Cette suite est située au 1er étage de notre nouveau complexe d'appartements et a plus de 400 pieds carrés d'espace de vie: une chambre avec deux lits King, une salle de bain complète avec carrelage personnalisé et planchers chauffants, et une terrasse panoramique pour profiter de la vue à couper le souffle 180 vue panoramique de classe mondiale de degré.

Ces suites récemment construites sont décorées avec un décor moderne de ferme et regorgent de toutes les caractéristiques du confort contemporain. Chacun a sa propre entrée privée et est situé dans un quartier calme qui est proche de toutes les attractions de Homer.

Amazing

This place was perfect for our group! Far enough for peace and tranquility and close enough to anywhere we wanted to go. The deck was amazing. We forgot skewers for s’mores and the property owners kids were playing in the trees so we asked if they had any skewers, thinking they’d give us a couple of branches. The kids ran over to their house to find some and didn’t have enough so the family made skewers from tree branches for us! It was such a sweet gesture. We’d all stay here anytime we come back. Highly recommend the place was clean, had everything we needed and owners/family were so sweet and helpful! Thank you for the gray stay!

Light house stay

Our stay at the light house was nothing short of amazing! Karen the property manager was so accommodating and easy to communicate with! Josh, Liz, and Karen were so thoughtful and left us a morning treat/ tray with a small keepsake and yummy food! The room itself had so many thoughtful touches! Y’all truly thought of everything! The viewing deck... WOW.... it is romantic with the jacuzzi and fire pit. Made for a great evening dip in the brisk cool air and with the view of the ocean bay with the moon and spit. There are not enough words to express our thankfulness! Y’all are awesome!

AMAZING PLACE!!!

Loved this property! Felt like we were the first ones to ever stay there! Amazing views. Beds were sooo comfortable! Very clean! Karen was too sweet to drop of goods from 2 Sisterʻs Bakery for us at checkin. Then a fruit platter the next day! Felt spoiled! We were able to see otters directly out front too! We loved Homer in general as well. Amazing vacation spot. Very relaxing! aloha, Alana

A beautiful get away!

I could not have asked for a more beautifully decorated and located place to stay while in Homer. The owners were incredibly friendly, communicative and welcoming, and I was surprised with a sympathy card regarding my father's passing - a small gesture that meant the world to me. I would stay here again, and recommend this place in a heartbeat.

Lovely place to stay

Karen, the property manager, is very accommodating and helpful. The location is wonderful. Close to the spit and beautiful views. The feeling and look of the room is very calming and peaceful. The hot tub is a big bonus. My sisters and I loved our stay. The beds are very comfortable and the duvets, sheets and blankets are top quality. Thank you for a lovely experience! Oh, and did I mention welcoming cookies and Karen even did our laundry for a minimal fee 😊

Very sweet little place. Loved our view! It was also nice that muffins were left for us.

Beautiful property. Did feel a little misled by photos of place. Thought we were getting a place with a kitchen based on pictures. We were surprised to walk into a one room place. However, it worked and we did appreciate the beauty and quietness of the place. Would recommend this place.

Nicely decorated comfortable get away

We had the pleasure of staying in this freshly appointed unit. First I have to compliment the owner and staff for their attention to detail and responding to our needs during our stay. The unit was very clean and had the items needed to make our stay enjoyable. We were met by staff who got us in the unit quickly and made themselves available for anything we needed. The beds, linens, and pillows were awesome and made our down time relaxing. The unit had the extras needed for a staying several days, fridge, microwave, plates/silverware, etc. Having fresh pastries and sweets on arrival was a nice touch. One of the best perks of the unit is the washer/dryer which was needed in the middle of our two weeks here. There is a hot tub and gas fire pit but we did not use them as the Alaskan mosquitoes are a force all to their own. The unit is easily accessible and has ample parking. The gravel lined pathway and well manicured yard felt so relaxing. We sat outside in the morning overlooking the water and watched eagles fly in and out of the area. Highly recommend this place for your stay in Homer.

Breathtaking Ocean front!!

Every morning we woke up to the most breathtaking views. We enjoyed coffee on the deck overlooking the spit, mountains, and glaciers. We were so blessed by the surroundings as well as all the interior features. Well appointed furnishings, tall ceilings and peaceful settings. We fully recommend this rental!

Gorgeous views! Very comfortable

This was a super cute place done in farmhouse style with load of custom features. The ocean is remarkable with amazing with panoramic views into three glaciers. I could see the spit really well. I liked the fact it was located a few minutes from downtown and close to the spit.

Lovely Place To Stay

We stayed here in July and loved it! It is beautiful and clean and well designed. I loved the beautiful custom heated floor tiles floors in the bathroom. It made me want to take a nap on the bathroom floor; they were so cozy! The high ceilings made it feel so open and i loved the beam on the ceiling. The window are spacious and very tall but you can still cover them with beautiful drapes for privacy or to sleep in. The lower deck opens to a yard and stunning view. We loved our stay and had a wonderful time! I recommend this rental and will tell my friends.

Luxury With A View

My second week in Homer I spent in this luxury suite by myself. You may have noticed my other review where I stayed in a different unit where my family could stay next door. This unit is the luxury, top floor, unbelievable 180 degree view unit. I've stayed lots of places in Homer over the years and these brand new suites were off the charts. I love the close proximity to town with the beach right down below and another beautiful path leading to a bird sanctuary, berry picking paradise. The artistic tile bathroom floor is heated! My unit had a washer and dryer and house sized kitchen with dishwasher, full sized fridge including ice maker and a gas range where we prepared all our meals...no need for eating out . The tall ceilings and grand windows provided great views. Owners were friendly and had welcomed our family reunion the week before helping us set up tables in the large garden area overlooking the bay where we roasted marsh mellows while sitting in comfy chairs around the fire pit. I rarely give out five stars, but I wish I could give more for this delightful little piece of heaven.
