Villa Solaria dispose d'une alarme de sécurité 24 heures, coffre-fort. La société de sécurité prendra contact avec la police, l'hôpital ou le service d'incendie en cas d'urgence. 3 minutes en voiture de l'pueblo dans l'un des plus recherchés après les zones résidentielles à Benalmadena, à seulement 5 minutes à pied de plage. Magnifique plage de sable fin. C'est une luxueuse villa située sur un grand terrain privé de 1 700 m², avec des arbres matures. 5 minutes à pied de la plage. Son propre piscine privée qui est entièrement clos et sans vis à vis. Idéal pour ceux qui sont trop timides pour bronzer seins nus ou mais je voudrais le faire dans confine privé de ce domaine. Idéal pour 2 ou 3 familles souhaitant partager un hébergement spacieux et spacieux. 2 salons, 7 chambres doubles dont 6 avec salle de bains privative et accès à une douche individuelle, tennis de table, basket. Internet et l'accès au téléphone. Nous avons deux salles de douche avec des installations pour handicapés. La chambre principale au rez-de-chaussée comprend une salle de bains privative et une au rez-de-chaussée inférieur. Le rez-de-chaussée est adapté aux fauteuils roulants mais une aide est nécessaire pour accéder au niveau inférieur.

Heerlijke vakantie in klein paradijs

geweldige tijd gehad in prachtige villa met zwembad en heel veel ruimte, in een hele mooie omgeving.Eigenaar heel prettig in contact, goed voorbereid en helpend bij vragen. Snelle reacties om verder te komen.Huis heeft alles wat nodig is, ook voor grote gezelschappen. Wij waren met 5 kleinkinderen, 8 volwassenen. De 3 etages gaven ieder gezin privacy ! een toplocatie dus.

Beautiful Villa

This is undoubtedly a gorgeous Villa. Very well cared for and the owners were communicative and attentive right from the booking process and throughout our stay. As per all the other reviews, cleanliness was suburb and it was wonderful to have ample cooking equipment, utensils, plates, glasses etc. There is a cupboard full of beach towels (which was a god send!) Sometimes it really is the small things that make your stay!. We enjoyed the complimentary fizz on the first night and this was a really thoughtful touch. The pool area is fab and for little ones, having the lockable gate is a plus and the pool shower is great for getting in and out. Loads of sunbeds, separate eating areas, and space to eat all together ❤️. The kids loved finding the lizards on the patio and the ping pong table was used loads. Location wise, its in the middle of everything. I would say that a car is needed, if only for grocery shopping as there's no small supermarkets in easy, walkable distance. The beach and the pueblo are walkable but only if able and wouldnt recommend in the obvious heat we had in August. All-in-all, we had a lovely stay in a beautiful villa and I honestly couldn’t fault the facilities and communication from the hosts. All cookong cookong

Birthday week

Great hosts, Babbs went above and beyond before and during our holiday. The villa was just amazing. Close walk down to the front where you can walk either way. Benalmadena harbour is a 6 mile walk, but easily doable. Brilliant time was had by all.

Villa Solaria

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful villa. It really is like a small hotel! 7 double rooms all with en suites. Immaculately presented and so very clean. Wonderfully stocked with plenty of pots, pans, cutlery and plastic and glass glasses. Close to all amenities and not forgetting the fabulous swimming pool, which kept us cool from the heat of the sun. Plenty of sun beds for 14 people and very importantly - plenty of shade! Suits everyone! Both the owner, Sara and Babs, the person who did the meet and greet were lovely and communicated effectively with us from the moment of booking. I would truly recommend this villa - we all had a wonderful stay and would love to return next year! Thank you Sara and Babs!

Great Villa and Great Host

What a beautiful and well looked after villa this is. The hosts were amazing from start to finish with excellent communication. We stayed as a party of 12 family members aged 14 months to 73 years and all had a great time. The location is on a steep hill with some interesting roads but once you get used to them its fine. You can walk up ir down the hill to some fantastic restaurants. It is a steep climb but taxis are easy to book and cheap. The facilities in the villa are great and the pool is a really good size.

After three years, we finally made it to this lovely villa. The setting was perfect for our large family reunion. The owner and our villa manager could not have been more helpful and accommodating .

Villa Solaria is a great family holiday villa with lots of space for privacy too. It is well equipped and well maintained. We had age range from 73 to 4 and the villa was perfect except for the hill which meant cars were absolutely essential.

