Beautiful 2 bedroom villa in secluded grounds with stunning views

Wonderful 2-bedroom villa, newly built in the traditional Mallorcan style. New 8x4 meter pool. Secluded and spacious south-facing gardens within easy walking distance of Soller Town Square. Fabulous views over Soller and the Tramantana Mountains. Tastefully furnished to a high standard. A 5 minute walk to the nearest shop and a short tram ride to the beach.


Every room is equipped with air conditioning and heating and there is a working fireplace in the lounge. The villa is suitable both for families and groups of friends. Parking is on level ground next to the villa and all doors in the villa are easy-access, double doors. Full access available to the terraces and outdoor eating area next to the villa but lower terraces would be difficult for wheelchair access.

Please note that the road up to our villa, which is about 100 metres long, is steep and narrow with stone walls on either side. Vans and fire engines can drive up it but for your peace of mind, it is recommended that guests hire a small car featured in Categories A or B of car rental ranges. The attached photos show us in a larger car - a Ford Focus - so you can judge for yourselves.

We loved our stay at Casa Verde! The view is outstanding and the location is perfect. It was so peaceful and quiet - A great place to simply relax and unwind.Though the drive up the very narrow driveway was a bit daunting at first, we got used to it, and appreciated the parking at the top.The house had everything we needed - A well appointed kitchen, laundry, dependable wifi, comfortable beds, and a smart TV.The host was helpful and very responsive to any questions we had. We greatly appreciated the binder filled with helpful information left for us. I definitely recommend this property, and hope to visit again!

We had great stay and loved the place. There was a great restaurant within an easy walk, which was perfect given we had two you children with us. We had a hire car which made getting to the port/beach an easy 5 minute drive. If we didn’t go out in the evening we just fired up the bbq and watched the sun go down. Great views over Soller. Would happy stay there again in the future.

The villa is really beautiful; great views on the terrace over looking Soller, well laid out and tastefully furnished and also a great pool. Very responsive and helpful hosts.The driveway is steep and narrow and takes a bit of getting used to (walking and driving), but we managed fine with a 4 and 6 year old

Wonderful villa with great views

We had a great time in this villa, which is a short walk to all the restaurants and shops in Soller. The villa has a wonderful view over the town and is south facing.

We have just returned from This lovely little villa. The views are outstanding and only 10 Minutes from town. The pool and outdoor areas are truly fabulous and get the sun all day.

Villa in a fantastic location

An excellent week over Christmas. The house is situated with amazing views over Soller and had everything we needed for a very relaxing holiday. Soller is a great location for hiking.

Relaxing stay in a fabulous location

We had a wonderful week staying here. The steep hill was definitely worth the climb to get to as the view is spectacular. Great villa with everything we needed. Our guys especially loved the pool! ☺️

Fantastic view

Stunning location and a good size pool. Overall the property met our requirements but the hill, the heat and shopping were a little challenging at our stage in life (OAP).

A certain level of fitness is required to walk up the hill to our villa carrying heavy shopping and this should be taken into account when deciding whether to hire a car or not. We do, however, offer an airport transfer service and a transport service for shopping if required.

Great stay with even better pool

The place was fantastic, pool definitely the highlight and an easy 15 min walk into town square. Know that you’ll need to stay on top of trash/floor sweeping each day to avoid ants but I the views of Soller (with views from pool and house) and pool make this a 5 star stay.

Perfect holiday getaway

Perfect peaceful stay in the mountains of Soller - only a short walk from town but felt so quiet when at the villa. Incredible views, comfortable both indoors and out, fantastic kitchen as well (we cooked a whole Christmas feast)! While the driveway is slightly intimidating (if renting a car, get a small one rather than an SUV) the villa is absolutely worth the climb. We spent a fantastic holiday there and would absolutely return.

Fabulous Villa

We had a brilliant 1 week stay in Casa Verde. The villa was perfect for us. The track up to the lodge is a bit hairy even after following Neal and Sue's advice not to upgrade the hire car, but the view at the end of it is well worth the breath holding!!

Superb

We really enjoyed our stay at this fantastic villa. The villa is in a fantastic position overlooking Soller town, and the view is spectacular. We found the villa immaculately clean, and it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The communication from the owners was spot on and they were very helpful. This is one of the nicest villas we have stayed in and I hope to return again in the future.

Beautiful house and perfect stay

We stayed for one week. Beautiful house with nice view. House was perfect. Mind that the road the the house is super narrow. One does need a small car otherwise no chance.

Casa Verde - a lovely property

The property is quintessentially Mallorcan in its appearance and decor. It is spacious, private and extremely comfortable hidden away on the outskirts of Soller.The pool and patio area are lovely and real sun traps. The outside furniture is starting to shown signs of wear but is perfectly serviceable.A word of caution - the lane up to the property is VERY narrow and step. It certainly got the heart pumping when walking back but don't let it put you off - the property is lovely. The owners did tell us about the narrow lane and advised us to get a small hire car.

Beautiful, relaxing spot in a great location

Great communication with the owner, and the property is even lovelier than it looks in the photos. Soller is a beautiful town with lots to do, and we managed to get everywhere via public transport. Relaxing around the pool was made even easier because of the welcome shade from perfectly placed trees and parasol. The view over the hills is astounding! We are already saving up for another visit - very highly recommended.

Truly stunning villa!

It truly is a stunning villa! From the garden grounds, interior, incredible views, location and helpful hosts - all was just prefect and made our stay unforgettable. Kids loved the pool where the water at end of October/ beginning of November was still fairly warm! Even the steep and narrow road leading to the villa was not a problem and we drove Fiat 500XL. We are already planning to rebook it next year!

Amazing views and beautiful villa

Incredible villa with stunning views, walks and treks on doorstep. Everything you need and more (love the coffee machine). Don’t ignore the car advice, we returned our normal sized hatchback for a fiat500 on day 1. Fabulous place. Will be back.
