Belle maison trés fonctionnelle située en haut de la ville avec possibilité de s'y rendre à pied. Parfait pour une ou 2 petites familles. Locataire en janvier, nous n'avons pas pu tester la piscine...mais le reste était parfait. A conseiller pour l'hiver, le printemps et l'été

Sehr schöne Finca in ruhiger Lage. Gut ausgestattet. Schöner Aussenbereich mit Pool.Wir empfehlen ein kleines Auto wegen der engen Gassen auf dem Weg zum Haus.

A lovely villa in a beautiful location

This is a well appointed villa in a quiet location with lovely views over Soller and down to the coast. There were only two of us so we did not test the facilities to the limit. We stayed just over a week at the beginning of October so the days were shorter and the sun did not get over the hills until after 10. This meant that the unheated swimming pool was refreshing - some may say decidedly chilly. The previous weeks storms had bought mosquitoes so we made greater use of the inside space than expected. Soller is a lovely little town and within easy walking distance and a good starting point for many walks over to Deia and along the valley to Fornalutx. It's narrow streets are quite challenging to drive through but it became easier when we realised that there were mirrors located at blind corners. Overall a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Wunderschöne Finca

Perfekte Finca für einen (Erwachsenen-) Familienurlaub mit Strand und wandern. Mietwagen würde ich sehr empfehlen. Je nach Verträglichkeit aber im September ein Mückendesaster.

Soller villa holiday

Really relaxing stay. Villa/pool great. Great location just above Soller - nice walk in and out of the town - uphill on the way back so need to be able to walk if doing that. All in all very enjoyable.

Beautiful Villa

Loved our stay at this lovely Villa with an amazing pool looking out over beautiful Soller and the sea beyond. A perfect pool for keeping cool on the hot days and pool loungers very comfortable. Enjoyed the peace up in the hills while being a short walk down to the town where you find lots of cafes, restaurants and quaint streets to explore. Loved hearing the mountain train across the valley too. The villa was everything we could’ve dreamed of and more. Hope to visit back one day, thanks so much Mallorca Dream Homes! Check in was clockwork and excellent communication.

The View!

We stayed here for a week and enjoyed every minute. Perfect palce to relax and explore the souroundings of Soller. Having our dinner with the mountains and the sky as our neigbour was fantastic.

Everything was according to the pictures and description - we can warmly recommend to spend time in this house. Absolutely beautiful views - just a short walk to/from the Sóller centre, but incredibly quiet and amazing location

Tolles Haus mit Schwachstellen

Das Haus und die Lage sind toll - da gibt es nichts zu diskutieren. Ein paar Anmerkungen möchte ich dennoch gerne machen: wir wurden nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass Küche/Wohnzimmer und Flur mit Kameras ausgerüstet sind. Wir haben die Kameras abgedeckt, hätten aber im Vorfeld erwartet, dass man auf diese Art der Überwachung verzichtet. Die Inneneinrichtung ist leider gar nicht unser Fall gewesen. Geschmackssache - vermutlich. Die Betten gehören jedenfalls zu den ungemütlichsten Betten, die wir jemals im Urlaub erlebt haben. Schade. An alle Mieter, die noch kommen: erwärmt euch bitte für die kleine, alte Katze, die offenbar ihren Lebensabend vor dem Haus fristet (sie betritt das Haus nicht). Eine Packung Katzenfutter kostet im Eroski Supermarkt nur 50 Cent. Pro Tag eine Portion. Wenn die Betten nicht wären, würden wir das Objekt nochmal mieten wollen. Saludos!

We loved our stay at this villa in charming Sóller. The pool is fabulous and the view is absolutely stunning. The team at Mallorca Dream Homes were really helpful. Would thoroughly recommend.

Entspannter Urlaub in wunderbarem Ferienhaus

Wir haben sehr erholsame Tage in diesem schönen und sehr gepflegten Ferienhaus verbracht. Es war toll, das Auto an den meisten Tagen stehen lassen zu können, da viele Wanderwege, Port de Sóller und auch das Einkaufen zu Fuß zu erreichen bzw. erledigen waren oder wir einfach am Haus den Tag verbringen konnten. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist grandios! Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass wir leckere Mahlzeiten zubereitet haben, auch auf dem Grill in der Aussenküche. Das Haus ist auch mit einem größeren Auto unproblematisch zu erreichen. Uns haben der Urlaub und das Ferienhaus so gut gefallen, dass wir in den Herbstferien zurückkommen werden.