A perfect family villa for all ages to enjoy tranquility. The pool is where the children spent most of their time under supervision and adults are able to relax also in the many patios and beautiful grounds.

Great villa in the sun

Our group of 15 (9 adults, 6 kids) enjoyed a great week at Villa Solaria. It was perfect for a group our size, and very well maintained. Maria was easy to liaise with before our stay, and provided plenty of information. Out in Spain her rep Barbara efficiently dealt with the checkin / checkout process and kindly allowed us to leave our bags at the villa for a few extra hours on checkout day. It's worth noting that there are not many bars /restaurants immediately walkable from the villa, but a short (6 euro) taxi ride up the hill is the Pueblo, which is a lovely whitewashed town with plenty of choice. I'd happily be back there now!

Uitstekend familiehuis

Prima huis voorzien van alle gemakken. Ligging is net buiten de drukte maar op loopafstand van het strand en de oude dorpskern. Voorzieningen in het huis zijn netjes en schoon. Wij verbleven er met een familie van 13 personen. Er is voldoende ruimte om gezamenlijk te eten en te verblijven. De indelingen van het huis geeft daarnaast ook gelegenheid om zich terug te trekken. Kortom wij hebben er een heerlijke vakantie week gehad.

Superb large and luxurious villa in a beautiful part of the world

I thoroughly recommend this villa for large families. My wife and I have just returned from a weeks stay along with our four grown up children and their partners together with elderly parents and young grandchildren (14 of us in total). The villa is luxurious, every bedroom is special and the communal areas are huge. The size of the pool exceeded our expectations and is protected with a safe fence so that young children are safe around it. We also loved the table tennis and outdoor barbecue. We met the owner Angelines as well as the local Manager - Barbara, they are both lovely and couldn’t do enough to help us. Their recommendation for El Muro restaurant for our last night was spot on! I would say that a car is essential for food shopping but that the local taxis are very good for evenings out. The whole holiday was a superb experience. Thank you Angelines.

Tolle Woch in der Villa Solaria

Wir haben vom 19. - 26. Mai eine Woche in der Villa Solaria mit 11 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern verbracht. Die Villa ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und toll aufgeteilt. Es waren ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten für alle vorhanden (wir haben eigentlich immer draußen unter dem überdachten Esstisch gegessen) und auch Geschirr, Besteck, Weingläser etc. waren sehr reichhaltig. Toll ist auch, dass es 2 Küchen gibt. Da sich das Meiste draußen abgespielt hat, haben wir fast nur die Küche im Untergeschoss mit Spühl- Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank genutzt. Der Pool hat eine tolle Größe und ist sehr gepflegt. Barbara als Ansprechpartner vor Ort bietet im Grunde ständige Erreichbarkeit und eine super Betreuung. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, man kann mit 4 Autos gut parken. Es gibt überall Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, das Schloss und der Schmetterlingspark sind nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Was negativ anzumerken ist: Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde die Strasse neu geteert, so dass wir leider recht viel Baustellenlärm hatten, aber da konnte der Vermieter nichts dafür. 2x in der Woche kamen die Gärtner, was wir im Vorfeld wussten und natürlich zur Pflege des Anwesens notwendig ist. Die Laubbläser, die in Spanien viel und gerne für alles eingesetzt werden, hätten wir allerdings gern gegen Harke oder Rechen getauscht ;-) Und der Weg zum Strand geht natürlich recht steil den Berg hinab in Serpentinen, mit Kinderwagen ohne Bürgersteig schon nicht so toll. Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr schöne Woche, die wir sofort wiederholen würden!

This is an amazing Villa for a large family. Please see our excellent reviews!
The weather in Benalmadena is fantastic most times of the year. It has even been known to be 18/20 degrees in January and February! You will find that the temperature is normally about 10 degrees more than the UK.
Malaga airport is a 20 minute drive from the Villa.
It is within easy access of all local amenities but retains it's privacy and calm in the Urbanisation of La Perla II in Benalmadena Pueblo with it's unique individual luxury villas. 7 minutes walk to the nearest beach in Torremuelle.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Villa Solaria is perfect for large family groups. There is always one part of the house or garden where you able to escape and have a couple of uninterrupted hours on your own if needed.
We have two bathrooms adapted with accessible facilities, and a ramp leading to the swimming pool for wheelchair users. It is a little steep so the person will require help to travel down to the lower floor, unless you have an electric wheelchair.
There is ample space for parking, ideal if you wish to hire more than one car!
Being close to the train station in Torremuelle gives you the freedom to visit lots of different areas in the Costa del Sol.
