Niché dans Saw Creek Estates, vous aurez accès à toutes les commodités disponibles: courts de tennis et de volley-ball, sentiers pédestres, baignade en lac, accès à 4 piscines extérieures et 2 intérieures, centre de fitness, basket-ball, baseball et votre propre piste de ski juste à l'intérieur du communauté. Les laissez-passer sont de 10 $ par personne et par jour / 50 $ par semaine de 7 jours. Vous aurez également votre propre restaurant «Top of the World» sur la route. Bushkill Falls, Shawnee ski et snow tubing et terrains de golf sont tous à moins de 15 minutes en voiture avec Camelback ski / parc aquatique station à seulement 35 minutes.

La maison est parfaitement dimensionnée pour tout groupe, petit ou grand. Assez d'espace pour répartir et séparer les groupes, ou participer à l'amusement ensemble. La grande cuisine entièrement équipée contient un bar pour le petit-déjeuner, un four micro-ondes, une cafetière et des appareils en acier inoxydable et s'enroule autour pour rejoindre à la fois la salle à manger et le salon avec une cheminée à bois. Vous pourrez profiter du feu pendant que vous dînez.

Une chambre connectée toute la saison est remplie de fenêtres pour un plaisir toute l'année quel que soit le temps. Les nouveaux téléviseurs LED 46 'et 60' sont équipés d'un câble HD et de services de streaming vidéo ainsi que d'un son surround et de lecteurs DVD / Blu Ray pour la grande collection de films à portée de main. Le Wifi vous garantit que vous êtes loin de chez vous mais pas hors de contact.
La cabine comme au niveau inférieur dispose de deux canapés, d'une table de billard / table de ping-pong pleine grandeur, d'un jeu de fléchettes, d'une salle de bains séparée, d'une buanderie, de nombreux jeux de société et d'un poêle à bois que tout le monde peut apprécier.

Great getaway

Lovely neighborhood, it felt very safe because it’s gated. The host was friendly, responsive, and helpful. Many activities nearby or if you just want to hang out in the deck in the hot tub that’s an option too! Thank you to the host for a wonderful stay!

Great time!!

House was great and easy to find. Entry at the gate was super easy and the staff there are helpful. Entry into house was easy as well. Everything was super clean and well kept. Deck was great it’s so peaceful and quiet. Firepit was great and even though we had rain we still had a fire which kept us warm and the deck above kept us dry. The hot tub was clean and really relaxing after days out hiking the falls. Bushkill falls was 9 minutes from the driveway perfect location. All in all great stay and I would come back anytime I was vacationing in the area. We did add our names to the bricks in the basement thought that was really a great touch as well.

Weekend Getaway to ski/snowboard at Shawnee Mtn

My wife and our grown daughters and spouse and significant other plus a nephew and uncle all stayed at the house. Plenty of space and amenities. We used the jacuzzi on the deck each day and enjoyed a small fire in the fireplace! The garbage center was convenient and located on egress road allowing for easy deposit when driving out. The kitchen was well stocked which was an added plus being we ate meals in for the weekend! Took less than twenty minutes to drive over to Shawnee Mountain. The neighborhood community was relaxing and quiet. Family had a relaxing visit! We shall return!

Winter weekend

We wanted a weekend winter getaway and that is exactly what we got. 10 adults and 2 teens fit comfortably with great in house amenities to fill our snowy weekend. Relaxing in hot tub, playing pool, cooking and eating, playing games and watching NFL playoff games while relaxing by the fire. Only time we left was to tube at Shawnee which was 15 mins up the road. Would definitely recommend booking this house.

Friends trip

We had an amazing weekend in this cozy and well cared for house. The views are so pretty from the decks. Though we could not enjoy all the amenities the house has to offer, we had a fantastic time! Shout out to Vincenzo for all of his help!

Spacious in the Country

The home was beautiful and you can tell it had been updated recently. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax. We loved having a firepit and hot tub on site. There was no need to go out to eat because we had a beautiful kitchen and bbq to make our meals. We would rather eat in the gorgeous home than go out. Close to hiking and Delaware River. Our host was very attentive and responded quickly to any of our questions. This would be a great stay in the Fall and Winter, too.

