Ce penthouse est situé au dernier étage de notre nouveau complexe d'appartements et a plus de 800 pieds carrés d'espace de vie: cuisine avec appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et comptoir en granit, salon / salle à manger, chambre à coucher avec deux lits King, deux salles de bain complètes et planchers chauffants, et une immense terrasse d'observation privée pour admirer une vue panoramique à couper le souffle sur la classe mondiale à 180 degrés.

Ce penthouse nouvellement construit est décoré avec un décor moderne de ferme et est emballé avec toutes les fonctionnalités de confort contemporain. Situé dans un quartier calme à proximité de toutes les attractions de Homer. Des chambres supplémentaires sont également disponibles sur place pour accueillir des groupes plus importants voyageant ensemble.

Unbelievable view and location!

Very accommodating hosts, very roomy with comfy beds, kitchen nicely provisioned, relaxing hot tub, just off the spit to keep away from the crowds, but very close for early morning fishing. Highly recommend this property!

Wonderful Property

The location on the water is fabulous. The condo was immaculate. The owner's decorating is superb. We stayed two nights and watching Otters and Eagles and the view of Glaciers and the spit were just spectacular! We grilled steaks one night, and simply just had a great stay! This is literally the best we have stayedat in Alaska.(here for 1 week)

A slice of heaven

This property exceeded our expectations by a long shot. A perfect slice of heaven is exactly how I would describe it. This place is healing, quiet, surrounded by beautiful flowers (in the summer) and landscape is breathtaking. We stayed in the penthouse and the views of the water from our balcony were stunning. This was place was everything our family needed and will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you for everything!

Amazing view!

This suite was impeccably clean and charmingly decorated. The view is outstanding. The communication with the property manager could not have been better, and she went above and beyond to offer assistance with some extenuating circumstances on our end. We felt like we were truly welcomed on their property!

It’s all in the details

This place was amazing! Wish would could have stayed longer. They had all these cute details around the unit. Slippers, sparkling cider, bread and honey and tons of decor accents. The location is perfect, close to town and with a perfect view. The deck, hot tub and grill were all used by us. The only thing I would ad to the upstairs suit is additional in door seating. Would have loved a couch or something to sit on once it got a little chilly at night. Other than that the deck and view were all we needed.

Absolutely Beautiful

This is a beautiful place to stay while in Homer. The deck offers a stunning view of the bay. We loved the location. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The beds were comfortable. We look forward to going back.

A peaceful getaway

The property was beautiful with a spa-like atmosphere, spacious quarters, and breathtaking views of Homer Spit. Liz and Josh were great hosts and made our stay extra special with baked goods and wine gifted to us on a rainy night. Perfect

We loved the penthouse suite; the view was amazing, as was every aspect of the rental. Clean, cozy and contemporary. From the comfortable beds to the roomy dining/kitchen area, it’s perfect for 2-4 people. The outside patio has a BBQ grill and a hot tub. Owners were so nice and responsive through entire process. We will stay again!

Highly recommend and hope to return!

I can't say enough about this very special rental. Every comfort and amenity has been considered, we felt like we were staying in a high end resort suite, but with personal touches that warm your heart. Fresh baked cookies, fresh cut bouquets and prompt text replies and so much more. You can see how much the Garveys truly care about making your stay exceptional. The king bed is so comfortable, the towels plush and plenty, a well supplied kitchen, plentiful soaps. Lovely and clean bathrooms, spotlessly clean throughout! We stayed in the top suite and loved watching sea otters from the deck with the provided binoculars. We hope to return and recommend this place to anyone in a heart beat! Thank you, Liz, Josh and Karen for maker our Homer stay so comfortable!

We had the upstairs suite in a new house/hotel. The rooms, decor and furnishings were perfect "by the sea". We looked directly on cook inlet, with enormous windows and glass doors that stepped onto a beautiful deck. And location!! We were only 2 miles from the road that led to the Homer Spit, which was also the view we had. We loved this place!

Fabulous Homer Retreat!

Beautiful views!

This place is immaculate with stunning views! The property manager ensured that all our needs were met including offering local suggestions for the best places to eat, etc. It was a little awkward that there was no living room style sitting area given the size of the apartment, but other than that it was a very well appointed space. We would highly recommend and would love to visit again someday.

Gorgeous views!

Our family really enjoyed this rental! It had a quaint farmhouse, rustic, modern feel loaded with custom features. We really liked the heated tile bathrooms. The ocean, mountains and glaciers were amazing. The views were remarkable with amazing with panoramic views into three glaciers. We could see the spit really well. Its nice to have something located a few minutes from downtown and close to the fishing charters.

Breathtaking Ocean front!!

Every morning we woke up to the most breathtaking views. We enjoyed coffee on the deck overlooking the spit, mountains, and glaciers. We were so blessed by the surroundings as well as all the interior features. Well appointed furnishings, tall ceilings and peaceful setting. We fully recommend this rental!

Beautiful Designer Interior and Stunning Views

We stayed here in July and loved it! It is beautiful and clean and well designed. I loved the beautiful custom heated floor tiles floors in the bathroom. It made me want to take a nap on the bathroom floor; they were so cozy! The high ceilings made it feel so open and i loved the beam on the ceiling. The window are spacious and very tall but you can still cover them with beautiful drapes for privacy or to sleep in. The lower deck opens to a yard and stunning view. The upper deck feels like you can see the whole world. It is stunning and took my breath away. We loved our stay and will be back next time we are in Alaska.

The Best!

I've stayed lots of places in Homer over the years and this brand new suite was off the charts. I love the close proximity to town with the beach right down below and another beautiful path leading to a bird sanctuary, berry picking paradise. The artistic tile bathroom floor is heated! My unit had a washer and dryer and when family came and rented the unit next door they had a house sized kitchen with dishwasher, full sized fridge including ice maker and a gas range where we prepared all our meals...no need for eating out . The rooms are large and we had plenty of space for everyone when we ate at tables indoors where tall ceilings and grand windows provided great views. Owners were friendly and welcomed our family reunion graciously helping us set up tables in the large garden area overlooking the bay where we roasted marsh mellows while sitting in comfy chairs around the fire pit. I rarely give out five stars, but I wish I could give more for this delightful little piece of heaven.
