiffel Tower from our windows. So cool! Louis was the best host!

Great Paris stay

I would recommend this property to any group of 2 or 3 people. I stayed there with my 16 year old granddaughter. It is well situated and although small, very comfortable as it is well organised. Louis organised our travel to and from Gare du Nord which was seamless. He also showed us around the neighborhood and made us familiar with the property itself. Great view of the Eiffel Tower especially when it glitters at night after 11pm. The kitchen is small but quite adequate and the beds are comfortable. No air conditioning but a good breeze through the big windows. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and the tube station is not far away Altogether a very good experience.

Wonderful apartment!

This apartment was perfect for a three generation “girls” trip. Loved the location just a few blocks from the Eiffel Tower, with many good bistros, groceries and patisseries within a short walk. Close to the bus and a short walk to the metro and RER. We really enjoyed seeing the Eiffel Tower’s sparkling light show every evening. The apartment’s main room is bright and spacious. Beds were very extremely comfortable. Grandmother and granddaughter shared the sofa bed and slept well. Small but adequate kitchen - refrigerator has a tiny freezer (ice)! As other reviewers have said, Louis, the apartment manager made us feel very welcome and was very helpful. Very responsive to questions before our arrival and booked a driver to get us to and from the airport. Louis met us at the apartment, explained how everything worked, then took us on a walking tour of the neighborhood pointing out the the best local spots. He even took us to the Metro station to purchase tickets for the bus and metro as well as the train tickets to Versailles. Highly recommend this property. We would stay here again!

Wow…The best!

First, Louis is amazing!! He provides the best communication on the property and even when I got there he showed me around! I had transportation to and from the airport that he arranged as well. This is worth it. Now to the flat, it was perfect! Sits in wonderful and quiet part of Paris. I could look out and see the Eiffel Tower while I had coffee. There’s even a quaint little cafe for breakfast or lunch. What a joy….My trip to Paris was glorious! If this is available. Reserve it! I’ll be back! :) Merci Louis!

Champ de mars stay!

Very clean. Fold away bed very comfortable. All necessary utensils were there. Épicerie at the bottom of the building. Boulangerie very close, bus lines across the street. Nice to have a host to welcome us when we arrived. Overall good stay. Maybe could have used a few more towels.

Lovely quaint flat just above an Italian restaurant and with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Louis is attentive and responsive and thorough. The washer/"dryer" combination is best for urgent needs only.

Fantastic Experience

This was our first VRBO rental, and it really couldn't have been any better. The location was terrific... within a short walk of all municipal transportation, groceries and dining opportunities. Almost every day we would walk across the Champ de Mars to our favorite boulangerie in Gros-Caillou, and our return home each evening was magical using the Eiffel Tower as our guide. Our host Louis was fantastic, even helping to arrange car service to and from CDG. He met us upon our check-in, familiarized us with the features of the clean, comfortable and well-appointed apartment, and then took us for a walk through the adjoining neighborhood and to the Metro station to obtain tickets for the week's explorations. Throughout our time in the apartment, Louis communicated with us regarding our stay and was available with suggestions to make our trip more memorable. Paris won our hearts, and I wouldn't hesitate to rent from Louis again upon our return.

Our first time to Paris—Excellent location!!! Great neighborhood with restaurants, cafes, grocery—short walk to Eiffel Tower—very close to bus and metro stops. A nice surprise was how quiet it was later at night to sleep. Host Louis was tremendous—fun, energetic, great resource for all things Paris-excellent communication from him. We used Louis to set up transportation to/from airport—more costly, but nice convenience—great drivers and Louis set it all up for us. Perfect first visit!

Above and Beyond

Great neighborhood and so near the Effie Tower. This flat is comfortable and there is room do yoga or stretch. The kitchen is well stocked and we used it every day. The beds are comfortable and I loved the pillows. We gratefully took the driver Louie suggested on both our trips to and from the airport and it was so easy and efficient. I really appreciated that Louie checked in and answered quickly any questions we had. I would stay here again in a moment.

Perfect Location!

We loved our stay at the apartment near the eiffel tower. It had everything we needed and was so comfortable. Louis was so helpful during check in and giving us a tour of the neighborhood. We would stay in this location again if we return to Paris!! Best dinner we had was Louis recommendation. Thank you Louis!!!

Close to all amenities and attractions!

Has a great week staying at this location. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower and many quaint shopping locations as well as cafes. Be prepared for being in the heart of the major tourist area so restaurants are more expensive and not as authentic but within a 10 minute walk you can get away from it. Would stay again!

Wonderful flat in cute part of Paris

We loved our stay, the flat was very cute, wonderful windows/view, safe and clean. Easy to walk and catch metro. Food and wine/champagne store very close . Appliances all worked. No AC but fans and opening windows helped. Louis is a wonderful host and very helpful. My best friend /her kids were on a trip that overlapped with ours in several cities- she had 2 apartment rental horror stories in london and then paris . She had to shell out thousands more to find decent places to stay and theowners refused to refund her (both places were filthy with extensive mildew in showers, in paris the toilet running non stop and wouldn't flush (she was stuck there hours waiting for someone to dhow up) and the shower was gutted snd covered with gray plastic and duct tape . When she asked about it the owner said oh you can use the shower and pretended nothing was wrong.. she did research and the reviews were solid which really makes me suspect sites other than VRBO I don't use them anymore for multiple reasons. This flat was priced more than her original rentals but the reviews for it and Louis were so exceptional that I felt more comfortable it was going to be nice and smooth . So even when our plans changed to only 4 nights in Paris I paid for the minimum 5 nights for this flat. I am so glad we choose this flat and host . Louis does this for a living and it shows. I only wish we could have gotten reservations at the restaurant he highly recommended! Next time!

Sensational small family visit!

This was the perfect apartment for our small family. Our 6 year old daughter loved sleeping on the pull out with the Eiffel Tower basically in her sight. The view right into the Champs de Mars is lovely and we enjoyed walking to the boulangeries nearby each morning. Louis was an exceptional host. He arranged airport transport for us from and then to CDG (even for our 4am time). He gave a great neighborhood introduction on our arrival and provided good recommendations and tips. He was responsive and communicative throughout the week. Outstanding getaway to Paris!
