Village by the Beach I914, est une résidence de première classe sur la côte du golfe du Texas qui a ouvert ses portes en 2016 - Venez séjourner et profiter de cette luxueuse propriété de location au bord de la piscine. Que vous ayez besoin d'une escapade d'un week-end ou d'une semaine de vacances, vous adorerez le confort et le confort de ce complexe familial. Cette unité est décorée sur mesure et meublée avec de nombreux équipements pour leurs invités. Mais il y a deux commodités que chaque client adorera… 1. L'emplacement idéal, juste à côté de la plage et 2. La spectaculaire piscine unique en son genre! L'I914 a un espace de vie spacieux avec un mobilier confortable, une grande télévision à écran plat 4K lorsque vous entrez dans cette propriété de plain-pied au bord de la piscine et un canapé-lit queen-size pour accueillir deux personnes supplémentaires. L'espace de vie s'ouvre sur la cuisine et la salle à manger avec de nombreux sièges autour de la table et du bar du petit-déjeuner. La cuisine bien équipée contient de tout nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable et l'ajout d'une machine Margaritaville Margarita. Cette unité a également une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur. La chambre est parfaite pour un couple avec deux enfants car elle comprend un lit queen-size, des lits jumeaux superposés et une unité de jeu. La chambre principale a un lit king size confortable et une salle de bain privée. Les deux chambres sont équipées d'une télévision à écran plat. Le bel intérieur ainsi que l'emplacement au bord de la piscine et la proximité de la plage en font le refuge parfait pour votre prochain voyage sur la côte du golfe du Texas.

-Les draps pour chaque lit et les serviettes de bain pour chaque invité sont fournis.

-Un séjour minimum de deux nuits est requis.

Perfect family vacation!

This was our first family vacation after adopting our grandchildren. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay! Very clean and family friendly. Easy walk to the beach even with twin 4 year olds! They loved the bunk beds too. We will be making this an annual trip for sure!!

Love this condo!

There is a pool right in front that my granddaughters love and it is about a block from the beach. We had a few questions while we were there and got answers back in a timely manner. Everyone is very friendly at the rental office. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place with awesome pool

North Padre Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second time staying at village by the beach, but this time was a different condo. Condo was clean for the most part, however the sheets and towels were NOT washed, we had to rewash them, very disgusting.

Excellent location, very clean

Overall a great stay, clean, well kept and well stocked. Conveniently located close to the beach with a very large community pool. My only complaint is that the master bedroom is at least 2-3 degrees hotter than the rest of the townhome all the time and makes sleeping quite difficult for anyone who wants to be somewhat cooler while sleeping. This continued throughout our stay even when the door was open all day/night. Should be looked investigated and is the first time I've had this issue in this complex (stayed a few other units prior visits). Thus the downgrade to 4 stars. Everything else was fine.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental space was great for our family. Very close to the beach. We didn't utilize the pools much because it was very crowded. Also we showed up to having around 50 gnats in the rental, mainly in the kitchen. They were more of an annoyance than anything. Management had someone come by, but they told us they couldn't spray anything to get rid of them, and there were plenty of gnats left after.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We made a last minute decision to go to Padre for a few days to finish out the summer. I travel extensively and am quite particular about where I stay. I looked for hours for a place that was close to the beach with a nice pool and classy decor. What a beautiful property and place. The condo had everything stocked and was immaculate. Furnishings and decor were beautiful with a beach theme. Easy check in and check out process. We will be back this year hopefully for another long weekend. Loved the video games in the kids room, such great memories of playing them when I was a kid.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My vacation rental experience was fantastic! The big pool was the star of the show, I have 4 kids so it was super fun. The pool was fed cool water, clean, safe and conveniently right in front of our rental.The rental was perfect for our family of 6. We had everything we needed for the kitchen (I knew to bring my own seasonings). All the beds were comfy, A/C stayed cool and we had plenty of towels and extra linens. I had few questions and the office answered me promptly and took care of me. The wifi was the only hiccup, but that’s Soectrum and an island full of vacitoners. We would just go in to town in Corpus and get wifi or better service; it was kind of nice not having to be on devices or answer emails so it all worked out ;) We will def rent again. Thank you!

Great Condo!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in unit 1914 at Village by the Beach and were so pleased with the accommodations. It's a brand new property and it shows. The cleanliness was remarkable. Very nice furnishings, lots of space, and everything you might need in the kitchen. Everything worked and we had no issues, except the tightness of the door handle when trying to leave the unit. My mother had to use a rubber pot holder to open it because it required some force. The unit faces the pool, which is always a busy place, but it didn't bother us and the bedrooms were far enough away that the noise didn't bother us at all. They light the pool up at night with pink and white lights, which looked great. Walking distance to beach. We really liked this place and plan to return. They also include some dishwasher soap and washing machine detergent, along with coffee filters, paper towels, a sponge and dish soap.

What more could have gone wrong?

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always enjoy our time spent with the family at the beach staying and have always stayed at Village By the Beach. This year was fraught with mishaps and was more worrisome and frustrating than relaxing. The beds were not comfortable, we requested additional blankets for the kids to lounge with and were refused, so had to buy our own at Wal-Mart, the internet was on and off at random, and the refrigerator went out during the middle of our stay causing us to have to throw out most of the refrigerator full of food! We were provided a tiny mini fridge that held a very small portion of what was salvageable, with the rest being placed on ice in borrowed ice chests. Prior to the fridge going out, we called about the ice maker not working. A repairman was sent out but after he left the freezer smelled like melting plastic. We just gave up, turned it off and bought ice for the duration of the stay. for what we spent, we did not get our monies worth this time around. We'll look around before we book for next year.