Great, Relaxing Stay

We had a great family vacation at this property! The house was clean and spacious, and had all the little amenities we needed. Check in and out was simple, and the directions provided made the house easy to find. Communication with management was fast and easy, and they were quick to respond with any questions or small issues. Our family loved the fire pit and hot tub,(especially our young girls who made a habit of staying up way too late), and the Saw Creek community provided nice activity options for a family with younger children (playgrounds, pools, etc). Would stay again if we return to the area!

Clean and Spacious Home!

This is my partner's and I 5th year hosting an annual friends trip and our group shared many meals, drinks and laughs at this home- we all agreed that this might be the best house we've stayed at so far! :-) Our group of 11 friends were able to stay comfortably at this home! Every room was very clean and the kitchen was spacious, something we look for whenever we book a place because we love to cook meals together! The hot tub and grill was extremely well maintained, and it was nice to have a common area where we were able to watch movies together. It also had space for plenty of cars- the back driveway is pretty long and a little difficult to back out of it, but wasn't that big of an issue. The host was also really easy to communicate with if I had any questions. Our only concern was hoping the community area gets a recycling facility soon! Other than that, it was a wonderful weekend stay :-)

A fun Ski weekend

My 2 sisters & I took our kids on their first ski weekend! The house was spacious, clean and perfect- the community offered a lot of amenities and it was a 15 minute drive to Shawnee Mt. After a long day of skiing, the kids loved relaxing in the hot tub before dinner! A great weekend!

Winter family trip

I cannot express my gratitude to the homeowners for their quick responses, detailed emails and check-in instructions and their overall consideration for guests. The property is beautifully kept and had more than enough room for a few more than the 14 family members ranging from 9-62 that we roomed with. The jacuzzi on a cold mountain night was excellent. The kitchen is newly renovated and modern. The washer and dryer were very helpful.

Our family stayed a week in August and the house is beautiful. The neighborhood was very quiet and plenty of room for a large family, the house has a large open concept feel. It has a very large deck and if you like to look at the stars at night it was nice to sit outside on the deck and do that. The hot tub was the best part for me so nice to soak in after hiking and canoeing all day! We went hiking at Bushkill Falls which is about 10 minutes from the house, my daughter and niece went to Kalahari Resort Indoor Water Park for the day and it was about 45 min drive and a food store and liquor store only a 10 minute drive so a lot to do near the house. The only piece of advice I would give is just make sure the day of your arrival double check with the owners to make sure your name is in the system before arriving at the front gate. We had a little issue there but after calling Brian the owner it only took 10 minutes to fix and we were in. Overall we had a great time and I would rent this house again.

Great family reunion stay

Great house for our family reunion. The deck was great for sipping on coffee in the morning or family meals with the dogs hanging out nearby. Some of the furniture was newer than pictured so we were pleasantly surprised. Host was very responsive and even helped find and ship our uncle's ipad and reading glasses that were left behind.

A Cabin Adventure for All

Absolutely fantastic stay. First and foremost, credit to Vincenzo and Brian who were great hosts and in constant communication with us for any questions we had. Second, the space is just grand. A ton of room for my friends and I to spread out, but also have big dinner together or grill or just spend a night in front of the fire sharing stories. The property itself has a ton of things to do, we spent an afternoon at the pool, used the fitness center and just walked around. Seriously recommend the place.

Perfect mountain vacation

We arrived to find the house in perfect clean condition, updated and fully functional. The house is huge. We had plenty of space for 13 and 2 dogs. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook for a large group. We didn’t take advantage of the community amenities but they are plentiful. Highly recommend this house. Owners communication is outstanding.

A lovely stay even with the hiccups

The beds were wonderful! The property was clean inside. It was easy to get into. It was a beautiful setting. The downside was that the hot tub was dirty and so was the gas grill. We even had a fire in the gray gas grill That required a fire extinguisher. So some attention to external details was missing. Otherwise a lovely stay.
