Cette unité peut accueillir 6 avec un lit king, des lits superposés avec des matelas (nouveaux) améliorés et un canapé-lit avec (nouveau) matelas en mousse à mémoire. De plus, il y a 2 places de parking réservées juste devant la porte, ainsi qu'un patio confortable pour profiter des soirées. Il est à distance de marche de la route d'accès à la plage où vous pouvez même conduire votre voiture! Vous ne sentez pas la plage? This was our 5th year in a row to come to this place for a long weekend. The condo has all what you need and is an easy walk away from the beach. The owners are super easy to contact and are accommodating where they can. I can only recommend this place.

July 4th getaway!

I don’t do reviews but this place deserves one. Hosts were great. Very responsive and their place was amazing! In the pictures it looks a little small, but once you get there, it’s plenty. We took advantage of the pool and grills that surround the pool area and of course, the beach. The family had a great time! Definitely coming back when we can!

A birthday wish granted!

Our teen granddaughter wanted to celebrate her birthday at the beach, so we did! Our daughter and both grandkids are water/beach lovers. After 22 years of living out of state and missing birthdays and holidays, we (the grandparents) were more than happy to have a little party at Padre! We had the chance to see a baby turtle release, spent lots of time on the beach, ate some great seafood, and made lots of great memories. Kool Breeze was a great condo, perfect for some birthday cake and pizza, with lots of room for five of us. No stairs to deal with like some places (great for seniors), comfy beds, and great a/c. The pool was fantastic, and salt-water to boot! I love a pool where I can just sit and soak while the kids play and make friends! Our daughter and granddaughter were happy with the walking distance to the beach and took the opportunity to go out after dark to look for crabs and see how far out the tide went. Bonus: a birthday gift item was accidentally left behind and the owner and housekeeper saw that it was quickly returned to us after we were already home. The above & beyond puts this vacation over the top for us, and we will gladly recommend this location and the wonderful owners and their housekeeping team to others!

Great place close to the beach

This townhouse is always great to stay at. We have been here since 4 years. Everything is there to make your stay easy. Walking distance to the beach. And a community pool. Perfect for a long weekend!

We would stay here again

The condo was great! It was very clean and a perfect size for my family (two young kids). The items they have for the beach make this place top notch! It is a block from the gulf that even my kids enjoyed walking to. The pool in the complex is well maintained and we even visited the playground. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Great little condo for our family!

The townhouse is conveniently located on the island (close to the beach) and was a comfortable place for our small family of 4. It had everything we needed and was well stocked (extra paper towels, toilet paper, etc. provided). It was clean (except for a little sand on the floors upon arrival - which seems to be the case anywhere you stay at the beach). The pools are nice! Overall, we had a great stay and I would book there again!

Great place to stay!

We had a great stay! The house is fully stocked and they even have a closet with all the beach items you need. The location is great and Cheryl was the best and even offered us an early check-in. These hosts literally thought of everything with this Condo. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Place

Wonderful place to stay and close to the beach. We enjoyed this trip immensely. The extra items in the outside closet helped us enjoy the beach activities. The owners were quick to respond and items were just as they described.

The condo was great. Very clean and roomy. We had a little trouble with our code to get in but Russell and Cheryl were quick to answer our phone call and help us. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect!

This property was perfect for our 2 night stay for a family of 5. The property was clean and had all the amenities we could need. The pool at this place is wonderful for kids and adults, so nice it is heated. Very close to access to the beach, which is so convenient. Cheryl was wonderful to work with!

Perfect Condo

This condo has it all! The owners thought about all the needs anyone would need for a beach trip! Very clean and decor is on point! I highly recommend staying here. The pool and the grills were also perfect for our family beach trip. Local stores are close by and beach access from this condo sold us!

We are native Texans who have fallen in love with the Gulf Coast. Close drive and so much to do! We have been visitors to the area for 15 years and have finally bought our home away from home. We are blessed with 2 teenage daughters and a great dog. We love the great outdoors and adventures! We hope you will enjoy one of our favorite places as much as we do!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We looked for a long time and realized the area we hang out the most is the area we would want to be so we chose this awesome location for the close proximity to EVERYTHING! The pool is awesome and the beach is so close we can taste it! Being able to drive on the beach is such a plus in Corpus. Having a brand new place to call ours and share with others is what we had dreamed of. We furnished it the way we would live in it. Coastal, classy and fun!

We have ALL the amenities. We have gone the extra mile to make everything first class! We fell in love with this place for its beautiful touches and gorgeous surroundings. These townhouses are well planned vacation homes for families of all sizes!