Brilliant stay

We had a brilliant stay in the villa. It had everything we needed for a family of four with two young children. Location was great, really you need a car to get around but that was fine for us. Only downside is the check in process. The villa would benefit from a lockbox for those checking in at night.

Söller mountain-side villa with pool

Excellent property with great views and a fantastic pool. Having a pool all to ourselves was brilliant; we used it at all times of the day and evening! We walked down to Söller village centre quite a few times which was great; the walk back is quite steep but manageable. A small car is recommended.... the streets around Söller are very narrow and you need to drive through these streets to get to the property. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic property

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is well equipped, rooms great and pool fantastic. It is a steep walk up from the town but the view is totally worth it! Would suggest getting a small car for travelling out and picking up food shopping....having said that, taxis in Soller totally happy to drop you up the hill and bus route to Port de Soller and beyond is very good and frequent. Would highly recommend!

Lovely house in a great location

We were a group of 5 adults and our 5 year old daughter. The house and grounds are beautiful, even nicer than it looks on the website. The mountain views from the house are amazing and yet it is just a short walk to the square (uphill on the way back but not too difficult). Soller is so beautiful and it is easy to get to the port/beach by tram or bus. Marta and all at the property company were really helpful and great to deal with. We will definitely be back!

Wunderbar auch im Winter

Wir waren über den Jahreswechsel dort. Super Lage - wenn es auch ein bisschen abenteuerlich mit dem Auto ist: wir hatten einen BMW X1 und größer sollte es nicht sein, da ihr durch die engen Straßen der Altstadt müsst. Dafür traumhafter Blick, Sternenhimmel....wirklich ruhig, sehr gut aufgeteilt (wir waren 5 Personen), jede Menge Wanderungen, die auch ohne Auto beginnen können.... SUPERSAUBER. Heizung. Die Matratzen fanden wir alle nicht besonders gemütlich. Entweder zu hart, durchgelegen oder zu weich. Ansonsten fanden wir es einfach wunderbar!

Family trip to Sóller

A wonderful house in quiet beautiful surroundings located in the mountains. Only 15 minutes by foot up hill from the center of Sóller. The pool was nice and clean as were the house. The design of the house is very Spanish and the outdoor kitchen was fabulous. Very cozy both inside and outside. The view from the terrass and from the kitchen was amazing. On the top of the House there is a wonderful rooftop. From both the terrass, the kitchen and the rooftop there is a great view to Sóller and Port De Sóller. If possible we will return to this house.

Fantastic house with gorgeous pool and views.

We absolutely loved our stay at the house. It was super clean and spacious and very comfortable. The pool and outside area is really great. The pool was wonderful and we spent a lot of time there. It was extremely well looked after and the outside areas, and BBQ were super clean with plenty of places to sunbathe or sit in or out of the shade. There is a little rooftop seating area too with far reaching views over the mountains and the town of Soller. The entrance to the villa is charming and so well kept, plenty of space for parking. The roads to the house through the town are very narrow so we'd recommend getting a smaller car. We had a Seat Ibiza which was as big as I'd want to drive there. The villa itself is a pretty easy 10-12 minute walk downhill to the lovely town of Soller, a little harder on the way back as uphill and it was very hot. Fine for us, but worth considering if you have mobility issues. No problem for most people though. Soller is a very pretty old town, with plenty of nice shops, cafes and restaurants, plus the tram to Port Soller, or go by bus (a lot cheaper but less fun) and trains to Palma. We'd really recommend La Romaguera for amazing, fine dining like tapas for a very reasonable price. Bar Molino was also good, quite a local place, slightly on the edge of town, but only a 5 min stroll from the centre. Try and book to get an outside table. We had a super time, would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again if we were visiting Soller. One thing to note, if arriving late, make sure you take some water and food as there was nothing to eat or drink at the house on arrival. A welcome bottle of water would be a thoughtful addition for guests perhaps. It is stocked with oil, herbs, salt and pepper etc though which was good.

Beautiful Aspect

A spacious and beautifully appointed villa with fantastic outdoor facilities. The views were amazing. Some may struggle without a car as there is a very steep walk up the hill especially loaded with shopping. Overall a lovely place for a family holiday.
