IdĂ©alement situĂ© sur une belle verdoyant et calme cour rive gauche Ă  quelques minutes de l'Ile de la CitĂ© et Notre-Dame, ce charmant appartement d'une chambre avec salon / salle Ă  manger avec mezzanine, cuisine sĂ©parĂ©e bien Ă©quipĂ©e, et une salle de douche avec WC couchages de 2 Ă  5 personnes dans un confort parfait. L'emplacement du rez de chaussĂ©e signifie pas d'escaliers difficiles Ă  monter avec des sacs lourds et la position est l'un des plus silencieux au centre de Paris sans bruit de la rue en dĂ©pit d'ĂȘtre Ă  quelques pas du coeur animĂ© de Saint-Germain des PrĂ©s et des cafĂ©s, restaurants et galeries rue de Buci, rue de Seine et du Carrefour de l'OdĂ©on. Petit appartement trĂšs propre et fonctionnel. En plus d’ĂȘtre joli et chaleureux. J’y ai passĂ© un sĂ©jour trĂšs sympa . J’avais hĂąte de rentrer dans mon petit « chez moi » le soir !

A wonderful, cozy stay. The location is absolutely superb and the flat is very comfortable. I must comment on the kitchen, it is such an efficient and well-designed space with a surprising amount of counter space with exceptionally well-curated and complete, high quality amenities. It makes cooking very enjoyable. Jean Francois is very responsive and attentive host. Highly recommend

Host had great response time an always answered any questions before I asked. Place was very convenient to metro, bus, tram, restaurant, Nortre Dame, and drinking/dining areas. Clear directions from arriving by train to step by step keypad entrance information. 4 women in our group an shower was hot for all of us an enough towels! Small but everything was in Paris compared to the U.S. only negative was Friday night the upstairs neighbors had a party an was very loud. Standing outside our windows smoking an dropping bottles inside recycle. Also-sounded like they were dropping a bag of bottles right above the bedding area 10xs in a row, seemed intentional. The quiet hours did not apply that night. That’s not the owners fault, so overall would stay again.

Amazing Location in Historic Building. What a gorgeous building in a perfect neighborhood. Perfect spot on the Left Bank to explore and eat. Close to everything. Great apartment with everything we needed.A bit of confusion getting the codes and access upon arrival, but easily fixed with a phone call.We loved this place!

We stayed at this property for 4 nights in Sept., 2025. It was the perfect location as it was literally a few minutes walk to Notre Dame and Saint Chapelle and even closer to an abundance of tasty bakeries and cafes. The apartment was well furnished. What we liked most of all was that it was so very QUIET! Despite being so close to so much activity, we never heard outside noise. The bed was super comfortable. Jeff was very responsive to our emails. We had a minor issue arise which was quickly addressed and resolved by Elizabeth. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We cannot recommend this rental enough! First of all it’s an Ideal location. The neighborhood is charming and the apartment is cozy and exceeded all our needs. My two teenage sons loved the loft. Super close to the Metro. We walked to all the museums and Notre Dame. Close to shopping and most importantly
so many superb restaurants, bakeries, cafes within walking distance. The host, Jean, answered a ton of our questions very quickly. He saved the day by helping us navigate the train to Lille to see a football match. Don’t hesitate, book this rental immediately!!!

Great place close to metros, food and easy to get anywhere

A great place to stay for our family of four. Quiet safe apartment that we used as a base to explore Paris. Walk to Notre Dam and the Louvre and into town city center easily. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need and plenty of supermarkets to choose from. Restaurants and bars everywhere in the area. Thoroughly recommend it and would stay again.

A perfect home base

We had a lovely stay! The location was perfect and even in a heat wave, the apartment stayed relatively cool. The kitchen was perfectly equipped. Our 9 year old twins loved the loft beds and our 11 year old found the pull out couch quite comfortable. Highly recommend. Merci beaucoup!

Great Location

It was a short walk to the Seine, to the Louvre and to a metro station. There were restaurents everywhere within a few minutes walk. There was a patisserie very close with great breads and pastries. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. There was enough Nespresso coffee to start several mornings off well. The internet was fast. The rooms were clean. We would be happy to stay there again.

Wonderful Stay in Paris!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Francois' apartment in St. Michel, Paris. The location was very convenient and next to all major sites including the metro. The apartment was quiet and well supplied. The beds were very comfortable too. We would definitely stay again!

A Perfect Paris Stay

Owner and/or property manager communication was clear, timely, useful, and cordial. We arrived to a meticulously clean apartment. Everything we could have possibly needed beyond our own shampoo, etc., was available to us in the apartment. There was a book we found (in the kitchen under the stove) with all sorts of useful information for the apartment and area. The apartment location was brilliant! We were close to everyting, and the Saint Michel métro stop was literally one minute away. The entire time, we felt safe and so grateful this apartment was available. It's not the most chic of places, but it is authentic and cozy. All appliances are new and in excellent working order. The water pressure in the shower and sinks is primo! The thermostat is responsive. The king size bed, though quite firm, was rather comfortable, especially after 10 hours of being on our feet every day. Truly, we could not have asked for a better place. If I had a magic wand and could change anything about it, I would provide a floor length mirror or even a tabletop vanity mirror near a chair where one could easily do her makeup. I'm used to sitting at my vanity to do my makeup and skincare... some special morning me time. There just wasn't anything like that available to me in this apartment. I used the fireplace mantle as my vanity with its beautiful mirror and stood to get ready. 7 miles per day walking in Paris makes for tired feet, after all. No big deal, but if I could change anyt

My parents bought this apartment in 1961. I've lived in it during my studies and had the opportunity to experience some of the best years of my life in this neighborhood. I now share my live between my home in Paris and the U.S working in real estate. I love animals and small well-behaved doggies are welcome in the apartment.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

It really is a 'secret' place in the heart of the city. The building was erected around 1760. Some original features in the apartment date back to the construction days, such as an old wooden beam on which a carpenter practiced his talent. When the windows are open, you can hear the bells of Notre-Dame in the distance.
A security safe in the wall is available.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Just so central.
You can get anywhere in a matter of minutes.
The architect who designed the Louvre pyramid lived in this building two floors above while the works were in progress.
