Situé à distance de marche des services Saw Creek - piscines intérieure et extérieure, un restaurant, une piste de ski. Tu dois le voir pour le croire. Profitez de l'air frais sur l'un des 4 ponts sur 2 niveaux. Ceci est une oasis de montagne Pocono niché dans un cul de sac au sommet de la montagne. Les vues sont à couper le souffle en toutes saisons. Savourez le feuillage d'automne, les verts d'été ou les blancs d'hiver. Sirotez un chocolat chaud sur le pont des 3 saisons et regardez les skieurs dévaler les pistes dans votre jardin. Amenez toute la famille ou juste quelques-uns. Tout le monde aura amplement la place dans cette maison de quatre chambres et plus de 3 100 pieds carrés. Le loft supplémentaire et la chambre familiale peuvent accueillir 4 à 6 personnes supplémentaires.

Les draps et les serviettes de bain sont fournis par moi, la cuisine est entièrement approvisionnée. La maison a toutes les commodités que vous êtes en droit d'attendre: télévision wifi, climatisation, DEUX immenses baignoires, une vraie cheminée, un lave-vaisselle, un foyer en pente, laveuse et sécheuse installez-vous bien.

Great Location

The house was in a great location - private but able to access anything you would need. Beautiful house lots of potential. On the down side renters really beat it up. The sofa was broken, missing remote to sound bar, cable didn't work, refrigerator had no shelves, freezer had leaked all over the floor, ceiling fan in one bedroom missing blade, jacuzzi tub upstairs wasn't working. We all had a great time though. The owner was really nice and easy to deal with.

Nice place but tub upstairs doesn’t work, cool air hockey and pool table plus the mountain to ski on is next to the house.

Great Family Retreat

First and foremost Tom is a great landlord, who is quick to respond. We had a great time at his place. Some parts of the place are a little rough around the edges, but he’s continuing to improve the property which says a lot. The most important thing was its location. It is truly a short walk up the hill to top of the world Pool and restaurant.

Christmas getaway

The accommodations were suitable for a large group of 12 like hours. Our family celebrated Christmas without a hitch. Although some of the amenities were not available for our use, such as the community's pool. The property owner was quick to compensate us without missing a beat. A true gentleman.

Great house!

Great house for a group! We had 8 adults and 4 babies/toddlers. We very much enjoyed our stay. Thomas was very responsive to all of our inquiries before, during, and after our stay. Our only complaint is that the bottom level of the home had a strong musty smell at first, but we were able to air it our adequately.

June stay

Enterence into the community was easy and quick. The home is situated in the back of the complex so it is quiet. Home was just as advertised. The only thing we had to go out and get was toilet paper and hand soap. Tom was wonderful to work with!

Friends weekend

Great home with everything you need! Amazing views of the ski resort. Kitchen is fully loaded. The owners communication was top notch. The bath tub in the upper master wasn’t operable but that was not a big deal. Would definitely book again!

Only adequate

The good thing about this house is that it sleeps a lot of people, it has a very long table that seats everybody easily, and it has lots of bathrooms. All of these things made our college reunion possible and our young children enjoyed enough space to run around. However the kitchen and bathrooms are not stocked with basic necessities and the house itself has areas of disrepair.

Fun weekend

The sleeping arrangements in the house were perfect for a large family group! The kitchen was well stocked. We could have used a few more glasses and silverware but definitely workable for a group of 12z The weather was a little too warm for snow making but they still had one slope open on the weekend and those who skied enjoyed it. The slopes are only open on the weekends. The indoor pool and gym facilities were excellent! Those amenities are truly in walking distance.

Great location and lots of space

We rented this property for a gift to my parents for a long weekend. We had ages 16-76. The property is at the end of a cul-de-sac and right on a tiny mountain, pretty setting. The whole community is nice, with a good community center. As for the house, you will need to bring extra towels, the owner doesn't provide enough. There's not enough silverware or glasses for the # of people we had, but we bought and used plastic. Some things were broken upon arrival (hot tub, some chairs) but not a huge deal. I would say the listing is pretty accurate to what you're getting.

Spacious quiet retreat

Perfect house for our family of 4 and our dogs. Downstairs bedroom/ bath also had a playroom with tv and air hockey table which was perfect for our teenage son to have his own space. Located at the end of a cul de sac so almost zero traffic passing by. Very quiet and relaxing to sit out on the upper deck or around the fire pit. Be prepared that the main living area is on the second floor so going up and down stairs cannot be avoided. The owner did make us aware prior to booking so it wasn’t a surprise but our elderly dogs had a difficult time. Stores for basic necessities and groceries within 10-20 min drive. Property matched listing. Would absolutely recommend and with the ski hill right in the back yard should be amazing in the winter.

Loved it BUT

The house smelled of cooking when we arrived and the stove had burned grease over it that we had to clean. The Jacuzzi in the master bath was unusable - could bathe but not use the jets, which is not how it was advertised. Still waiting 11 days for our security deposit to be returned.

2nd time rental

Had problems getting in gate because Tom had other things going on ( new baby) but called him and got an instant response. No snow this time so only 1 slope was open but everyone enjoyed themselves anyway. It was not crowed and no one waited. We did try to get in the hot tub our last evening. The FOBs didn’t work and it was too late to go to the office. I let Tom know. The pool table tournaments kept everyone busy. Plenty of room for the family and all appliances worked. Beds are comfortable and clean. I just wished it would have snowed because the slopes are in the back yard.

Nice house but needs a lot of updating and repairs

The home was in a lovely community with the ski slopes right in the back yard. It was big enough for our group. Communication with the owner was poor. He took a months to reply to an email. I eventually had to call vrbo The house needs a lot of updating. The couches were ripped and broken. The tub in the master bath wasn’t able to even be used. There was a sign hanging up telling you not to use it. The screens on the porch were all ripped. The counter tops were painted and all of the paint was peeling off of them. The fridge was leaking water on the floor at one point. It kind of felt like living in a frat house

Beautiful home, great location

Tom was an excellent host. He accommodated us an extra night at the last minute because we traveled early to avoid a snowstorm. Communication was excellent. Check-in was easy and the home is beautiful and very spacious. Perfect for winter or summer fun. I would recommend some more silverware, glassware to accommodate 15 people. We had 7 adults and 4 very young children and there was barely enough without always washing. Some things couldve been cleaner like the coffee maker and utensils and trash can lid. Some pans we're very well worn and could use replacing. But I understand it's a vacation rental. There was a eak in the ceiling in the carpeted bedroom leaked on my son's crib. We had heavy rain and snow and the owner hadn't been aware it was leaky. We bathed our kids in the one bathtub that worked but there was mold in the jets. Those could be cleaner. This can be a great home for families but I wouldn't recommend for young toddler and crawling babies. A temporary gate doesn't work well on the stair banisters. No fault of the owner, just an observation. Something may need done in the basement/lower bedroom. No visible mold, but caused my brother major eye allergies sleeping down there. Carpet on stairs to the basement and in main floor bedroom could use a good cleaning or replacement. They were a little musty. This home is beautiful and with just a little TLC it could be amazing for all families and gatherings. Gorgeous location and very convenient for skiing, if they're open. We really enjoyed the fireplace and huge table. The huge decks outside would be very relaxing in the summertime. Very quiet too nland the gated community made us feel very safe.
