Village by the Beach Le I910, un logement situé au premier étage, occupe un logement de première classe sur la côte du golfe du Texas. Venez séjourner et profitez d’un des luxueux immeubles à louer Village by the Beach. Que vous recherchiez un week-end ou une semaine, vous adorerez le confort et la convivialité de ce complexe familial. Chaque unité est décorée sur mesure avec des intérieurs meubl��s et propose des aménagements de lit uniques et des commodités pour leurs invités. Mais il y a deux commodités que chaque client va adorer… 1. Le superbe emplacement, juste à côté de la plage et à 2. La piscine spectaculaire unique en son genre!

INTÉRIEUR
Venez regarder vos enfants s'amuser dans la piscine étincelante depuis votre propre patio privé. Cet établissement situé au bord de la piscine offre à ses clients le plaisir d'être au bord de la piscine mais également l'intimité d'être une unité d'extrémit��. L'un des autres avantages d'être dans l'unit�� d'extrémité est que vous avez la marche la plus courte vers vos deux places de stationnement réservées, ce qui est vraiment agréable les jours de chargement et de déchargement.
À l'intérieur, vous trouverez
La cuisine bien équipée s'ouvre sur le bar du petit-déjeuner, les espaces de restauration et de vie, ce qui est idéal pour organiser de grandes fêtes. Toute la propriété est équipée d'un mobilier confortable et d'un décor côtier. En passant devant la cuisine, vous trouverez la buanderie, la salle de bains pour invités puis la chambre d'amis. La chambre d'amis est équip��e d'une télévision à écran plat, d'un lit queen-size et de lits superposés. Suivant est la chambre des maîtres avec une télévision à écran plat, un lit king size et sa propre salle de bain privée.
C'EST UNE UNITÉ CONVIVIALE POUR LES CHIENS POUR DES CHIENS JUSQU'À 35 LBS.

Les draps pour chaque lit et les serviettes de bain pour chaque invité sont fournis. Un séjour minimum de deux nuits est requis. Les invités contractants de Padre Escapes doivent être âgés de 25 ans ou plus. L’invité doit posséder un permis de conduire ou une autre pièce d'identité acceptable.

Beautiful condo with immediate access to the pool and very quick access to the beach. I loved that the reserved parking was directly behind the condo. The condo itself was very nice. High ceilings, granite kitchen counter tops, and super comfortable beds made for a great stay. We would definitely book again.

Have rented this location several times over the years. Clean, cozy, and pet friendly. Love that it is convenient to parking spots and pool! A few times in the past, although not guaranteed, we have been notified that we could check in early, which has always been appreciated, however this was the first time that we arrived early, and weren't able to check in until almost 15 minutes after. A little disappointed, not in being unable to check in early but not at initial check in. It is stated in the agreement, but it is unfortunate, as the price paid and time of check out doesn't change. A second small inconvenience was that once checked in, someone parked in one of our (2) parking spaces. I notified the property management who responded that they were looking into it. Whoever it was eventually moved and we were able to park in our designated spots. The condo itself is very nice, good size for a family of up to 8. Two bedrooms, (1-master with private bathroom and 1-room with a queen & a twin bunk bed. Close to the beach (WhiteCap). Property & pool is always nice & heated. I think that since it doesn't require a key for entry, there are many using the pool who are not staying there, as it seemed extremely packed. It

Great!

We came down for an end of summer weekend with two parents and 5 teenage girls. The condo had plenty of space, was clean and modern. The pool sat in the middle of all of the units and was spacious as well. Short, walkable distance to the beach via two different ways. Would highly recommend!

Unit numbers are very confusing since there are a few with same numbers. Only issue was the tv’s kept losing connection and wouldn’t work. We were able to get the one in the living room and master working but the one in the other room never worked during our stay.

We did have some sugar ants join us at one point but we made sure to place anything that would attract them in the fridge. Love being near the pool and the beach.

Great place to stay for families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in i910k which was super close to the large pool. I loved that we did not have to climb stairs to get to the bedroom and keep small children safe. Only problem we had was not able to get the TV to work in the living room. Condo was very clean, cool, and the bed was very comfy. Music on Friday nite from the pool was too loud and they didn’t honor the 10 pm quiet time so anyone with elderly or small children may have hard time sleeping till the music stopped. Overall we love village by the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful property and well kept. The couches and stools for dining were ok in appearance but not comfortable. Nice washer/dryer, appliances and porch furniture. The bed in the master bedroom was the worst we have ever slept on and you could hear it cracking and breaking, etc.when my husband got up, turned over. You could hear it throughout the condo. The pool area is wonderful, parking is close to beaches and golf cart rentals are in abundance. Loved it in spite of the furnishings.
