When hunger arises, the well-equipped kitchen is ready to host all of your culinary creations. Dining is made just as easy both inside and al fresco amongst the trees.

Special moments can be spent reading in the sunroom and playing games on the pool table or Ping-Pong table in the game room. The adults of the group will adore the game room's wet bar and large TV, great for game days. A sauna is also available downstairs.

With five bedrooms to sprawl out in, rest assured that you have more than enough space to get comfortable. Partial air-conditioning and soft linens make each room cozy. A private washer/dryer and internet access round out the interior perks.

Outside, breathe in the fresh air while grilling or while swimming in the community's shared pool. A volleyball court, basketball court, and tennis court are also available within the neighborhood. Mere minutes from your stay, enjoy visiting The Shoppes at American Candle, Sherman Theater, Frazetta Art Museum, Mountain View Park, and Camelback Mountain Resort.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
6 Guest HOA amenity passes are available free of charge
This vacation rental's HOA counts children toward maximum occupancy. The HOA will deny any guest registrations that exceed this home's occupancy even if guests on the reservation are infants or toddlers. Should maximum occupancy be exceeded, you will not be granted access to the home and your reservation will be canceled.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
