Venez profiter de la magnifique oasis de la cour, de la piscine et du spa avec barbecue personnalisé ou détendez-vous sur la terrasse sous l'auvent ombragé. Il y a aussi un putting green! Cette élégante maison de 4 chambres à coucher est le parfait mélange de plage chic et de style rustique. Plan d'étage sur deux niveaux lumineux et lumineux avec des plafonds voûtés dans le salon est parfait pour se divertir. Parties plus de 9 invités s'il vous plaît renseigner au sein et nous pouvons arranger quelque chose.

We booked property last minute and stumbled across this. We wanted an oceanfront property, BUT who needs that when you got this? Literally a hop skip and jump away from Moonlight beach. Close to groceries, restaurants, and shops. This home was very spacious and had everything needed to entertain kids during our Legoland excursion. Super close to Legoland was a bonus. They provided everything needed in home for a perfect stay. Pool was warm and kids had a blast in game room. They provided beach items too and a bag of ice for the cooler. We didn’t use it because again home super close to beach so after our beach trip went home and did a nice BBQ in back while kids played in pool. It is in a residential area, but neighbors are great. Just follow rules and it will be all okay. Will definitely book again. Thanks!

We had a great time. Pool was fun and the spa was a hit. The game room was great for the kids. Pool table was used a lot. Great location.

Pretty great for our big family, would stay again

We booked this property because it had enough bedrooms for our guests and I had an array of fun activities on site for our young kids and teenage kids. We were not wrong. They were never bored and it made it fun as a family to swim together, play together, sit by the fire pit, etc. The location was great… Even people without a rental car could walk down the street and get to a few shops and places to eat if they wanted to… Go for a nice walk. The beach was just five minute drive away over overall location was great.Just to give a better description of layout because it wasn’t super clear to me: the house is split level. You walk into main area which has pool table, kitchen, dining area and door to patio with another table and big covered seating area. From the front door you can go upstairs to 4 bedrooms (1 with en-suite bathroom) and one hallway bath room (bathroom is steps from the other three bedrooms). The master and one other bedroom has a tv, the others do not. Down the stairs from the kitchen is a tv room with a reclining couch and a futon, full bath and door to garage where all the video games, ping pong etc are located. Overall the house was great and would stay again. The only thing that could’ve improved were the beds. All the beds are platform type w a simple mattress - not horrible but not great for sleeping. One of the rooms had a good mattress. I thought the bunkbed room was best for kids. It was doable but a bit rough for adults as the frame wiggled.

Excellent family vacation home!

We were in Encinitas for a family reunion. So glad we spent a few extra days at the house. 6 Adults & 3 kids. The house offered something for all of us! Outdoor living space, pool, spa, game room. Close to the beach, & shops. It was a perfect 5 days!We would highly recommended!

Great Spot, especially for families

Great house, really nicely located for access to beach and San Diego attractions. Pool and game room were great for our kids. Really nicely equipped. 10/10 would stay here again.

Amazing views, great location and overall fantastic time. We cooked almost every meal in the home and wasn’t missing anything. Lots of pots and pans, extra things like insta pot and griddle were nice when cooking for a family of 9. Definitely recommend this home.

Great house

The house was as advertised, and between the pool table, the garage arcade and the pool, there was plenty to do. The location was very convenient. The host was very responsive. We had a minor plumbing issue and received a response instantly, and the fix was underway within 30 minutes.

Encinitas Family Review

The property location was amazing, making it easy to get to several places beach, Legoland, both San Diego Zoo's, and more. We had a wide range of ages, 1 to 67, and we all enjoyed the stay. The older kids loved the games in the garage. The water heater went out while we were there, which was a slight inconvenience, but as soon as we informed them, they fixed very promptly. Communication was great and response time was timely. Was a little dissapointed it was so expensive to heat the pool, but maybe that's normal for the area. Overall a good stay that we'd recommend.

Wonderful for all ages!

We stayed here with 3 families and had a great time. The game room in the garage, the spa, the outdoor putting green, and the location were perfect for us! We did bring toys for the littlest kids to play with although they tried to play the big kid games with their cousins! We would do this again if we needed to be in San Diego. The beach was close by and there was lots to do in the area! We highly recommend!

Never wanted to leave the house!

Fun stay with all the comforts of home! We had a group of eleven. 7 adults and 4 children. The children didn't even want to go to the beach. The back yard was maxed out! Large shaded area for sitting, a very nice gas grill, and a dining table with benches. Great pool and spa, fun golf green, and a nice warm fire pit. Inside the house, the first thing you see is a full sized pool table! In the garage it was wall to wall games! Ping pong, Air hockey, basket ball, foosball, shuffle board and four full sized arcade games!

Outstanding amenities in a great location!!

Could not have been happier with our stay at this property! We spent most of our downtime in the back yard enjoying the gorgeous pool, hot tub, putting green, and grilling areas. The house was very clean and all the drawers and cabinets were labeled so we could easily find what we needed. Great kitchen and cooking space, would book again without any hesitation!

Had a great time!

The house was good gathering spot for me, my adult children and two grandchildren ages 5, 8. Everyone loved the pool and games. The beds were comfy, sheets and towels good quality. The kitchen was well stocked with nice quality items.

Fun for Kids

Nice home and property! Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need to cook at home. Our kids enjoyed the games, although some listing photos show games that are no longer available and could use updating.

Perfect for all ages

This property was perfect for all ages. Close driving distance to Moonlight Beach and many restaurants. Game room and pool were great for everyone. Host Mo was very quick to respond to our questions. Thank you Mo for everything!

Great stay in Encinitas

We have rented quite a few homes in the past - the amenities in this home were the best! Loved the pool and the game room, and the kitchen was stocked, we found everything we needed in that kitchen. We had an amazing time. Mo was exceptional in his responses to my questions and needs.

Great Set Up!

Sooo many fun areas to relax and enjoy in this home - inside and out. Just as pictured. It worked perfectly for our family reunion. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked, organized & we appreciated the Keurig & coffee pods! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
